DO NOT go to the store at 6750 W. Peoria Ave. Pilar, the staff working today, screwed up today. First off, she was late. Second off, she took almost two and a half hours to do things Ive seen staff at other stores do in under 3 times what she did. Shes nosy and does things I told her not to, like deleting apps. She wouldnt let me set up my phone like I wanted. Now Im missing at least 4 apps from my phone, my work app for one. But if you want to get things shes not supposed to give you, go to her. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN. CAUTION AND BEWARE.

Cactus location is always closed so I dnt mind the drive to this location w them having Great Customer Service. Always friendly & Helpful. Great deals ATM!

Helpful Service

I’m not really too sure what to say, because they never open the store for me to go in and make any judgment other than they don’t open on time. There is no movement no lights on nothing.At 1007 hours an employee has arrived, it is 1043 hours and we are still being assisted. I’ve grown tired and a bit hungry. The employee that is here is very knowledgeable and helpful. But the wait and length of time to complete service seems a little.

They have good customer service and there are very nice and kind to each client that comes in the store

The chick was awesome!!!she heard me and my husband talking about being limited on time. Got us taken care of and on our way quickly. The service so far is better than metro PCS we got 2 LG G6s, cases and glass protectors for less than $250 out the door!

Phone died after three years. Took it here, young lady couldnt get it to stay on, but boy did she try. I would highly recommend this store.

Boost is always been good to us but as times are changing their not advancing with technology our service is slow I cannot run the hotspot and search on the internet at the same time and that is very inconvenient. Our customer service rep has always been friendly so thats why Im giving three stars but honestly its about that time to make a change.

I visited this place 2 weeks ago and I didnt like it. The person who attended me did not do a good job. I went to activate a phone and the person didnt ask anything about choosing the pin number and the area number because she had to choose both. And he also had to call someone because he did not know how to put the line. I do not recommend it.
