I love Brian and John. They truly are wonderful people, who go out of their way to help their customers. They have picked up my son and I in my van, taken both of us to work, repaired my van, and picked us back up. John has had to come rescue me when I had a flat tire, and when my ramp was stuck down in the Walmart parking lot in the middle of the night. John has also came to wherever I was to fix other problems that I had. Brian has driven my van to Montgomery and Ft Walton to get parts that I needed. I love them both like family, and will never go anywhere else for my mobility needs.

I bought a van from Brian last month. He gave me a great trade in and price on the Toyota Sienna mobility van! But the joy my mother gets from being able to get out of the home is priceless! Very helpful for a working person. They will pickup the wheelchair and your van, get everything fitted and deliver to you. They even took me to work. Thank you for helping to make the transition home for my father easier.

I needed to have van configured to support my power chair. I have a Braunabilty Van and Brians business primarily supports VMI Vans. I was in need of some fairly quick response time and the local Braunability business was booked out over 30 days. Even though i have a Van on a different Foundation than the VMI vans, Brian informed me that the type of work that I needed was common to both vans. He quickly scheduled me in and coordinated VA support as well. It only took him a couple of days to get the parts that I needed and then saw me the next day. His Technician John is also Very personable and knowledgeable on the type of work I needed. John strives on precision and accuracy during my entire install. During the install, Brian provided me invaluable information on the attributes and difference between VMI and Braunability vans. Brian opened my eyes to there are options available to the customer. I not only got my van and Power Chair interfaced like they should be, Brian educated me on available options when It comes time to purchase another van. Im very thankful for the service that Brian and John provided and for the wealth of information that he provided on Van options and availability. Thanks Brian and John..from a customer for life.
