Test drove a car I had been calling and researching about they gave me a reasonable price got to the lot and the lady upped the price. Decided to test drive it and didnt get 500 yards. Called them to help me because Im stranded and waited in a hot car for near 30 minutes. A good Samaritan jump started me and I drove it back. After one of the employees attempted to persuade me into buying the car. I walked down the street just to finally see help pass by me on their way to where I was. Would have been stranded for 45 minutes to an hour sitting in a lemon.

I honestly love the place. They are amazing people to deal with. They work with you as much as possible. We didnt have any issues with our car either!! We definitely will be going back for another car!

Horrible company please do not do business with this company complete crooks. My husband brought a car This past Saturday on Sunday the car broke down. They have promised every day since someone was coming to fix the vehicle no one has shown up he even talked to the owner. They lie just to get your money and will sell you a lemon.

It took them 2 days past my tags due date for me to actually get my new tag. then for not even having the car that long the motor is shot they gave me a car with a bad motor with maintenance requirements lights on had the car for two weeks check engine lights is on wait a couple more day and now my engine/ motor/ transmission isn’t getting enough liberation from the oil change I got prior to that. They aren’t keeping their cars in good condition. This should be illegal.

Bought the 2011 white Chevy Malibu and working 20 mins of leaving the lot the transmission blew I sat there 6 hours trying to get a tag also every vehicle that came in when I was there had a lot of problems they won’t tell you about all the avengers have trans problems and the gialants almost all vehicles have major issues never go here save your money and go to a better place then this they also made me pay out of pocket to get their car back there

Bought a 2008 Volvo (bad choice already that’s my fault for buying a old a$$ Volvo) from them, ran good for about 4 months. I am in Alabama n they let me buy of course with paying out of state fees. Everytime something went wrong with the car would never offer to look at it had to take it to my own mechanic. Mechanic told me it was a lemon but I kept trying with them finally the last month it just completely gave out. Wouldn’t crank, nothing just sat in the yard n still is! This was last year they won’t even come get it lol. Only pro is they do work with you on payments but I mean they should if they are selling raggedy cars lol. Would not recommend. I am also replying back to them because they always have something slick to say in the reviews like they know something. I DID NOT HAVE MY CAR FOR 8-9 months I had it a total of 4 months before it broke down not a YEAR but 4 MONTHS. Like I said junk vehicles please do not buy from here before I post the screenshots of these emails from y’all when you did not reply to when I said come get your RAGGEDY POS!!!

Great people, great service

This place is a joke, went in and test drove a car that cost $6K and was not in good conditions. The ac/heat didn’t work all the lights were on on the dash and they were like yeah we don’t know we only check for the check engine light but your more then welcome to go take it to autozone like seriously!! They didn’t know anything about what was wrong with the car. The price was ridiculous for the condition of the vehicle.

Horrible people they will sell you lemon vehicles and not telling you anything then when your vehicle breaks down its your fault and they want you to pay to have it towed back to there shop for them to slap a bandage over it just so they do not have to spend major money to actually fix the problems you encounter with your vehicle I do not recommend anyone to this car lot if I could rate this place a negative -20 I would there service is pitiful and sad....

This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had as it pertains to purchasing a used car. This month makes 1yr since my purchase from EZ Cars and I’m still reaping the blessings of a great decision! I admit that the facility itself and some of the cars appearance will make you think twice. My car has had no issues except for minor things that I myself took care of. This is one dealership that has no hidden fees or agenda. Junior is a good man and I’m glad that I purchased from EZ Cars.

I have purchased 2 cars from E-Z Cars. I have never had a problem with them. They have always been nice to me. I lost my job to covid- 19 and JR is still understanding to my situation. And for all of the negative comments... If you sign a AS IS CONTRACT. It means just that. I fixed all issues on both of my cars. Never bothered them.

Do not do business here.. They came 200 miles away to repossess a car that was only a week late on the payment during a pandemic. To make matters worse a woman with two kids was misplaced and had alot of their possessions in the car. Kids birth certificates, soc.sec papers, tvs, pcs, pictures that had hung on walls of the children, even my dentures that I cant replace for a few years. They gave me the option to come to get the stuff, but how with no car and 200 miles away?They repoed it from a motel, nothing like kicking people when they are down and the kids are disabled with autism imagine their tears when even their toys were taken. Truly horrible people and their cars are not worth over $300 a month, read the reviews and posts on Facebook. I dont even think its legal to take peoples personal possessions ..

As covid-19 struck, my job as a manager at a reputable hair salon became nonessential. I called and spoke to Junior himself and told him until my unemployment came in, I was unable to make a payment. He said if I could make the payment then please do so but he understands that times are hard for everyone right now. Two weeks later he had someone come to repossess my car while I am quarantining with my family in another state. I told the guy that I had spoke with Junior and he said that he is just doing his job. I was able to get my stuff out of the car however the guy asked me to make his job easier and so please leave my tag on the car so he could get back to Florida and he would mail it back to me. Are you serious? I told him that the owner lied to me and I was taking my license plate. He then informed me that he isnt the owner and he is giving me his word. Wow! If I cant trust the owner, what makes you think I am going to trust someone working for the man? Since I bought that vehicle I have not had one late payment. Ive not asked for any extensions but this once. Pathetic. In response to the answer given back after this initial review, I never received one email! I also didnt receive a call. There was one conversation total and that was when I called. But go on and continue to lie to these people. I know what really happened. Yall left me out of state with no way to get back home to go back to work when things open up. It ok though someone else will get my business.

My Journey. When I got this car it had a bad oil leak. I did not know it when I took it to Walmart to get an oil change. During the oil leak, I had problems with the starter. Then the oil leak messed up the alternator. I spent over a $1000.00 in repairs for this car. The owner said I never maintained the maintenance which is a lie. The brakes on the car were bad when I bought it. . The repairs for this car is in the thousands according to Profast. It is hard for me to pay 300..00 in repairs weekly and the owner is very unpleasant.God sees all the good and He knows my heart.

Great people to do business with. I purchased a car from them and it went bad within a few days. Without hesitation, Junior asked if I wanted my money back, or to be put in another vehicle. I asked for my money back. He said the vehicle had to be on his lot before he refunded the money though, which was understandable. He wrote me a check on the spot (once car was brought back) with no more questions. Since I had signed and As-Is agreement, I was very surprised that he worked with me so easily. I ended up returning to them and purchased another vehicle, seeing as they were so easy to work with. I have had nothing but good to say about them since. There was the bit of an issue at the beginning, but I feel they did was was right. Thanks Junior.

The owner is great and takes his time with the customers, and all questions get answered honestly. I have bought a 1999 Ford Mustang, and a 2006 Chevy Cobalt. I love both of them.

My buddy bought a car from junior and the car ended up having major problems. Jr said to bring back and he will fix it but he never did. My buddy ended up with no car and bad service. He kept his deposit and jr ended up keeping the car.

This is Brandon Austin. I am responding to juniors comments. Before I explain the truth in its entirety about how things transpired I’m crediting Junior for some facts he stated. Yes, I am s repeat customer. I bought one other car from him 8 years ago. I had no problems except general maintenance in which I paid for and never had a single problem with him. He was actually very forgiving when I was a couple days late on payments and he told me not to worry about last payment and gave me title. That is why I came back.Having said that. When I bought the car in the winter time it wasn’t overheating. In the warmer days I took it to him and explained it wasn’t in the red but running hotter. He refered to his mechanic, Henry who told me to bring it back in two weeks because that’s as soon as he could get to it. So I did and he said the same thing again. And again. Finally when he did get to it. I told him I think it is cracked head because there was oil in radiator and in the radiator overflow. Also there was what appeared to be clay in the radiator. He said that someone put to kinds of antifreeze it and that was what caused it. It overheated thirty minutes after me leaving mechanic. That’s just the overheating problem. He is lying when he said I complained about overheating when I saw bmw. The reason I even looked st the bmw was because junior said bring the Grand Prix back and he would put me in something else. It was the bmw or a chevy caliber. Those were my only choices. Now let’s talk about the real issues. I told him on the third day that the transmission was slipping and he did tell me to take it to a transmission shop. What he failed to say was that he never offered to to pay to have it fixed. He said it was “maintenance” and that I couldn’t afford “maintenance” on Grand Prix that I couldn’t on bmw. Which now wouldn’t start anyway. The ignition was loose and you had to wiggle it around, sometimes for ten minutes to get it to start. The sunroof leaked even after I flushed it like he asked ME to do. The A.C. Stopped working one week after purchase which the mechanic said that they only recharge the Freon one time per customer after that your on your own. In Juniors behalf he did say he would fix my A.C. Which he didn’t. Also the sway arm was broken and the control arm was bent as well as the brackets that hold it in the frame. Which his mechanic told me to bring back in two weeks again and again. I found out about sway arm and control arm from a mechanic when I had to replace one of the tires. I put paid $609 in repairs myself because it was easier and I’m a busy person. I also had to get a rent a car for 11 days collectively because I had to go to work and it wouldn’t start. And lastly. No matter how many people that do reviews on him the count and stars say the same, hmm? That is the truth. Which I’m sure he won’t let this get out. And one last thing. The first day I went back and saw him a guy was yelling and complaining and the last time u saw him s week ago a guy was trailing and complaining and threatening to call police for selling him s lemon also

Me and my husband have gotten 4 cars from EZ Cars! And I love these guys they go above and beyond to make sure your happy and comfortable with your purchase, and Jr is awesome. The only thing I would say negative is they are really busy most of the time and I think they could use 1 or 2 more good employees to help them out. This is my opinion and my experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE . Junior, the owner, sold me a car and from day one I had problems. There was oil In the radiator and was told that thats normal. Also, the title said exempt and he told me to at doesnt mean anything .he kept saying he would fix it but when I would bring it in he said it was a bad time .Car had electrical problems. Transmission would slip out of gear and on and on

I do not recommend going to this dealership at all please stay away and this is way at first I bought in 05 Ford Escape it kept overheating it has such a bad oil leak took it in they call them self fixing it needless to say and ended up back there again and again and then I just broke down they did take the vehicle back and get me into another one 05 Kia Sedona van I thought to myself great finally a better vehicle I have talked to them multiple times about the window not working the backend is making such a loud noise it sounds like its about to fall apart the passenger seat does not work and the bad thing of it is there is gas fumes coming from the vehicle so bad that you can smell it from the inside and outside of the car so not only the car is messed up its also endangering mine and my daughters life this is the type of vehicles that they are selling from their company yes it is buy as is so yes you are going to have some problems but not to the point is so severe that youre in danger in a persons life I have only had this car for 4 monthsI have talked to them about this issue I know telling me there is nothing that they can do I called the Better Business Bureau and come to find out they have had other complaints against them but they are not responding to their complaints so the next point where being getting lawyers involved thats their next step so please stay away and by the way they also said I should have gotten a mechanic to check the car out before I purchased they said they gave you the option but they did not give me that option I am a single mother you go into a dealership thinking that she going to be treated right but youre not
