In the past I rent and owned a few pieces so I tried again this year. I had to leave out of state on a family emergency and left a house sitter and her daughter at my home. My house sitter called and told me one of their employees came banging on my door like crazy for well over 3 minutes startling her daughter and triggered her seizure. Once the paramedics came she opened my door to a box of door notifications dumped on the ground. Her daughter is still in the hospital. This kind of conduct is disgusting. I can’t wait to get back to give you your items back including all the garbage that was dumped at my doorstep by one of your employees!

Esmeralda inside was fantastic with getting my agreement set up! I was a little disappointed with the gentleman who delivered and set up my bedroom furniture. My nightstand was damaged before they even left my home, a little wood glue can fix the issue but I felt they could have been a little more careful, the biggest problem I had was when they put the boxes in the dumpster without breaking them down, my apartment manager had to contact me to advise me of this and if I didnt fix the issue I would be fined since the dumpster was completely blocked by the boxes. Rent a Center sent someone out to handle this with out any issue so I am thankful for that and although this happened I was still happy with my overall service.

Have rented everything but a stereo, washer/dryer, refrigerator from the location. Maria the manager is the best. Very customer oriented, greeting you with a smile. Easy to work with you and the staff as needed. Selection of items good. If not at the store will call around to find out availability of item(s). Then have it delivered to the store for inspection prior to home delivery or pickup. Staff helpful and friendly. Store always clean and organized inside/out.

Rent a center is good for when you are in a pinch. We moved and had no furniture. I like the quality of the stuff they have. The first purchase was a couch set, when i became pregnant had to return it because I got too big and got very uncomfortable. they were super sweet and let us exchange for a different set. I rated it 4 stars because it is expensive. $35 plus a WEEK is alot. We finally paid off our table set after almost a year. Now paying off the couch set. Good, but spendy in the end.

Love this office. Got our washer and dryer here when we bought our house and when things came up in life and I wasnt able to make the payments they worked with me both times.About to go talk to em about a dishwasher.

This location is beyond horrible service and Valerie General Manager and team are so unprofessional its unbelievable. This staff had damaged my home while picking up furniture and not calling to even fix it. They called my work number continuously and the employees fake profiles to stalk me at work. Then today I get a call from them asking for a corporate number so they can harass my corporate office. I have found out this location is ran by a Franchise and NOT corporate office. So you will never get a call back from this owner. This business is ran by a bunch of no good people!!! Beware!! Evan Guzman is also a stalker and will call pretending he is someone else asking wierd questions..

AVOID THIS STORE!AVOID THIS STORE! Absolutely the worst retail experience Ive ever had. Maria tended to me while participating in a corporate conference call. (very rude) Because I mentioned the fact that I had company coming for two weeks, she inputted my information as a short term loan. This doubled the price and turned a 29 dollar a week item into a 280 dollar obligation. She refused to redo the contract. So RUDE!I went to Aarons and was treated like a king. AVOID THIS STORE! Not sure if other Rent a Centers are this shady, but I wont be setting foot inside a store to find out! I wish I could give ZERO stars!

This location is in desperate need of new management. The sales crew are great to deal with but the manager Maria needs to be retrained in customer service skills and then retrain their staff on ways to collect on products. I will admit i was late with a lot of payments but i always paid all late fees and paid off my merchandise. I had 2 iccurances that their sales team came to my home and spoke on my personal acct info to my minor son. I also had my neighbor call me and say they were asking her of my whereabouts and even taking pictures of my vehicle and apartment door. REALLY? for a 35.00 payment. Every time i spoke to Maria she was very unprofessional to the point she would raise her voice to me, and even at one time told me i was a horrible customer amongst other things. I have since been able to get things via cash or credit cards because i will NEVER EVER rent to own anything again due to people like Maria. Rent a center must have been desperate for someone to fill that position to hire her.

This Company flat out sucks. I rented a 65 smart tv. After 2 months it started having problems. They switched it out for another while they fixed the first one. After another5 weeks they brought it back, and it still wasnt fixed. Went back again to switch it out cor good. So they wrote me a new contract for a new tv. Again about a month or so into the new one. It starts to have problems as well. So being fed up I emailed corparate office asking to speak to a manager. A week or so later I got a voicemail from a district manager saying hed fix the problem. I ha e tried calling 3-4 times now to resolve this issue, and no one will call me back. Ontop of all this the $700 i made towards the first TV was not applied to the 2nd TV i had to get. So ontop of crappy products, this company has even crappier customer service, and literally feel taken advantage of. Do not rent here! You will be very dissapointed and agrivated. 2 thumbs down!

Turned in a computer 4 days before the payment date and they didnt scan it back into the system so I got charged for something I dont have. Very unhappy with the situation.

I filed a complaint with the general manager due to their employees harassing me at work. I asked the employee to remove my work number from their phone list and he refused (I am not the one who purchased an item through them) and was condescending in his response to me. I spoke to the manager and requested to file a formal complaint and he just talked in circles, but promised me that my work number would never be contacted again. I AM STILL GETTING PHONE CALLS TO MY WORK NUMBER, interrupting conference calls and business meetings.

This location had nothing to offer. Very disappointed. 2 stars because they were friendly.
