Absolutely great customer service. The guy stayed way past closing to make sure all three of our phones were set up properly and ready to roll. He was friendly with everyone who came in and attentive to us. Highly recommend you visit this location specifically.
I had the “manger chandler” help me set up my new plan I was supposed to get there deal if I switched over to Verizon and traded my phone in I could get a new phone with a cheaper bill of course first months cycle went then months went by and my bill never changed I kept coming in to talk to “chandler the manager” and he kept saying he will take care of it or come up with excuses I wanted to believe in him but that’s where I messed up I finally called Verizon customer service and they fixed my problem in no longer then 15 mins! Also if you like waiting in line for 40min with one chair and 6 other people in the store also waiting this is your place they always have 1 worker anytime I came in usually it’s “chandler the manager”
Went in with my wife to get a an upgrade for her. Didnt have the phone in stock Todd said at another store would get it in my Monday so we could look at it this occurred Thurs. Feb 25th.No call on Monday we called Wednesday phone not answered picked up call at another store said 83rd and T bird had the phone went in today different person no name tag. Said couldnt help us as phone not there. I asked if they had the phone model we wanted said couldnt help us as we had ordered the phone. No $ exchanged we didnt even know if she would like the phone. So this store lost a sale and gets a bad review.

I went into this location to buy the new Galaxy S20. One the employees greeted me, and that was it. Waited about 30 minutes to be helped and nothing. Only 3 devices on display with sign do not touch. (I understand the covid part) so I wasted 30 minutes of literally doing nothing, couldnt even waist that time figuring out the devices on display.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! They make all my phone upgrades painless and easy to understand. They were out of stock of the new phone I wanted, but Johnny went out of his way to drive to another location to pick one up for me, without me even having to ask. As I waited, Sean took care to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood my plan options and what I was choosing. They were both very friendly and not pushy with sales at all. They clearly enjoy what they do. They treated me as a person, not as a source of money. I would definitely recommend coming here for your cell phone needs. :)

I Love going here and doing my business, Not but this last visit was really short from the customer service experience. The guy helping me there seemed more interested in what he was doing on his phone. Really short with any explanation. So I will not let that judge all the other times that Ive gone there and had excellent customer service. I bought $1,000 phone and the guy didnt even seen interested in up sales didnt ask if I had credit or dis counts witch I still do because like I said he didnt care enough to ask.

All the employees are beyond stellar! Justin and crew are incredibly knowledgeable and take time to actually find you the best deal. Justins work ethic stands out and above! He inspires his crew to the same standards he sets. It is literally a pleasure doing business with them. I will continue to do business with this company due to Justin. Once Ive purchased a product, I never feel like Ive been thrown to the wolves. They are extremely patient and helpful with any follow up issues, not matter how silly, you may have. Kudos to the company for finding Justin, he has to be one of your best assets!

It was an amazing experience. Ali Cwiek was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain in detail, answered any questions I had, and was extremely courteous and professional @ the same time. I also had time to notice other sales consultants. Every one treated their customers with dignity and respect. I must add this was completely different from a recent experience I had at Best Buy. Went to this location to get a power cord for my cell phone, very bad service! Very bad attitude, will not ever return going to a different location.
I went there yesterday during my lunch from work because my phone wouldn’t charge. The man didn’t ask me anything, I explained to him and he abruptly tried to plug my phone in with their charger, it didn’t fit and he hands it back and says “the phone is old, try your charger” . I left and I am going somewhere else today to see if I need a new battery. There were no customers and the guy didn’t ask if I was a Verizon customer, which I am or didn’t try to see if it was my battery or phone or what. I will not go to this store again and my friends won’t either. What a waste of my time and no phone still and they lost a customer who would of bought another phone but not there. If the guy was in a bad mood, not my problem, but he was terrible customer service, that’s prob why no one was in there
Johnny was an amazing! He helped me restore my photos and info unlike two other Verizon stores I went to due to this issue! He was friendly and polite and set my mind at ease! I will definitely come back to this store when I need to upgrade!

I cracked my phone and went in there looking for a new one. I have been there several times and everyone is very friendly and takes care of business quickly. I have never taken the time, ever, to leave a review for a business. But I feel compelled today to figure out how. I brought my 86 year old Mom in today to get her an upgraded iPhone. We were fortunate enough to have Marci help us. Marci is knowledgable, patient, kind, and made our experience outstanding.Step by step, she led my Mom through what her choices were, and not only helped with the normal syncing and icloud updates, etc., She brought us about a dozen phone cases for Mom to pick through, and Marci very patiently helped her make a decision. Marci did everything, putting on the new case, screen protector, etc. Go Wireless is the only Verizon retailer I will deal with, and Marci is the Best!

Jamie, Devan, Sam, Chris and Todd are the best. I recently upgraded 3 phones. A Motorola Droid Turbo, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and a Samsung S4. Each had their unique qualities that made transferring data challenging. Each staff member was patient, friendly and professional in helping me out with my problems. Im forever grateful to each and everyone who came to my rescue. I highly recommend my (this ) store location for your cellular needs. There is NO WAY you will purchase anything from this faux Verizon retailer and not get shafted on your entire purchase! How would you like to spend $189.99 of your hard earned dollars, only to not be satisfied, bring back ALL of the merchandise with packaging.. only to be told they can only refund you $16.04????!!!! Welcome to my nightmare. The lovely sales rep Jane FAILED to inform of ANY critical information at the time of the sale... such as if you leave the store with the product and they have programed the phone with a number for you (which how else could it be???) - then THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $35 TO $50 if you have to bring it back, saying its restocking fee, or a charge they impose because it has your information and phone numbers in it. ??? I had two phones to return, with all the accessories in their complete packaging (except for one part of a box).. the one phone was a.99 CENTS special.. but YEP, you got it - I got CHARGED $50 TO RETURN A .99 CENT PHONE. The PROMISED 14-day Money Back Guarantee??? It does not exist, despite Jane assuring you that it did. Also, the wonderful demeanor at the initial time of sale??... Prepare to get treated like Satan is behind the counter and you are the enemy. Even with returning all the merchandise, the sales rep Candace?? (Jane dumped the ugly duty on her), the math did not add up to HOW they were only refunding me $16.04 out of a $189.99 return. Had a problem with a Verizon tablet. The techs were very helpful in diagnosing the problem, and giving me contacts with Verizon techs to facilitate a replacement. Very professional, very patient, very helpful. These people really do believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Will be returning to the store, again, on Mothers Day, to get my bill adjusted. After being a Verizon customer for 15 years, I am now experiencing being overcharged every month, due to this locations error. The smug manager is unpleasant to deal with and feels no remorse for their error, nor seems capable to actually remedy the situation. Please, never patronize this business. Verizon is a great company. These people are charlatans.

Walked in wanting one thing, a new phone number. Walked out with nothing. Sat there and was told it could be changed to the number he had me pick, only to have him tell me 30 minutes later that I had to either figure it out online somehow or call customer service and pay $15 to do it for me. Not helpful anytime I go in there ever since they have new management or whatever happened.. This is only one of the experiences Ive had with them. People are nice enough but clearly not well trained.

The customer service is outstanding. The storr is clean and neat. The team truly is a team, they work together to make sure the customer has the best possible experience and the shortest possible wait. I told Chris P my budget and he respected it. Not once did he try to upsell me or show me phones out of my price range. Everyone is so respectable and have a good sense of humor. They are so patient the customer in from of me spent 45 minutes choosing the best case for her phone and not once did the representtives seem angry or upset or impatient, and they tag teamed so that I was served and did not have to wait for the woman to choose her case. I recommend this location to everyone. I drive in from another city past 5 or 6 other VZW locations just to come here because I am so impressed. 5 stars.

At the height of a frustrating experience with a wifi data device that wasnt functioning, I was referred to GoWireless by Verizon after several phone calls and long hold periods. I wasnt certain as to reason for the referral at the time but am very glad I took the time to take the new device to their store for assistance despite it having been purchased from Best Buy. I bought the wifi hotspot for a former in-law after hearing he was recovering from an illness and had no Internet service. Armed with little knowledge of digital equipment of any type that isnt branded by Apple, I found myself in Techno Hell when the wifi device failed to operate leaving my former in-law with no Internet access.. Despite my displeasure with the unit which was not purchased from GoWireless nor to my knowledge is it even sold at their store, I encountered phenomenal assistance from Jaime Fernandez who treated me as a customer and friend. It certainly wasnt his responsibility to troubleshoot the device but he did so nonetheless and successfully got it to operate. The customer service I received was not what I had expected and I would certainly recommend the Peoria AZ location for all things wireless. Thank you again, Jaime.

I was the peoria store 3 weeks ago and promised Justin abromavage I would do a review. He was absolutely amazing he only helped pay a bill and he talked to me about how he could make my monthly bill less. He saved me $20 a month. I would recommend him and mybullfrog to anyone and everyone I know!
