I recently went to this location and their employee named Jasmin was absolutely a pleasure and extremely helpful. I needed to have my phone available to call for work and Jasmin not only gave such exemplary service, but she had empathy. She made me feel at ease and less franctic after my horrible experience at (67th Ave and Peoria) at this other cricket wireless location. Jasmin was not only a life saver, but she gave me a reason to stay with Cricket. You need to hire more kind people like her. Coming from customer service you know when someone is being genuine and enjoys helping others. Thank you Jasmin!!!

I went to the cricket store on 91st and olive this morning. My phone was messing up I had to buy a new sim card. I ask about up grading my phone he said the price of the phone and a $45 activation fee. He was the manager is name is Eddie. I called cricket and they said activation is only $25 the guys is lying and cheating customers who nows what else he is cheating people out of .

Terrible customer service by Eddie. Very rude, cold and short with his answers, very unprofessional, looks away when you ask a question. Never greeted me or other customers. Not willing to help. He gave me a printed receipt on an 8×11 size paper but the letters were extremely small I couldnt read it, I asked for a regular printed receipt from register and he refused. I used to like this place, not sure if I will be coming back. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

Horrible customer service from chubby white girl, I understand she couldn’t help me but her attitude and tone of voice was very unnecessary since I did not in any way do or say anything to make her act that way. She’s just not suitable to be in a position to work with people. I’m work for customers service as well and her behavior is unexpected and she should be fired and work somewhere where she doesn’t interact with people.

Matthew was AWESOME !!! Came here after bad service at the Cricket Wireless store on Grand Ave. & 99th Ave. In Sun City. Had to wait a few minutes as Matthew wa the only employee but nice to see he actually talked to people, answered questions. If you need Cricket Wireless, come here. Clean store, knowledgeable friendly helpful employees. Need I say more? Btw, not 5 ☆s bc its Cricket.

I purchased a $800 GS7 phone, the receipt stated you can return the phone within 7 days in like new condition. 3 days later I tried returning the phone and the manager said he couldnt accept it because it was a tiny nick near the receiver port for the headphones and if he tried returning it Cricket would charge him personally $800. I suggested to just have the neck repaired and the remainder credit back to my card. The store manager said he can do that they would charge them full price. I tried calling cricket and got transferred about 17 times with no result. Extremely terrible customer service and experience. Save your money and go to a legit phone company.
