This morning I needed 9 coffees to thank my coworkers for covering me while at jury duty. I was able to call in and text my order so that when I arrived it was halfway done. Mind you, this is like 6:15am. And it was the busiest Friday morning as apparently the whole world had a rough week and needed that pick me up. AND the milk guy was making a delivery. Josiah and Victoria were undeterred, and continued to fulfill all orders with efficiency and a smile. I am so thankful to them both for helping me show my gratitude to others and for the always amazing coffee!!!

We had a great visit to Coffee guy today. Between the three of us we had an iced matcha latte, a mocha cola, and a funky monkey. All the drinks were fantastic. For food we got a coffee cake muffin, a bagel with cream cheese, and a caramel coconut slice of cheesecake. All of it tasted good. I did have to remind the staff behind the counter about my cheesecake when everything else had been called out without the cheesecake being provided, but it was a very busy Saturday morning. Once I brought attention to the oversight they rectified it promptly with an apology.

This is a great coffee shop in Pensacola. It is a good location to study, read, or have meetings, and the Cox Wifi is very strong in the building if you have a Cox account, plus they have free wifi as well. There is plenty of seating and delicious coffee and custom drinks. They also have a wonderful selections of desserts daily, and some lunch sandwiches as well. Pictured below is the chicken salad croissant and chips for 8.99. A fun location to drop by or get some reading or work done at.

Ive never been here before because I dont drink coffee. I was pleased to find out they have a nice selection of tea and also hot chocolate. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember the guys name, because he was awesome. I got a peppermint iced tea and a chicken salad croissant. Delicious! (I did have to pick the grapes out lol) I even went back for a piece of chocolate peanut butter cake to take home. I will definitely be back!

Chill place to hang out with a coffee and friends! I ordered the frozen peppermint mocha. WAY better than Starbucks limited run similar drink! They had technical problems, so it took a bit longer than it should have, so they comped or next visit. Nice! So, needless to say, but Ill say it, Ill be back!I didnt try anything in the cheesecake case, but I will! Check out those pictures, yummy!

I absolutely LOVE Coffee Guy!! I love the pleasant atmosphere and the friendly baristas. DeJay was super helpful and sweet! I go there just about every weekend. It’s a pleasure to support this local business. 😊

I absolutely love this place!!!! The set up is so homey and comfortable, where it is extremely peaceful to just dive into work or school work. This place definitely has some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I was greeted as soon as I came in by Julia and Victoria which was so welcoming. Dejay was extremely sweet and told me some of his favorites which helped me decided what to get. Jeanna was super kind and helped me decide what cake to get, she said coconut was the best and I do have to agree it taste amazing. I also got the salted Carmel latte and Madison made it perfectly!! Even told me she would fix it if I didn’t like it, which of course I LOVED it but I found this super helpful! Once I sat down with my cake and coffee, I met this wonderful kind young women who was talking about the different types of coffee here. It turns out Mrs. Katie works here too and convinced me to try the Carmel bourbon praline latte next time I come in. Which I certainly will. I am so impressed with this customer service and is honestly the best service I’ve gotten anywhere. If I could rate you guys a 100 stars I most certainly would. The cake and coffee tasted amazing and the employees here go above and beyond for their customers. Will be coming back again!

I am a frequent customer, but today’s visit was horrible. I ordered the same drink I always order every time I go. It was made incorrectly. The drink tasted water down, it wasn’t frozen (soupy). It normally comes automatically with whip cream and caramel drizzle. The associate stated it didn’t come with it and didn’t ask if I wanted it (wasn’t very friendly).. I also asked for a strawberry cheesecake and the portion was very skimpy (not like normal). It didn’t have not one strawberry on it. The chicken salad was not up to par. This was a very unpleasant visit.

Coffee is better than Starbucks butter service is not anywhere near. They made a mistake on my drink and gave mean attitude when I notified the batista. She threw the drink away in front of me and didnt say a word. That attitude gotta go, and not the drink. I wont be coming back for sure!

I really liked this place! They have very unique and tasty food and drinks. It has a really cool look and vibe. Very clean. Employees had masks on and were polite and informative. It was pretty busy. The parking lot was full and the drive thru was slammed. They handled the orders pretty quickly.

Okay, you must visit this place! Everything about this place was awesome. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The interior of this spot was very pleasing to the eyes as well as the food and coffee. Our normal coffee spot is Starbucks, but for our visit to Pensacola, it was this location. Too bad, they are not in my hometown. Thanks for making our time in your city enjoyable. Caramel macchiato, upside down, with an extra pump of caramel, add cinnamon on top, iced. This drink is so good.

10/10 SERVICE! This was our first time here and after being asked if we were familiar with the menu (which we weren’t), the cashier explained It to us with a great attitude! They also gave us an extra pie slice because our first piece fell apart! We signed up for their rewards program because we will definitely be back! BEATS STARBUCKS! :)

Today 3 of us ladies came in for lunch. There were no seats available except for one in which a girl occupied with 3 extra chairs. We asked if we could join her and her reply was no. We had 3 salads, 3 drinks, and 3 desserts and no where to sit, while she sat there with one cup of coffee, her computer, and 3 extra chairs. Fortunately a gentleman relocated so we had a place to sit.I mentioned to the manager what we experienced and she apologized. The girl was still there when we left occupying 4 chairs. This is ridiculous and a good way to lose business. Is this a library or a place to eat?I feel like if you are going to serve food, tables should accommodate those eating. Maybe rethink a solution because your food and beverages are great but when people are walking out because there isnt a place to sit because one person is doing her homework drinking one cup of coffee and occupying 4 chairs, its a problem!Thank you for allowing me to express how I feel...

My favorite drink (for now 😁) is the Honey Bee Honey Latte. Its perfect with one of their chicken salad sandwiches which are the best in town. Such a relaxing and rejuvenating treat after an appointment. All of the employees are cheerful and happy to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

Went through the drive thru which moved really quickly for the amount of cars in it. The staff were super friendly. I ordered a toasted bagel with butter. Pulled out (I know better to always check orders) and I had a barely toasted bagel with cream cheese instead of butter. Was so disappointed.

BEST coffee shop in Pensacola! I love the frozen drinks! I literally can’t say enough about it! The workers are so kind, and the drinks are just to die for.

I got an expresso cake slice and tried to sneak it in the house, I got busted by my husband who thought I got it to share. So I did, it was wonderful. Which is why next time I will eat inside the location, by myself. I had an espresso drink and the barista was just lovely and sweet as could be.

My husband and I are visiting from Dayton, Ohio and found this shop by chance! I think God led us here! The atmosphere is so relaxing and the coffee and pastries are yummy, not to mention they have the best taste in music! I could hang there all day! The staff is so down to earth and polite, very professional!

This was our go for coffee while visiting the area. The inside was well decorated and had plenty of seating. Note it is attached to an eye glasses business as well. Big selection of drinks and breakfast options. Wish they had a breakfast sandwich though! We usually ended up getting bagels. Customer services was super nice and quick. We really enjoyed talking with the staff when visiting. The pups enjoyed the drive-thru as well since they were always treated with puppuccinos each visit. Coffee was great. I loved the americano and my wife really enjoyed the iced coffee. I liked that they had large sizes to choose from as well.

I really enjoy coming to Coffee Guy, not only because of its exceptional customer service but also it’s inviting atmosphere. My husband and I are starting a church this year and this place has become our office and home away from home. We have majority of our meetings here as well as our women’s and men’s small groups and most recently our first Interest hangout for our church. This is definitely the place to be not only for coffee, and (personally my favorite Strawberries n cream smoothie), but also if you want to experience a cozy environment and welcoming staff. Great spot for your business meetings, to get some homework done, chat with a friend, meet new people, and so on. When you stop by, tell Rachel (General Supervisor) hello, she’s a sweetie!

One of my favorite spots to satisfy my sweet tooth. You can make practically any coffee drink your heart desires and they have some amazing bakery items, too. This is my go to place when I need to study because the atmosphere.Only suggestion would be more outlet accessible tables.

Loved the customer service and environment but I ordered the Carmel Markotto and I asked the cash register if it was sweet, she said yes, I got my coffee mixed it up and tasted it. It was not sweet I even got extra drizzle and it didn’t even have a caramel taste as if they didn’t put syrup in it. also asked for almond milk and didn’t get that either…

Delightful shop and excellent coffee! I stopped by here every day for a week while here for work. Loved the coffee and the service was amazing. They have a drive through which is convinced but go inside to see all of the goodies they offer. This is my go to spot for coffee in Pensacola now!

I am so glad my friend invited me here. They make the best coffee. The staff is super. They are always cheerful. Isabel is the lady usally behind the counter. Remembers what I order and remembers my name. Its a bit out of my way but it is certainly worth a couple of miles for the best coffee in Pensacola. Food is also fantastic.

I ordered the honey bee honey latte. The coffee was not the best neither was the hot chocolate. There is a sign offering a remake if you are unhappy with your drink. There are not a lot of places that would put up such a sign. The atmosphere was pleasant! The concept of combining an eye glass examination place with a coffee shop is a novel idea. The price of the coffee was a little higher than anywhere else Ive purchased. The Cafe provided a variety of drinks on their menu. Overall, I would try it again!

My family and I moved back to Pensacola during 2020 to plant a church. A friend recommended Coffee Guy Cafe and it has been life giving to us! It’s because of this establishment that we were able to do life still, connect with other amazing people who have a passion for the city of Pensacola, make new lifelong friends, and find normalcy in the midst of chaos.The drinks there are amazing, the staff is always very inviting and apt to meet each costumers individual needs. Rachel Silva, the manager is amazing; she is always out amongst the costumers gauging their needs, and working tirelessly to ensure that every patron has the best experience.Yesterday we had our first interest gathering as a church at Coffee Guy and let me just say if you are looking for a place to host an invent that will yield a good return on investment both financially and relationally; this is definitely the place!

Stayed in Pensacola overnight on our way to WDW and due to hurricane damage, our Courtyard by Marriot didnt have my morning Starbucks. Coffee Guy was right there to take care of the caffeine monster. Great product, friendly service. We got a delicious banana nut muffin and a large cappuccino with coconut milk...may sound weird but they were equipped to handle it. Support these awesome local businesses.

Been to several cafés in the area, and the Coffee Guy is by far the best one! The servers are always friendly and personable, and the coffee is consistently on point. Service is fast and the place is clean. If you havent tried the Valentine drink, you need to get it on your next visit. Its like love in a cup! 😍

Hands down the BEST coffee shop in pensacola. When I went this morning (drive through) I was kindly greeted when giving my order. When I got to the window an employee wearing a tye-dye pink shirt absolutely made my day. First, she told me I was beautiful and was sincere about it. Then she proceeded to ask my boyfriend if were together (he said yes), and she told him he was really lucky. This made me smile of course, and made my morning. Without a doubt the brightest, and happiest employees you will ever meet. I can’t even fathom going back to starbucks or dunkin. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I visited this location at least once in 2020, and I was already impressed back then, but I’ve since come back several times just in May this year. I can’t speak highly enough of both the quality of the coffee and also the vision center in the other side of the building. Everyone has been so friendly, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The drinks are great, I personally recommend the Cookies and Creme, which is served frozen like a frappe.I have to speak highly of the optometrist, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and all around calming for one that has anxiety about vision appointments. More than that though, I can’t thank the sales associate, Symone, enough for just how amazing she has been. Sales associate feels like a title that doesn’t begin to describe what she does though. Symone helped inspire me to pick out the best glasses for me, and never once did she tell me what to choose, but she helped give me the confidence I needed to find the right fit for me. She’s been kind, polite, friendly, and downright neighborly every step of the way. She helped me find the best deal to get my glasses and has made sure I was satisfied with my selection every step of the way. Without her, I might have walked away from getting new glasses entirely.

I don’t know what in the world is going on at this place eyeglasses coffee cake RV park but I will say this that’s the best chicken salad sandwich I’ve ever had! And my salted caramel coffee was good to Yummy.

People are nice! Super chill staff. It has a similar vibe as Dutch Bro’s a staple coffee shop out west. With the Lattes, add froth to it. I know people use whipped cream sometimes as an easier way to add foam but frothed milk works better. Also less sugar in the drinks would give it the perfect flavor. Cool place so not downing the vibe at all. Check how the coffee bean and dutch bro’s does some things.... it would add icing on the cake. Great to have you guys here!

I loooooove their iced coffee. I usually get the s’mores or French vanilla but made with almond milk or coconut milk depending on the flavor. If I want to spend a little extra for iced coffee I go here. The richness and smell just makes me happy. Better than Starbucks for sure!

I don’t understand why they give the food truck guy free coffee every time he goes in there because from time to time he brings one of the young girls a burger then criticizes how he doesn’t understand why you guys are selling pumpkin coffee in September. He said nobody talks to him on Sundays cause it’s full of church people. Why does everybody else have to pay for their coffee and he doesn’t? I don’t think that’s fair😡

This place has amazing customer service. They always ask if your drink is to your liking, and if it isn’t, they will make you a new one. They always help me choose because there are SO many choices. By far, my favorite coffee shop in P-cola. I got this cute gingerbread man with my seasonal gingerbread latte. Be sure to join their rewards program on Five Stars. and they’re cake is awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

I only purchased coffee from here twice and did not have a good experience either time. i asked a barista about one of the menu items, who failed to tell me what exactly was in the drink. i felt awkward and anxious while ordering. when i got the beverage, it did not taste anything like i expected. the cup was also sticky and made a big mess. the second time was through the drive thru, and a new employee struggled to take my order. why wasn’t anyone there to help her train? i could tell she was nervous and tried to help her feel better, but my order was still messed up.

I have found that Coffee Guy coffee is truly remarkable with their taste. The only discouraging issue is they only offer organic protein... Would be greatly appreciated if you could give other options. And use Polar Protein by Frozenta. My other coffee shop.in Virginia uses it.

I stop by the drive thru at least 3 or 4 times a month. They have the best customer service. My order of Sugar Free Mocha Frozen with an extra shot of Espresso is always made to perfection. I grew up right down the road. Its always nice to get my drink then drive thru the old neighborhood thinking about the good times I had as a kid. I remember this property well. Used to be Burgess Reality. An old red brick building with a round neon light clock on the front. Mr. & Mrs. Burgess lived in the back of the building. This was just a small intersection back then. No Whataburger just a vacant lot with the 7-Eleven on the property next door. University Mall was under construction. Good memories.

When buying an expensive cup of coffee, you want quality, variety, great service and a great environment; Coffee guy has all of these. Pros: fantastic coffee, great atmosphere, friendly peopleCons: on the more expensive side, coffee tends to run stronger than you assume and the worst is the wait times.Went in this morning, there was one person in front of me ordering one drink and I myself only ordered one drink. Somehow this translated to a full 20 minute wait time. I started coming here due to it being on a shorter route from home to work, but given I end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes for one cup of coffee its making this route less efficient than my old one.

Great coffee. But… working girls there are with too robotic attitude. Squeeze some friendly smiles, people!

Great coffee! Great service! And AMAZING! deli treats like cake and chocolate muffins. The place has a very calming yet open and modern feel as far as decor goes. It apparently is a remodeled bank so expect some interesting infrastructure in order to recycle this building. Meanwhile, the staff was really polite and relatable in that they were happy to talk with me while I waited on my coffee. I obviously didnt go behind the counter, but everything looked clean, organized and well put together. Free WiFi too, so if I lived closer I would definitely spend some study time here. Prices were much better than Starbucks with coffee that was just as good as. Also, because they roast their own beans at the store, all their coffee is fresh as youre going to get in North America. They also have Italian cream sodas for those who dont favor coffee as much as their more caffeine driven friends. The shop is outfitted with both wall plug ins and USB ports for easy charging before work or just as a good place for hanging out with friends. Also, I heard that they were still working to get gelato added to the mix. So yay! A new affordable GOOD coffee place is on the menu!
