This place is a fraud. They put cars out on their lot that wont even start. I went to test drive two cars that we were interested in buying and both did not start and we were told it just needs to be jumped off. For $14,000 nothing needs to be jumped off. This dealership sells cars with issues and makes them appear nice. Beware!!! Drive it before you buy, because you could be purchasing a car that wont make it off the lot.

Brandon made the car buying process so easy for us. We purchased the car out of state and had alot of extra paper work but Brandon made it so simple. Since we were out of state Brandon reserved the car we were interested in. We had a bunch of questions leading up to our arrival and he was so quick to answer. We also traded in our old car to help with the down payment and Brandon gave us a great price.

Applied online on a Sunday, got a text from Brandon Monday. Spoke to Brandon for 10 minutes later that day and he answered all my questions and also relayed to me what they can do for me and was open and honest about everything. Called Brandon again Friday to let him know I was ready to pull the trigger on a specific vehicle and we set an appointment for Saturday and he gave me a checklist of what I needed to bring. Was in and out within an hour with a new vehicle. There are not pushy, I did not get bombarded with calls, texts or emails trying to get me into a new car today. Everything was done at my pace. Overall, I was very pleased with my buying experience and would absolutely buy another car there. In fact, just from my experience, my girlfriend is going up there in two days to get her a new car. Brandon was amazing as Im sure the rest of the staff are.

Great experience. Donnie was super helpful a straight shooter. No games at all. Obviously I had clear expectations. I understand completely that certain types of financing arent ideal for everyone. I was in a situation where I needed that style of financing. And drivetime took good care of me. They didnt push me into anything. Everything was clear and explained. I got my car here in March it is now August and it is just falling apart my A/C stop working one of the door handles broke of I went to get an oil change and the place I went told me that the wires were crossed and and they didnt want to take a chance dont get me wrong when I went to get my car they were nice to me but I just think if your going to sell a car to someone Yes customer service is important but product quality is much more important because thats whats going to keep the customers coming back and also telling others about how great the product and make sure that its in a condition that you would want someone to sell it to you I have some friends and family members who wanted to get new cars and I told them all to go to any were but thereNew update my car has started over heating and it started smoking I cant stress how much I regret coming her to get a car if you dont believe me go to any michanic and tell them your thinking of getting a car from Drive time and they will laugh in your face

I was in desperate need of reliable transportation and had a coworker recommend DriveTime. I had bought a car a few years ago and the experience left me slightly twitchy and rather reluctant to try again. I found what I thought was my dream car and made the leap and called. Brandon answered the phone and answered all of my questions and put me at ease, so the appointment was made. I came in on a Saturday and everyone I came in contact with were welcoming and made sure to say hello and make eye contact. Brandon talked me through the paperwork and then dropped the bomb the car I wanted was going to be out of my down payment price range. Unfortunately, I purchased my 2015 Volkswagen Jetta on Friday, March 15, 2019 around 6 p.m. Less than 24 hours later after traveling to destination out of town; my EPC and Engine light came on. My sales experience with Charles Stratham was good until he sold the car. I called him on Monday to see if he could help me address my claim and never even received a return phone call. Although Silver Rock is the warranty to company to process the claim. He assured me that I would be taken care of. It’s been 3 days since I reported the problem and I am still awaiting my claim. I have missed days of work dealing with this experience as I am stuck in my location until my car issue is resolved. Very disappointing indeed.

In February I purchased my vehicle and the process was great from start to finished. I told my family how good they were. 2 sisters and a cousin went and got their vehicles and had the same great experience. I then took my mother who also got a vehicle and this is where it went down hill. We opted to not add the additional extras to keep her payments around $350 a month opposed to the $509 payment. The sakes guy Steven told us the higher payment didnt change the down payment so just keep it and cancel it before the first payment to get our $$350 option. Now I said no I dont want any hassle or no it takes xxx days to do type of thing as my mother is on ss and the $350 is lovely for her. He said it was only a phone call and it was instant removed and assured us the payment changed. So we said ok it wont hurt nothing, atleast we thought. Upon calling to cancel before 1st payment, learned it takes 4-6 weeks to remove and it doesnt drop the car payment. We are livid and now being told nothing can be done. This is the worst deceiving experience I have ever had.

Terrible company. If you have bad credit, this is not the place to go. You can get a better deal elsewhere, and probably on a new car for the same price as a used one. They overprice their cars and gouge you in interest if you finance through their in-house lender. And they do not offer refinancing. You are liable to be stuck with an upside down loan and no way out from the moment you drive off the lot.

My overall experience with DriveTime has been great. Ive heard about the company from the ads and my sister recommended it to me. So I gave them a try. I stopped by in need of a vehicle and actually drove off in one! The staff there was welcoming, including Donnie Martina who helped me make it all happen. If its anyone that I recommend, it has to be him. We test drove a few vehicles I was interested in and he ran history reports on them. The car I really wanted had a couple of issues, so I thought about it and decided to go with the next best thing, and its STILL the car I wanted! The phone people have no clue concerning the down payments and their only job is to say yes go get your car because the phone people receive a commission just for you showing up. Drive time needs to change this yo they only receive a commission if you buy, better educate the phone representative on exactly how the down payment you see works.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After years of paying on time ( Over $400 a Month ) for a 09 Jeep. (1st car ever my mistake not knowing better even with a credit score over 600) That I paid extra to include Gap Insurance into the loan. We had Hurricane Sally hit. The Jeep was Flooded and totaled by my insurance while sitting in my drive way. With less than 2,000 ( almost what I paid for the Gap insurance ) Bridgecrest is still telling me to make payments. My insurance has already sent over $5,000. Im being told its will take 6 weeks for the Gap to kick in... But what do you know.... I will have it paid off myself by then.. Im over here making payments on a car that Ive not had for over a month. I cant move on with my life to get a new car because if this high payment.

My experience at the dealership was great! However, a week later I am sitting in a waiting room of a mechanic waiting for my car to be fixed. Drive Time should give the info on the history of the car, especially mechanical issues. This isn’t the first time this car has had this problem. I had to call out of work for this. Disappointing.

I was sold a car with a bent rim. Pepboys does not repair rims and it also was not covered under the 30 day warranty that they make you believe covers everything.....but it does not. Very deceptive salesmen. Now I am going to have to pay out of pocket. I was sold a defective car and they did nothing to help me with the repair. I’ll never do business with these people again. Buyer beware. I wish I did my homework before buying from here.
