Im extremely happy I went through Enterprise car sales to buy my first new used car. Seth Borges help me along the process and he was amazing! Seth was nice, patient, and explained everything to me step by step so I didnt feel in the dark about anything. Overall I was satisfied with my vehicle purchase from Enterprise Car Sales in Pensacola. My salesman specifically, Nico, I give five stars. He was professional, his communication was excellent, and the buying process was straightforward and efficient.The reason my overall rating is four stars is that I was disappointed to discover upon delivery that my vehicle, a 2020 Ford F-150 obtained at my request from another Enterprise location, had about 1200-1300 more miles on it than as listed on the Enterprise website. The vehicle was transported to Pensacola by car carrier, so the miles occurred at the previous location, likely by sales people driving it until it was sold. A couple of hundred miles I would have understood, but 1200-1300 was significantly more than I expected. That’s like driving from Pensacola to Albuquerque, New Mexico. I say all of this so that potential buyers will know ask to verify the actual mileage on any vehicle that is brought in from another location. It may be significantly different than as listed on the Enterprise website.

Absolutely great experience! Pensacola location has amazing customer service. They found the exact vehicle I was looking for, but it was at a different location. They had it there for me the following day. Justin, my sales associate did not try pushing me into anything, but listened to what I wanted and got it for me. We had a couple hiccups after our purchase but they bent over backwards to make me happy and fixed the problems we encountered. 10/10 would recommend.

2 times On the rental side they Overbook reservations so good luck getting a truck if needed and no calls til you show up for pickup. On the sales side the vehicles are at the top of the going rate for the area with no wiggle room. A savvy shopper can find a better deal but it was low pressure and easy shopping with mostly low milage clean vehicles.

Everyone here is so very helpful and personable! They have gone out of their way to make sure we left with exactly what we needed and wanted. The gentleman who helped us, Justin Virtue, did an amazing job and we will be coming back for my fiancees next car!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Overstreet. He was super patient and awesome with our 3 year old daughter that we brought along. During the final paperwork, he actually got her a pen and paper so she could sign along with us. It was really effective and super cute to watch her slide her scribbles across the table.They were able to get us financed to pay off a previous loan and get into a 2020 GMC Acadia at $6,000 under blue book. They also gave us an additional $250 over blue book for our trade in as part of a labor day deal. Were super happy with the vehicle and the whole experience was top notch. My experience purchasing a vehicle with Enterprise Car Sales of Pensacola was absolutely wonderful. first of all, I live 45 minutes from the dealership so I was able to do everything from my computer and cellphone. The salesman James Prince went above and beyond to help me in making my decision and purchase. Once i told James that i was looking for a vehicle for my 16 year old son, he immediately emailed me several vehicle options. James was in constant contact with me. He really cared what i wanted and did whatever necessary to make it happen. Once my vehicle arrived at the dealership, James drove the vehicle to my home and drove my trade-in back to the dealership. This was our first time shopping with Enterprise Car Sales. Our agent, Justin was very friendly and down to earth. We already knew what we wanted when we went and had scheduled an appointment. Justin was very helpful and even the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered us and our kids drinks while we waited. We purchased a 2019 Chevy Suburban that was in excellent condition. Only a couple things we found, back seat overhead lights not working, passenger USB wasnt working and the R was missing from Suburban. Their service team took care of everything in a very timely manner and we were even financed at a lower rate on-site, than our credit union offer, so we were very happy with the experience and we love our new car! This was the best deal we could find on a Suburban from 2016 to 2020 year. It had a few more miles due to rentals but was priced right. Car runs so smooth and feels very luxurious. Would definitely recommend.

Id been checking for a small crossover SUV for a few weeks. I found 3 Mercedes GLA250s at Enterprise in Pensacola, Florida.On Monday July 6, I checked web site and reserved one of the 3. However, an enterprise sales person called, seems like my reserve was over-ridden by a transfer. I still went to Enterprise store to look at other 2. My wife liked the red one. Price was very fair, trade-in price was very fair. Transaction was cash and went smoothly. Car runs good, looks great. Im happy.Only glitch, car came with one key. I was told to call a contracted key guy, but he does not do 2019 Mercedes. To date, I do not have the second key.AdditionalChanged to 3 stars from 5 because of cluster regarding key. After 2 weeks of BS, I insisted on key and was told to go to Mercedes Dealer to order. I went to dealer, Enterprise did not arrange for key, waited over an hour for someone from Enterprise to pay for key.The following week, key was in had to be programmed. Again, enterprise did nothing. This time I wasted 4 hours at dealer until someone from Enterprise paid for the key.This was third and last car I buy from Enterprise.
