What can I say.. this place has some really genuine people. I have come from other carriers where the totally bait and switched me and caused me to have higher than expected bills, going in with that concern, both the representative Cainon and the manager Abraham were friendly and transparent. Honest with fees and told me right down to the penny what my bill was going to be. Very grateful to have come across this store by accident. (It’s kinda tucked away) if you haven’t already, go see these guys. I’m saving like 150 bucks a month and my family got all new phones. Thank you gentlemen, sincerely, one happy customer.

My experience at the store was great! I came in for an upgrade on the new iPhone 13 and ended up getting a watch as well, because of the recommendation of the salesman. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely better than waiting 45 mins at other locations.

Yesterday I went into this store. It wasn’t too busy. The manager saw us but seemed to be avoiding all contact with me and anyone else for a good 10-15 minutes. Then, along came Jenn. your five-star employee. Jenn was able to help me with my phone repair. Although it seemed complicated to me… she had the knowledge, the skill and the patience to explain every detail to me. That manager and Jenn should switch places. Just sayin”

I waited 20 minutes before anyone even said a word to me. I understand you are helping someone, but you can at least pulse your other customers to make sure they dont have a quick question, or just need to buy something really quick. When I finally was helped, the service was quick easy and great. But I wont be going back to this location.

Went to this store to upgrade my phone. Cainon, the store rep, who helped me was excellent! He walked my dad and I through the entire process of upgrading our family plan to 5G and helped me upgrade my phone. He even took the time to transfer everything off my old phone to my new one so I didnt have to do anything! He went above my expectations. I will go back to this location if I ever need anything else.

Don’t waste your time here. This isn’t a real AT&T store. They upcharge and can’t do most account services. Go to the actual corporate store on 75th and Bell Rd. Full service and much more customer friendly.

Service a little slow, but I understand comet it was pretty busy must be a popular place I do have the or they have to wear a mask. Staff was friendly and the time is on the door picture that I sent. My friend needed a ride here found it easy on maps. Tell them rabbit sent you. 😎🐰1️⃣3️⃣❤🇺🇸

Cainon R. Was the associate that assisted me at the AT&T location on Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley. He was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable AT&T associate that I have ever worked with. Not only did he help me with my original purchase that had to be special ordered, but he also corrected mistakes that were made at two other AT&T locations that I had attempted to go to after my purchase arrived, only to have my phone and plan still be inactive. Cainon quickly and efficiently got me squared away, and answered all my questions. He is the only AT&T associate I will trust dealing with in the future. I’m sure if he chooses to, he will advance far up the AT&T hierarchy. He is that good!

If I could give negative stars I would. Abraham the store manager is worthless. I came in to buy an iPad for my son. They ran my account and I had someone else’s charges that were in collections under my account. I’ve been with ATT for 10+ years. Abraham was in the back and wouldn’t even come out to help. Told the associate Rob/Jake to tell me to call the fraud team. I left with my son upset as he’s five and was really looking forward to the iPad. I called fraud and got about 6 miles away and was told that Abraham should have called the credit activation team. I drove back to the store and requested to speak with him in person. The associate went back to request him. Came back and told me he said he was on lunch for 10 more minutes and I had to wait. I did. He eventually came out 15 minutes later. I explained the situation and he seemed like he didn’t want to call but he did. He called the wrong department which took 15 minutes. They transferred him to the correct department where they said that even though with the notes from the previous fraud associate they could not help as he did not put the correct notes and told me to call them again. I just got off of a 30 minute call with the fraud team for the second time today. They said that the account should have been cleared when I went back to the store the first time. She placed notes again and said she was going to connect me and her to the credit activation team. She put me on hold. The next thing I know a male picked up the phone and she was not on the line. He told me his department could only help associates of att and he could do nothing for me. I think this is a sign I should just buy an iPad elsewhere. After 10 years of being a loyal customer I am at a loss for words. Thanks for nothing att.

The service here is horrible. One person working at 530-630 which is how long that I have waited. Spent the entire time on one customer because he was small talking with them instead of finishing with them to handle a room full of other customers. AT&T has great cell service but horrible customer service.

I am very unhappy about their service and AT&T in general. My boyfriends phone isn’t working, he is out here on vacation and they couldn’t do anything for him since his mother is in a different state as of right now. They don’t and can’t do anything for anyone on vacation and that’s just ridiculous. AT&T provides no services at all and won’t even make a phone call to the account holder.

Our phones got ported out from att on Tuesday so we went to the store at 6pm. Austin was there working and was very helpful. He stayed 2 hours after closing for us! That was outstanding customer service and we would have been stuck with no phone for the entire night if not for him. He was the best att person we have come across. I was worried the staff there did not know what they are doing. I waited an hour and still did not get helped because the guy behind the counter could not get a credit card to go through on the system. It’s the closet store to my house but now I will have to try a different store where the staff is not as rude and more knowledgeable.

I went to this particular store because it is in my neighborhood. I asked for some assistance to get my Apple Watch back synced to the cellular server and the employee acted like he did not want to help me told me just to reset my watch to the factory settings and redo it after I told him I already did that worst customer service ever!!!

This store has been a nightmare to work with ever since my partner and I opened our account with them. They screwed up our order, so we got the wrong phones, in the wrong colors. They over charged us and screwed up our bill, and they sold us a screen protector plan where if our protector cracks we can go in for a free replacement, well since they are no longer contracted with Gadget Guard, they will not give us a refund or credit.

Rudest employees working on a Sunday with NO concept of how to answer the initial question without trying to upsell something else. When asked for a manager’s name the associate lied and said “ I can’t give out that information” followed by some blabbering about how he “gave all of the information”. I’ve been with AT&T for so long and had pleasant interactions every time other than this one. Bother with a different location.

If you are tired of going to an AT&T store and waiting an hour to get service this one is the place to go. I think because it is a bit out of the way it isnt as busy as other ones. They did have customers coming in regular but had the help to accommodate. All of the help was wonderful. Polite, helpful, and knowledgable. This is the place to get your new phone and other things you may need.

The staff its friendly, but not particularity capable of doing anything. Im not sure if this is because it is not a corporate location. It would have saved us months of frustration if they had simply referred us to a corporate location during any of our visits attempting to get our problems with at&t resolved.The only reason we knew to go to a different location was the t- mobile store across the street. We were about to break our phone contract (about $300 left) to get away from the disaster our experience with at&t has become because of this location.If you need help go to the location outside Arrowhead mall. They have a lot more access to account information and are capable of so much more than this store.The second star is because the staff never once lost their cool when my bf started raising his voice.

I Got my daughter a new phone but when I insert the SIM card keeps asking for PUK code I went to this AT&T ask how to retrieve the code the person ( worker there) even denied ever seeing white AT&T SIM card before insisting it should be yellow and I should buy another one I gave him the benefit of doubt thinking he may be new for this job to make matter worst he went and asked his supervisor whom never even bothered to come out of back room to explain to me came back with no better explanation ...the sad thing is I bought the SIM card there in the same store a while back here he is telling me he’s never seen it...well some ppl they just exist helpless hopeless is my conclusion from this experienceTo be honest I have had good experiences with some of the workers there the person with accent I apologize for forgetting your name you are awesome the above info does not include you

This is a short version of my dilemma. I had a problem with 2 Samsung S4s. The second one was brand new and kept showing no SIM card. I had no service what-so-ever. A friend let me borrow a Motorola phone just so I could make calls and text. The phone was an AT&T unlocked phone but I did not buy it from AT&T. As a last resort I visited one more AT&T store (3 previous stores said they could not help me) and met Brian. He called the main office immediately and found that I had time left on the warranty. I had called Samsung direct and they told me no warranty was available. With just a short conversation, my replacement phone was on its way to me. Brian then took the Motorola and set it up so everything worked while I waited for my new S4. I could go on forever about the exceptional customer service I received, but you get the idea. Even if the outcome was not positive, I would be writing this review because Brian did everything in his power to help me.. Kudos to Brian for understanding the true meaning of Customer Service. I will not visit any other AT&T store. They will have my business as long as I am with AT&T, which has been MANY years.I think I will bake Brian some cookies and stop in to just say Thanks

Our experience here was in short nothing less than a nightmare. We decided to switch to AT&T from Verizon due to some special deals going my family and I would get a lot out of the switch. Mistake number one happens the first day we try to switch where they took her phone back and put the wrong number on it. It happens, not a big deal but what is a big deal is the fact that Brian, the manager proceeded to blame us for the wrong number and messing up someone elses in the process. To clarify they took the phones and did this all in the backroom, where we had no commumication with them. Second mistake was the fact we were supposed to get two free tablets with our purchase due to points. Well come to find out because they messed up with a typo and give us someone elses number they proceeded to tell us we couldnt have the second tablet because of their mistake. Being upset my mother told them it wasnt our faults they messed up the number to which the manager Brian replied saying Well you should just go back to Verizon then. We then agreed and tried to but they had already sent our phones away and it wasnt possible to go back at this point. He then visibly annoyed took the tablets back into the back room and fixed them. The proceeding three days we had to continue to come back to get things set up which they said were already set up and every time they were very rude and helpful. All in all it was an extremely poor experience, especially with the manager Brian who was extremely rude and condescending. The only nice employee there was a young African American man named Michael who was extremely nice every day we came in and was the only one willing to actually help us without being rude or aggressive. All in all worse five day experience my family and I have gone through at a phone store.
