Honestly always have had great experiences at Tireman but yesterday was very eye opening. I went in for an oil change and they didn’t even call me when my car was done I called and they said oh yeah it’s been done. First red flag. Second they tried to sell me new tires over the phone when I know I don’t need them and I figured I’d just look at them when I got there. They told me two of my tires were almost legally bald. I had my friend who has worked for Tireman in the past check them out for a second opinion and none of them were even close to being bald. They like to take advantage of women and try to sell them tires that aren’t even needed. Watch your back with these snakes they only want that $$$ don’t even care about their long time customers.

Customer service was great.Wait time was an hour and a half for an oil change, tire rotation, air filter replacement. I made an appointment online through their website.Overall I was satisfied with my experience and would recommend them for the above mentioned automotive services.

Beyond my expectations, Tireman was able to save my tire rather than my having to replace it. Considering it was split down the middle, I fully expected them to say it have to get one, if not two new tires. But they were able to patch up my current tire and saved me SO MUCH headache and money. It was a best-case-scenario for me and it’s all thanks to Tireman. Awesome repair job :)

Ryan and his team always take good care of my vehicles. That’s why we drive down from Michigan to have our service done there. They are trustworthy and pay attention to every detail. With all the stigmas of auto shops taking advantage of women, I have no problem sending my wife to them. I know they’ll take care of her. I recommend them to everyone I know, and even people I don’t know.

Very pleased with the service at the Perrysburg Tireman. Ed was very pleasant and professional and was genuinely concerned with the repairs we required. His attitude was positive and he reassured us that he would take care of us and explained in detail what they would attempt to do for us. We had an appointment for 4:30 pm. I called to let Ed know, that the vehicle would be towed to his location and would probably arrive around 12:30pm. He said great we will be watching for your vehicle. Imagine my surprise when Ed called me around 2:30pm and said your vehicle is finished and ready for you to pick up at your convenience. When we arrived at the Perrysburg Tireman, Ed greeted us and said, the alignment specialist had an opening in his schedule, so we went ahead and got your vehicle in, the alignment was out about 5-6 degrees. Wow! I will not hesitate to take my vehicles to Perrysburg Tireman in the future. Customer service is alive and well at the Perrysburg Tireman. The folks here are always prompt, professional and polite. I’ve been taking my work vehicle and personal vehicle here for a couple of years and have always had a positive experience. In an environment where good customer service is rare, this location has managed to keep their levels high.

The men that work here are very very nice. They worked on my car immediately. It only took them 45 minutes to put new brakes and rotors on the front of my car. They checked everything. And they gave me a coupon discount. Very nice place to go they do really good work.I went back to this tire man because I received a free coupon for welcome to the neighborhood they did a blue oil and filter. Plus they did a screw removal from my tire and plugged it up. Rotated my tires and make sure the air pressure was correct. When I get new tires I will definitely go here when I get new tiresWhen I get new tires I will definitely go here the men here work hard and they also have a couple of women there.

These guys always do great work on my wifes car. Ive always worked on my own vehicles. My wife takes her car here and Ive never discredited anything this shop has found or worked on. Its nice to find a shop like that. They are a great local outfit. They are also military friendly and have a military discount!

I good variety of tires from the economical to the best quality tires on the market. Accommodations were top notch. Blew a tire on the highway at 5 o’clock on a Friday. Since they were open until six they were able to order a tire and have it ready for me the next morning and they had my car up and running Saturday morning. Due to being in a tough situation I was concerned about there being some price gouging but there was none.

These guys are the best!They fixed my bumper, they put on hubcaps, also fix my tail light.No extra charge!Highly recommended.I was just in for an oil change.!!!

Needed an oil change and brake fluid flush on my Audi. This vehicle requires a very specific fluids as the SUV is a diesel. The correct products were ordered and the work was properly done in a timely manner. I will continue to frequent this company and the Perrysburg location in the future. Thank you

The people who work there are nice and friendly, but you take to long when it comes to changing oil. I understand you have previous work that needed to be done, but there has to be a better way. There is no reason for a oil change to take an hour and a half to do. A woman who came in the same time as I did, was still there when I left, and all she had was a nail in her tire. Thats unacceptable in my eyes. But of course, as long as the money keeps flowing in. this message will be ignored like all the other messages you receive.

They never charged the price on the Kroger coupon. I was unable to get a ride home because they didn’t have enough staff, but if I was getting tires I’m sure they would have figure something out because I got tires from them before and this is why I know their service could be better. I prefer to go to the Maumee location also a great job there. Take the time and the extra 10 minutes to get better service.

I had been long standing customer of Tireman, and I felt scammed yesterday when they mention to recognize a cost when dropping off the car and in the final invoice they didn’t recognize it, after mentioning the fact they only recognized half of it, and a VERY POOR customer appreciation… just pay and done… very disappointed as I mention to them that is how the close the door not only to me as a customer but all the recommendations s I had done in the past, they careless of my comments.

These guys are fantastic! I wont go anywhere else. Always very professional, and thorough in their work. And they have great customer service....not many businesses can say that anymore!

Tireman was able to successfully diagnose my check engine light and find out my car had jumped timing. When realizing it was worse then I originally thought they immediately contacted me and let me know. They also took money off my diagnostic fee knowing that I was going to have bigger fish to fry.

Overpriced. charged me for too much for one headlight light and tire balances. not to mention they tried to charge me $600 to do my ball joints which i just replaced before they do an alignment

My mom got a flat repaired. She brought it to them around 4pm and got done around 6pm. When we went to go pick up they got really busy. The rep was able to take care of everyone calmly by himself. I was quite impressed with his customer service skills, even though it was closing time.

So far. Have had new rims and tires mounted on a 08 mustang. 02 sensors changed on a 2012 avenger. 08 avenger and 2012 challenger. All 3 visits where fast and unobtrusive to my daily schedule. And all 3 time I have been happy with the quality of the work and care given to my cars

The team at Perrysburg Tireman are not afraid to venture into uncharted territory. Michael the alignment tech was able to align my 1948 Dodge Business Coupe with minimal issues and she drives a million times better. For the amount of work that was done their pricing cant be beat

Just want to say thanks to Ryan and his crew at Perrysburg tireman. We had taken our car to two other places and they could not figure out the problem. We really appreciate them taking the time and fixing the issue with our car!

My experience here has drastically improved over the past two years. The last time I went in everyone was very professional, respectful and helpful.

I appreciate their honesty. They wont do unnecessary work on your car to make a profit. I replaced my brakes and later I started to hear loud metal on metal noise. Assuming I did not replace the brakes correctly, I took my car to I Tireman to replace them. I wanted to pay a professional just to have the piece of mind that the brakes would work properly. After they inspected the brakes, they said I should return the brakes and rotors because theyre faulty and not pay them to replace. I took their advice and returned the brakes and rotors. The brakes work great now and saved me a few $100 dollars.

Walked in with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. They assured me they could fit me in with an hour wait. That was fine with me as I could see how busy they were. I was very impressed with their degree of professionalism and friendliness to each customer as they came in the waiting room to let them know their vehicle was ready. Even if their were issues that their cars had which required further work, they stated those issues in a way not to embarrass them in feint if everyone, but just what was required and when it should be taken care of. Checkout again, very friendly. I will continue to go back.

Date 02/04/2021 I called to get a quote on a set of tires. My daughter made an appointment. They over charge her $187. I really believe it was because she is a young female. I called and they gave us the money back. They also did an alignment on her car. She had to take the car back because it was shaking. They told her they crisscrossed the tires and it is good now. Never heard that crisscrossing new tires fixed shaking. Between them over pricing a young female and lying about something they did wrong I would not recommend.

If I could give Tireman 10 stars I would. My tire was a special order. Some places told me I wouldn’t get it until sometime next week. When Tireman had my tire delivered the next day. Very fast service. I’m well pleased. Thanks again guys. For going over above and beyond.

I went into tireman to have them look at a screw that I knew was in my tire. Not only did they do it in a timely manner, he looked up a coupon online and I got this service for free! Very professional and very nice of him to use that coupon that I wasn’t aware of. Overall a very nice experience.

I had a intermittently flashing oil light on the dash. Tireman put in a new sensor and driving home the same thing occured. Took it back it today and let them try again. Yesterday dropped off car for oil change and rotation at 7:30 and was told it would be done by 3. Called at 3 and they hadnt even pulled my car in yet. Called at 330 and told me needed rear brakes and rotors. I had to pick up car at 4 so wasnt time to do brakes. They had my car all day and should of serviced it quicker so I could replaced recommended brakes. Very unsatisfied.

Called Tireman in the late morning to ask if they could do an alignment on my car later on the same day. They gave me a time to show up, aligned the car, and I was on my way in a timely manner. Car drives better and all is right in the world!

I used the Tireman across from Levis Commons in Perrysburg, OH earlier this month. I called to ask questions about two types of tires. I do not remember names off the top of my head, but the desk guy was very kind and helpful. He was not rushing to get off the phone, he was not trying to make a sale or push one tire over the other, and was very informative about the comparison of both tires without me needing to ask a lot of questions. They got me in the same day for all 4 tires! The desk guy and all the techs working on my vehicle also looked up and applied as many coupons as they could saving me about $95-ish! I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I purchased the BF Goodrich Advantage T/A Sport LT tires. I had a last minute road trip 2 days later. They handle very well in different weather conditions, sudden swerving, etc. I am very happy with them! I would recommend this Tireman, and these tires, to anyone / everyone!

Amazing prices, friendly staff, quick service.I was on my way from Michigan to Florida to say goodbye to a dear lifelong friend. My tire blew on 75 and I called them explained everything and they were able to get me in and out within an hour. I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH! you truly are the tireman....pun intended.

This is the very first time Id give an opinion about a Fireman service location. Ive been a Tireman customer, five service locations, for close to 35 years. So, thanks. (To be fair, I didnt include Alexis Toledo location because my nephew was a former manager there.)

Tireman in Perrysburg was awesome to me yesterday after our winter storm! I called Eddie and asked if I can get air in my tires because 2 gas stations charged $1.50 and neither one worked! Eddie was more than happy to help! He said don’t pay for air, we will get u set up! I called back as I was driving there and asked if they could do my wipers as well? Again, he said absolutely! Once I got there, the tech checked all the air in my tires and noticed all of them were way off from what my vehicle was telling me, so again they took the time to get them all rememorized!Thank u all for helping me out last minute!

Thought they had free tire repairs if you take just the tire in but I got charged for it. Stated on receipt that tire was on the car but it wasnt. And have to make a trip back because they didnt put center cap back on my wheel. They were quick though

Just took my Odyssey for an assignment due to suspension parts being replaced. They called and recommended the 4 wheel alignment when they noticed it was out of whack. So I went ahead with that. They called and said it was completed (was done in a very reasonable time). The guy cashing me out was nice but didnt go over anything with me, I had to read the sheet myself (good thing I knew what I was looking at), and he had no clue where it was parked in his lot and really didnt seem to care. He said it was out there somewhere. So after I paid I ended up circling the building to find my vehicle. Its the little things that make a business good. A tad bit of effort by one person could have made my experience 5 stars instead of 3. I hope they can correct this since its an easy fix!

This would have been a 5 star but there was a mix up over the phone and I was given a price over the phone but it didnt get matched they did the best they could but I was disappointed that I had to pay more when I got there. Otherwise they took great care of me and my car service was quick so I didnt wait long.

I had a wiper unit replaced at a dealership; took it to them twice and it was not done right. I took it to Perrysburg Tireman and not only did they fix it; the service was outstanding and done right!
