This has to have been one of the quickest and easiest vehicle purchases in history. While searching for a new Silverado 1500 over in the Fort Wayne, IN area I was having zero luck with even finding a new one on a lot. I expanded my search to a fifty mile radius and then again to a one hundred mile radius without a hit for the model and package I was looking for.A friend suggested that I try Yark Chevrolet over in the Toledo, OH area. Since this friend was a service manager at another Chevrolet dealership telling me about the problems they were having getting stock into their lots also I thought it was worth a try.I went online late Friday night and was surprised to see three of the truck models I was interested in on their lot. I put in a request for more information and was even more surprised to get a text the next morning from Eric at Yark Chevrolet. He confirmed that they did have the trucks on the lot and we set an appointment for the next Saturday morning when they opened. He had one of the trucks pulled up and ready to test drive before I even arrived. A short drive later we were back and talking about the option of the two different colors that were available on the lot.I had brought cash to make a deposit to hold it for me since I figured there would be a couple of days for paperwork and such but he said it was no problem to get me out the door today. A few signatures later he was helping me transfer everything from my other vehicle that I traded in and I was driving away in the new truck I had been searching for.Thank you again, Eric, and thank you Yark Chevrolet.

The Sales person Dallas was great. Awesome to work. The reasons it’s not getting a 5 star review is they didn’t want to negotiate on the price of the car at all and they would drop the “ Yark cares $199”. I live about 1.5hrs away so I would never use it. I don’t like that am paying for something I have no intentions of ever using. Also the car only had one key, not professional. Otherwise great experience .

Went in to look and found the truck I was looking for. I didn’t know it at the time, but there were three other people waiting to see if I was going to buy that truck. I only found that out when I came out to see the others around that truck. Dallas was great knowledge, no pressure and got my payments where I wanted. The facility was clean. I was treated well. Everyone that spoke to me was friendly. My car was serviced in a timely fashion and for a reasonable price.

Took my 2012 Chevy Sonic in to find out where a slow oil leak was coming from. I was told it would be up to $125 just to look at it. I left it there anyways, trusting them. I get a call listing off several things that supposedly need fixed with a total bill of $2250! I went and picked my car up for a 2nd opinion. They charged me $140 just to look at it and then back peddled and said that not all of that had to be done. Just one was probably the most important and of course it was the most expensive on the list. I’ll never go back to a Yark dealership. It totally felt like I was being taken advantage of. Shady

I had a good experience. Christina L was full of energy, bouncing from one customer to the next. She kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle. When I had to come back the next day, after a part was ordered, I had an important work call to make and so Christina and some other staff found me an office so that I would have privacy to take the call. I appreciate her going above to help me work while my vehicle was getting fixed. Next time I need an oil change or work done on my car, I will make sure to come back and ask for Christina.

I had an OK experience. The staff was friendly. However, the salesperson I had was a bit overly friendly and made multiple inappropriate comments. I am a female and I was solo. I have purchased a car by myself before and had a great experience elsewhere however, I felt really uncomfortable here. I purchased the car anyway because I didnt feel I was going to get a better deal elsewhere. I was not going to post a review based on this however, now, almost 2 weeks after purchasing a 2018 car with less than 60k miles on it, the ABS and vehicle control lights have gone on and it is clear the brake pads need replaced at the least. I wanted to post a good review but Im really disappointed.

Connor, who went over the paperwork etc, was also very nice, personable and helpful. We felt were treated with respect by all and admire the customer service.
