Like their selection of vehicles on the lot plus the two gentleman have great personalities. You even get greeted by a very friendly cat.

Stopped here looking at new to me vehicles, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered any and all questions I had about the vehicles on their lots, and their prices on their vehicles seem very reasonable. This place is a definite place to check out if youre looking for a new vehicle.

Sketchy people. They sold us a van with existing issues after he swore up and down that “his mechanic” had looked it over and was fine. We’ve had our van for over a month now and we still haven’t received our title. We’ve been lied to and told that they sent it out and then he went back and said he still had it. This is absolutely ridiculous, and so unprofessional.DO NOT go here if you actually want a good car or decent service.

TLDR: Take your money elsewhere.First off really nice people in person, I went there to purchase a car because of how low the price was. I thought it was too good to be true, turns out it was. My first day there, I started it up and I saw the check engine light that was an immediate red flag for me so I instantly ask what was it for. Ted told me the car needed a O2 sensor at which I thought, okay that isnt horrible maybe I can work with it. After the first test drive went well, I thought I was ready to buy. But the bank was closed because it was a Sunday (thank god). No biggie, I can get it tomorrow I thought.Day 2I tell Ted I have the cash and Im ready to buy but I wanted to have the vehicle inspected because the check engine light still had me worried. I bought a 40 carfax report which came back clean. But man I had my mechanic inspect it and found more problems than what Ted said on the phone, I specifically asked him were there any major problems with the car, he told me no. My mechanic found its missing the under cage, front wheels worn out, all 4 tire pressure sensors were not functioning, an exhaust leak, cam/crankshaft timing misaligned codes, missing the inner wheel well and the battery box. The battery was about to fall out of the car. He was about to sell me something that couldve killed me. I took a picture of the exhaust leak near the converter.BUYER BEWARE, NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

Test drove a car and it ran ok the entire time. I paid cash for it, and before I was even out of town, it started dying. I ended up making it back to the dealer and they took it back to get looked at. They called four days later and said the fuel pump and fuel lines were replaced. I went and got the car again, and before I even made it home, it was doing the same thing. It died several times. Took it to a mechanic and it has over $4500 in repairs needed to just drive the thing reliably. Its been three weeks and Im still waiting on the title as well. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, JUST LIKE I DID. THEY ARE NO BETTER THAN BUYING OFF A PRIVATE SELLER WHO ALWAYS TELLS YOU THE CAR RUNS GREAT AND HAS NO PROBLEMS. AVOID THIS TRASH DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I got a 2011 impala for about 5.8k i paid cash in full it was my first purchase from a lot and a great straightforward transaction. The car is in great condition i was able to test drive several before deciding. He gave me a great deal and was very nice i love the cat named kitty on site. There is a charge for paying with debit or credit cards he lets u know fee ahead of time so u can go get cash and come back if need be. He was patience with me and my veteran husband. He was very detailed about what cars were on lot that fit my needs and price range. I purchased in full but he does offer financing. Not sure details.

Called about a jeep that was 1400 guy said thay had it drove a hour away made a deal with one guy and was filling paper work out for 1600 out door it would of been 1700 guy took 100 off mind you had cash was fill paper work all out and then guy got a call saying no dont sell for that cheap it was only a 100 off lol so Id save time and go elsewhere bad place to buy .... just have to say thanks for saving me the b.s

I bought a 2010 Ford Escape in 2018 no leaks no lights in the dash no issues, I paid cash the guy was nice older guy and I went alone he wasn’t trying to sale me anything I didn’t want my car is still up and running great til this day I’d purchase again from them.

About 2 weeks ago, I purchased a BEAUTIFUL Pontiac Torrent from Prestige Family Cars, and while I had my eye on other vehicles at other lots, I’m so glad I chose to buy from them. John was very personable, didn’t try to push a sale, and knew the ins-and-outs of each car on the lot. Upon driving the vehicle home, the engine started overheating in idle. When I called him about it the next day, he told me to take it to Tireman in Perrysburg and assured me that he would take care of it so I could get on to enjoying my new car. Just like that! No fuss, no “you bought it as is,” just immediate resolution. When I picked up the car from Tireman (after the water pump was replaced on his dime) it started having the same idle-overheating a few days later. I felt bad calling him about it again, but he still encouraged me to take it back to Tireman in the same calm tone, where they found that the coolant just wasn’t cycled in properly after the pump was replaced.I’m not sure I would have gotten the same attentiveness and care from another car lot, John truly went above and beyond even after the sale was made. I absolutely love the vehicle I got from them, and truly encourage anyone looking for a car to at least stop over there and see what they have available. You might be surprised—I sure was!Thanks again!

Drove 2 hours hoping to purchase a vehicle I’ve been trying to find for weeks. I called and emailed. No reply. I get there and the vehicle is sold. I call the number again and couldn’t believe that I was being ignored because they thought it was a bill collector. Wow!

Where do I begin they sell me a car that I noted had a bad tire battery and brake issues. They fixed tire didn’t fix battery and fix front brakes but back was horrible to and grinding couple days after I bought it I discovered a huge crack in front bumper and it half falling off this car has left me setting twice once for a dead battery other time cause brakes went out When I repaired brakes I found they also took the spare tire and jack out Heck they didn’t even send me my title I had go to dealer and demand it. I highly recommend people to avoid this place these two that run this place our crooks

Normally on reviews they atleast reply back and say sorry or something on here nothing I was on my way to get two cars from them today as we speak but looking at the reviews Im ok 1 people maybe 2 people but its more complaints than anything sad case they dont even have decency to reply to folks on their review page complaining. After trying to call the number that goes to a hotel, did further research and found the correct number on the BBB website along with an explanation about the scam number. Bought an F250, they made sure we had gas to get back home (at their expense). Needed a passenger side mirror, they paid for that. Needed a headlight switch, they paid for that. Needed brake and gas line work, they paid for that also. They will fix anything within reason. They even gave us a key fob. This is where we will buy our next vehicle. John and his business partner are great guys!

I bought a car from them. They said it was a great car and not to worry. Within the forst 6 months i put in over 2000 dollars in service. Looking back at my first time buying a car, i felt like i got scammed. Never trust them or buy from them.

From what I have seen because I live close by and drive by this place frequently, they like most used car dealers, sell cars that are overpriced. Youd get a better deal going on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace.

Would give negative stars if I could. They sold me an 04 Explorer with more problems than the car is worth by a long shot, knowing that I was PREGNANT at the time, as well as working full time and a full time student. The car is totally unsafe, and I had to buy another car within 45 days. They cleared the codes, so as soon as I went through the drive cycle the check engine light was on. I spent 1600 on a car that needs over 2 grand in exhaust work alone, never mind the drivability issues, or the fact that the timing belt is slipping. It broke down on the side of the road before I even got my permanent tags. Theyre professional scam artists. They knew about the problems the car had and sold it to a pregnant full time student waitressing full time to get through college. Garbage.

I just bought an 05 grand caravan from them without a warranty which made me nervous. It is a really nice van fully loaded and everything works how it should. He had told me that if anything went wrong to give him a call. The day i left the oil light came on. It was low on oil so i put some in it. The light went off but then came back on shortly after. I called him in the morning and he personally called tireman for me so they knew i would be calling them and coming in. I brought it in an hour later and they had found a small leak. No big deal and i took it home. Then the light came back on so i called again and he told me to take it back to get everytbing checked out. It turned out to be a sensor and he still had it fixed for me even though it wasnt a serious issue. All out of his own pocket. He made me a promise and stuck to it. The only thing i can say is i hope you like cats because their cats will like you. Lol

Great place to buy cars

Bought a car from this man that could have killed me and my kids!!! Was told it had all kinds of work done to it, 2 days later had to take it to get fixed because it sounded like my wheels were falling off. When the mechanic checked it out he found that my brakes and other parts were being held together with zip ties!!! When I brought this to his attention I was told I was lying and to take him to court!! Never buy from this man your families lives may be in danger!!

I found them on Craigslist and went to look at some cars. I explained that I was looking for a car for my grandmother and she was on a fixed income. I told them about a car that a guy tried to sell them that had no rockerpanels. And that I did not feel safe putting them in that. The guy showed me a 99 Taurus and assured me that this car would be perfect for them. Well they bought the car and 2 weeks later the rocker cover fell off and they call me. I came over to look at it and the whole rocker as well as the frame rail are rotted off. I called the guy and explained this to him and he told me there was nothing that he could do. Then he hung up on me. I called him back and told him I was calling channel 11 news and telling them that they are took advantage of an elderly person and I am sure the news would run the story. The guy then proceeded to start screaming at me and said he was calling the cops and telling them I had threatened him. If this is how they conduct business with an 80 year old couple think about how they will treat you. This place is a joke. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

They sold me a pt cruiser with a blown head gasket. Yark automotive sold him the car for 800. He cleaned it and stick a new windshield on it and sold the thing for 2k....and the engine completely blew 2 days later and he said its my fault!!!!!??????......this guys a real loser who pawns off junk cars and other peoples problems....dont buy from him.

Seen a 2005 GMC Envoy on craigslist for a decent price went to go look at it and test drove it. Now here is where things get interesting, while on the test drive everything seemed ok, drove nice, it did want to stall at low speed but was assured that if I bought it they would have it fixed at their expense. Well on my way home that check engine light came on. Then a few days later the transmission feels like it was slipping. Had left me stranded at an autozone lot while trying to get codes read. So I had to buy a battery. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Save yourself the money. And 2 weeks later Im still waiting on my title.

They buy all there cars from actions and fix them up till they run. I took it to a mechanic to see what things needed to be repaired, and it needs over two thousand dollars in repairs. I would strongly recommend that you avoid buying from them unless you can take it to a garage and have a certified mechanic look over it.

I bought a Honda CR-V and after one month, the transmission blew. I have a family and jobs that rely on me. I used the last bit of my savings to purchase this car after being screwed by someone else. I really thought he was a good honest man. He doesnt care who he hurts or how many families are destroyed by their unreliable cars. I called and left a message, asking that they help me replace the transmission and they never returned my call. I wish they would care about the community around them and not so much about the money. People like them hurt our society.

Went there this past summer of 2017 and some some older man was working on the lot cleaning cars trying to show me a few SUVs and looked at a 04 Jeep liberty 130, xxx on dash before I even left the lot for the test drive the Jeep started over heating and smoking I looked at another vehicle or two and all three where junk buyer beware they sell anything weather it makes it home or not this place should be shut down for selling nothing but used lemons
