Great people, left me alone- none of that pressure as soon as you get out of the car you have someone asking what your looking for. They gave me space to look and when I was ready to ask questions they answered all my questions. Worked hard to find the best rate for me. They spent several hours answering questions and getting us a great rate. If you are looking for a Jeep Wrangler this is definitely the best place to start looking. If he doesn’t have what you’re looking for, more than likely he can get something you would want. I’m not going anywhere else, the next Jeep Wrangler I buy I will come right back here.

Avoid this place at all costs, otherwise you could end up with some serious legal issues.Purchased a car 2 months ago in full and filled out paperwork for a transfer of title and was told I would have the new title in my name within 30 days. I still do not have the title in my name and cannot register the car as a result, so it cant even be driven. Ive reached out to Pat almost every other day for the past 30 days and he constantly tells me it will be done tomorrow but he has also informed me that the title for the car was never in his name and still isnt and he still waiting to get it from the original owner.How a registered dealer sells a car they do not have the title for is beyond me, but my biggest mistake here was expecting Harrigan to conduct themselves like a proper dealership.

Do not hesitate to purchase from here. Pat was amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable, fair, with a great selection of Jeeps. We drove for 3 hours to get it and it was definitely worth the trip.

Drove down from the central U.P. of Michigan. Close to a 7 hour drive, but worth every minute. Picked up an 04 TJ. Great Jeep, by far the cleanest Jeep Ive looked at. Pat was outstanding to deal with. Could have drove everything he had....lol. Very happy with the whole transaction.

I was not distracted and could stay focused and feel confident about going through all the paperwork. I could not have asked for a better experience.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I usually prefer to buy from private parties because you deal with less swindling and get better deal, but Harrigan family automotive is nothing like other dealerships. From the instant I got there I felt like I was actually getting a good deal and that I was a valued customer and not just some way to earn a quick buck. At the time of my purchase I was dealing insurance not giving me the money I needed from my car that was totaled previously. Patrick worked with me the whole time and helped me get a great deal on the jeep I was looking at. The jeep runs great! If I could I would give Harrigan family automotive 6 stars out of 5! This is a long story, but Ill make it short so that people actually read the review.I bought a Jeep from Pat in January. To date, this Jeep has had to be towed four times on only 5,000 miles of driving.Prior to me buying the Wrangler, someone messed with the radiator cap so that the system wouldnt pressurize, and so when I replaced the hoses and radiator cap it was found that it needed a water pump AND a head gasket.It has had electrical problems in addition to everything else I list here.The latest in the saga is that it blew a brake line while my daughter was driving. I took it in to have that repaired and asked for my mechanic to look the car over so that I would feel good about putting my daughter back in the Jeep - and he found that the frame is completely rusted out. He showed me how the frame had been painted over in order to hide this problem, which I didnt see as Im not a mechanic.I have spent about $4K on this Jeep in repairs, and now it needs thousands more to make it road-safe.Pat doesnt respond to me anymore at all.He said I could trade it in, but he wont state an amount of what hell give me for the car. Hell tell you what a great guy he is.... but wont do anything to back it up.Im contacting the BBB, an attorney, and leaving a review anywhere I can find to warn people. I see so many people that have had a good experience - consider yourself lucky. Its easy to be a good guy when everything goes well, but the test is when things dont go well. This is NOT a good man - he doesnt stand behind his product at all.See the pics posted - these were taken today. When I bought this Jeep, the frame was painted black - Im not a mechanic, but I did try to check it out - but apparently missed these things. Shame on me for not having it checked out thoroughly by a mechanic. Lesson learned.

I bought a jeep from Pat about 2 and a half months ago. Pat was very responsive at first, did all he could to get my in the jeep stayed up till 12 am to make sure i was approved and got me in that jeep. That was the only good thing...I told him I would trade in my vehicle to him however I needed about a week to get the part it needed and I would either give it to him as is for cheaper or install and buy the part myself if he wanted if he gave me top dollar for the vehicle. He was ok with my installing it and trading it into him when I got it done. I kept him updated everyday until the part was installed, very responsive until the day I installed the part. I called and texted him everyday for 2 weeks to try to schedule a time to deliver the vehicle since the part was installed. No response... none at all. 2 weeks goes by I get a text at around 1 am saying I needed to call him ASAP. I text him in the morning trying to get ahold of him and no answer still. I text him later in the day and finally he responds but with nothing but rudeness. Where is the vehicle you told me the vehicle would be here 2 weeks ago I need it this is very unprofessional you could drop the vehicle off 24/7 and you know that...... This man would not own up to the fact that he refused to answer me for 2 weeks to deliver the vehicle, I will not leave a vehicle on his lot or any lot with the keys in it while nobody is there but from some reason that seems ok to him. I then have to leave my work to drop the vehicle off and was in a rush so I dropped the car off and tried to find him but he was no where to be found. I couldnt wait i was heading out of town and had to finish a job a work so i left and text him that the car was there and could not find him. I then began to receive an obscene amount of phone calls from numbers I didnt know and restricted numbers for a day. Im assuming these were him since I would receive texts from him saying call me asap or we have a huge problem however I was driving and couldnt answer him. I call the next day and the huge problem is he didnt keep record of my vehicle i traded him and what i did to it and that leaving a car there without telling him was horribly unprofessional and not something HE would ever do. I let it go and thought I was in the clear but NO. My temp tags expired 2 months after I bought the vehicle and he said he would send me a title in the mail in the first week which I never received. So i proceeded to got the title bureau and to my surprise the title was never in my name let alone Pats name! Shocker there. So I was driving around a vehicle for 2 months that was never in this mans name at any point, it took me to call and text him for him to get his title worker to get a title for the vehicle which took about 4 days mind you. Moral of this story is yes, this man sells jeeps, sometimes good, mostly bad, but his service is horrible. He is shady, blames you for his issues and lack of professionalism and the issues will continue. Would never recommend anybody by any vehicle at this place or even consider stopping by to look.

Owner missed first apt after I drove 2 hours. Didnt have the jeep ready 3 days later when I drove 2 hrs agin. Have had nothing but poor communication with them and now a month and a half later Ive yet to receive my title...

Went out to look at a Wrangler last night that was listed, pictured, and priced like it was in good condition. We looked at the Jeep for about a minute since it was full of rust holes. After telling Pat we where not interested and left, he began texting me and giving me a hard time about not purchasing from him. It got so bad I had to block his phone number. They may have a large stock of Jeeps but buyer be ware.

Never on time to any of our appointments when we were driving from an hour away. Not ten minutes either like an hour. Came to pick up our jeep was told everything was ready, well he didnt even have the keys so we drove out there for nothing. Then told us it would be dropped off with things like the back seat and new battery. It was dropped off but not with the items he said it would have taken care of. Paperwork took ANOTHER trip ...please if you value your time do not buy from here. So far my husband had to install a back seat, blower motor and come to find out the heat only works on high and it blows cold by our feet. At this point whats the point of asking for him to fix it when we have been given such a run around. He is a nice man but business needs a stronger admin. Pricing was not impressive either his paperwork fees are ridiculous for what we purchased and how it was handled. Thought hard about if I was going to post this, but I dont want someone else to go through the headache we did.In response to what was posted by the owner below:Yes it was after hours he is correct. But this does not excuse being an hour late we also have a 6 and 8 year old everyone as children dont agree to a meeting professionally if you cant accommodate.Yes he did drive it to our house because after two trips an hr away the car wasnt ready. Then when it was dropped off the paperwork like he promised was not in it this is why the paper took a minute. Still we have no title.When my husband came down to have it worked on he had other customers, so per my husband he worked on his truck himself... So yes a third trip because when it was dropped off it didnt have the things like you stated sir. I am sorry your children were sick I hope they are ok. This is not personal this is a business review. Attacking customers is inappropriate.

Had flown to Toledo from Missouri to purchase a 99 Sahara they had a driver at the airport pick us up and drove to the dealership it was getting dark cold and we were tired but the service was most definitely 5 star Patrick was very helpful and accommodating through out the process would buy from him again

Poor customer service, poor communication. Dont trust Pat JR. Pat Jr. will tell you your getting a great deal on a vehicle and only have money pit of a vehicle later. He does not keep his verbal or written promises. He will tell you stories of how he takes care of his customers, but then when a problem arises, he will blame you, the customer.. Wish I could give a negative star, but need to give one just to leave a comment..

I will start by say beware of this place my experience with pat jr started out pretty good looked at a few jeeps and talked with him says that his vehicles are inspected by his mechanic. I ended up buying one said it needed to be alligned and would have it done after a wk of waiting for it i pucked it up still wondered a bit but figured it was more road conditions.after i had it for a few days took it to my mechanic because a front axel seal started leaking and was then informed that the front axel was bent i called several times he answered the first couple til he realized what was happening then it was tough to get ahold of him even think he blocked my texts so had to use wifes phone then would get responces after several discussions finally agreed to fix after 9 months of making payments and not having the jeep i finally got it back. All i can say is BEWARE and if you are going to buy from him dont take his word take the vehicle to a mechanic you trust to inspect it
