Buyer beware. I felt like we got a decent deal on my daughters first car. However, I had three issues with this dealership. Number one the light was on for the tire pressure. We were told it was fixed and would calibrate when we drove it. It did not. My error in judegement, I should have made them drive it and then I wouldve seen this was not the case. Its just a sensor so its not a huge deal. We had a temp tag, I had to call them three times because our tag was expiring. They had it couriered to the dmv the day before it was expiring. We live an hour and a half away and had to drive there to get the tag and registration as the dmv could not help with the tag since it was purchased through a dealer. The biggest issue is them illegally charging me a fee for using a credit card. I used my credit card for $1200 to pay the car in full as I was paying cash and waiting on additional funds to be deposited into my account. They charged me 5% for using my card. In the state of Florida that is illegal. I told the salesman that and he said he was just doing what he was told. I didnt want to ruin my daughters day so I paid the fee. After leaving I found the Florida statute and sent a letter to the dealership and registered agent requesting a refund immediately. I was given my refund. Im gonna bet they are still charging that fee. Its not just unethical, its illegal and is a 2nd degree misdemeanor.

Don’t do it! Only if you want to be completely lied to. Make sure you take your car to a mechanic before you buy any of their stuff. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB.

This is a straightforward, no-nonsense, helpful dealership. They didnt talk to me like some greazy car salesmen, they were upfront and honest, and they answered any questions I had. We worked out price on a lexus SUV and came to an agreeable sale price. They were able to get me financed with no issues, even though my credit has some old stuff showing on it. So thanks guys for treating me like a human being.

Usually I am VERY wary of used car dealers because I have had bad experiences with them in the past. So I was hesitant when I came here looking for an SUV for my kids and I. They understood my hesitation, and let me browse the lot without pressuring me at all. I appreciated that a lot. When I was ready and had some questions about a ford SUV, they answered me calmly and honestly. They showed me a carfax and I test drove it. I had my husband take it to his mechanic, and he signed off on it. They were able to get me financed no problem with an actually low interest. So far we are loving the new FORD and have no complaints at all ;) THANK YOU so much Scott!!!

Only complaint is it seems like the people here a SLIGHTLY uptight. Nothing to complain about, prices are fair for the most part service was great help was great test drive was great. I love people with humor so if i could give a 4.5 i would but humor is just an extra. Love this place would totally recommend, they do all the DMV work for you and very nice employees!Been about a month or so since i purchased my vehicle from here and I’ve discovered some issues with the vehicle. So far it’s nothing serious but if i bought a broken car for sure giving a different review.

I have lived in Ensley for 5 years now, and I have always seen this car lot when I was coming out of Walmart. Finally went by there and had a look, salesmen were real friendly and I ended up leaving with an older ford truck. Its clean, it runs good and didnt cost me to much. thanks fellas 5 stars all day!

Love my mini cooper a got from these guys..knew of an issue when I bought it (issue with the top) but the other issues have cost me. The longer i keep this car the less i like it....will be trading it off soon...but wont get my next on from these guys....not a happy camper

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. If you want to get a dependable vehicle at a decent price go to HOUSE OF CARS on PALAFOX!! His name is Amir and he sells QUALITY vehicles!!!! I purchased a 2008 Nissan Titan from YOUR DEAL AUTOMOTIVE and not even a week goes by the truck was surging and would not crank. I called multiple times and they gave me the run around. I ended up spending over $500 in repairs on this truck and still ended up with it doing the samething. Come to find out the computer in the truck was no good and had to be replaced. Which was going to turn out to be a $1500 to $2000 job. Needless to say I called professional financial services that financed the truck. They told me they would try to work with Your Deal Automotive to get me out of the truck and into a better vehicle to which Your Deal Automotive decline to do so here I was stuck with a truck I could not drive plus having to pay a vehicle payment on as well. I ended up letting the truck go back due to me not being able to afford the repairs!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They are GREAT at taking people into buying JUNK!!!

We had a good experience buying the car for the most part. But here we are over a month later and they still haven’t paid off our trade in. Now we are getting notices in the mail and nobody will answer the phone to explain why. They don’t seem to be any different then the rest of the car dealers out there. Will not go back like I originally thought I would. Ridiculous.

I really thought this place was different from the rest. After having our car for just a few short months we have found out that the tires were dry rotted. The car needs 4 new tires a wheel barring. One side blows heat while the others side blows air. Transmission is going out. The car leaks oil!! I thought these were good people and now I see they are just another bunch of people that take advantage of people who are truly in need. They saw our 3 small children and knew we really needed a second car so that my children and I would not have to get up at 1am anymore to take my husband to work. It took over a month to get our tag. The temp tag was expired for 3 weeks before the actually tag came in the mail!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner seemed nice at first just to get me in the door bought a truck and he told me all fees were included. 1 month later I go to pick up my tag from then and they say I owe almost $300! The man told me I didn’t have to pay anything more than then the $15,000 I wrote a check for.. absolutely ridiculous the guy actually wanted to argue and was rude to the customer. What has the world come too.

After getting me excited thinking i was going to get the i car wanted ( forgot to mention i had a cosigner with a credit score of 840 ) MICHAEL was my representative who agreed on a price with the owner Terry who seemed pretty cool about things .. MICHAEL later told me i wasn’t approved ( i guess he had time to do the mathematics and figured he wouldn’t be making much from the sale . reason of denial was because my co-signer was “Too OLD” which sounds like age discrimination to me! yet their slogan is it’s not a deal u til it’s your deal ... obviously they didn’t want to match a price of a local dealer with the same car same mileage with LESS owners... somethings either fishy or fraudulent ... i’ll be in contact with a lawyer!

My son purchased a ford truck in November, the odometer showed 100000 plus miles, the ac has never worked among other problems, now it has come to light the truck actually had 259000 miles, maybe they should be aware odometer tampering in the state of Florida is a class c felony, never buy from these people, they are dishonest at best

Well the experience buying was a pleasure. Ever since then things have been going wrong left and right. I feel like we purchased our vehicle from the dad on the movie Matilda.We have had our Ford for less than a year. Within that time we have had nothing but problems. Neither back window rolls down, the radio doesnt work, the air conditioner is broken, the tailgate is broken, the lighter and auxillary cables dont work, the sunroof leaks, and now the key has snapped in two pieces and we have to replace that which will be another cost of who knows how much and we were never given a spare! I already felt the cost was high the day of purchasing but now I know they just put band aids on what were huge issues! We have two small children and now a truck that cant leave the driveway. I feel they need to spend more time really learning about their vehicles before they sell them. Now we are stuck with a money pit we cant get out of.

My wife and I moved here about 7 months because shes in the navy. We were fine and about until our old car finally died out. I knew at that moment that we needed a new car. We stumbled upon your deal. I was ecstatic because of all the great experiences other people had so my wife and I and newborn daughter went to check the place out. Once we got there we were greeted by the most nicest people. These same people were the salesman. After looking at some cars we were offered a couple cars to choose from. After looking at the cars they had, one got my wifes attention. Most cars were over priced and high on Mileage even with our budget ($12k) now this is fine because thats just business. After test driving the 2011 rougue. I began to ask questions about the car. Take in mind that these people are in the car selling business and having a general sense of knowledge about theyre cars can go along way. As I was driving my car it rumbled and vibrated more often than one should. I asked the man that it sounded weird but he kept reassuring me thats just how cars with cvt engines run. So, being blinded by all the fantastic reviews and great experiences other people had, I put faith in these people and believed them. So we ended up getting the car because it was a necessity, even after finding out they leave theyre cars in the lot months at a time without Turing them on. Now were here not even 2 months in and I replaced the cv joints, propeller shaft, control arms and ball joints, air filter. Needs new struts, and all 4 wheels need replaced. Weve put $2k already and need to put $2k more in. Hell, weve even gone through not 1, not 2, but 3 temporary tags! Yet they Cant even call us back or help us get the registration we paid for! Morale of the review, dont make the mistake I made for having minimal knowledge of car buying and dont put your faith in fantastic reviews. I honestly dont even know how theyve gotten all those good reviews. Maybe it was just my business that went bad. Who knows? But Be warned. Anyways, good luck to any whose are currently shopping for cars!
