RG MOTORS made a FRAUDLENT MISREPRESENTATION not only to me when he sold me the car, RADU which is the owner, deferred my downpayment putting on contract that he collected it.Deferred down payments cause a domino effect that can be very costly to consumers on there newly purchased vehicle after just a couple of months. Dealerships will falsely put down this higher down payment amount so that you can qualify for more financing, which often means higher monthly payments than you can afford. This often leads to the purchaser missing a few monthly payments because their financial situation doesn’t actually support the monthly car bill. Missing monthly payments will result in the car being repossessed. What started off seeming like a favor from the dealership being flexible with a deferred down payment or hold-check agreement, will actually cost you much more in the long run.Not only is the dealership committing auto fraud against the purchaser, but they’re also committing fraud against the finance company. The difference in actual funds received versus the total deferred down payment amount effects taxes too. By misrepresenting your financial status to the finance company, they’re able to secure a larger loan, which could cost you thousands in interest over the life of the car loan.He also sold me a car with existing problems, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! Radu Ganta made a false representation as to a past/existing fact on the 2012 Audi Q5 i was sold at RG MOTORS. Cracked Fuel Pump Causing Gas LeakageOn top of 4 other RECALLS RADU FAILED TO MENTION.On February 24, 2017I bought a 2012 audi Q5, being that i had a past experience of buying a lemon car i advised radu of my situation and experience and he made a representation that the car had no issues, he confirmed to me that the car had no leaks that the fuel pump and tires were in great condition, he also made a representation that he did a full check on this car as well as his mechanic, A few days after purchasing the car, there were problems starting it, also i smelt heavy gasoline, i called Radu and he advised me to bring the car to him to check,Radu told me and my husband that he is aware of this situation that the car only needs oil, which then he lifted my car up and put oil and informed me problem has been fixedAfter i brung car to Radu again he advised me that it was a oil problem, that i needed more oil in car, i questioned how that would have anything to do with gas smell and he took me in the back of his dealership inside of his garage were he was changing my oil, he told me that there was nothing wrong with my car and that it should fix problem.I advised Radu that i will be needing to go to Chicago and that the start up issues really concerned me, he advised me that he had to let his mechanic go and that he didnt have no one else to look at my car,After coming back from Chicago and issues still arising i called Radu and he then stated to me that he couldnt help fix my car even though he promised to take care of issue, not only did Radu made a Negligent misrepresentation as to the vehicles condition but my husband and I had to find out after being rushed to hospital for Chest and breathing problems due Direct inhalation of the gasoline, to make matters worse there were 4 totally different recalls on vehicle, which were due for service mid 2016,We have multiple billsWHEN HE SEES ME CALLING HE HANGS UP, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER
