Met Jessica when I walked in the front door. First impressions are important. I was impressed. She spent quite a bit of time putting up with me, but handled it well. After looking at many, many cars, we finally found the one that fit the bill. Happy I ran into her first. Everyone there was friendly and quite a bit of fun. I enjoyed my time there.

Gimmicks and high pressure. All the cars have an additional $5000 mark up above msrp sticker. Supposedly a car shortage fee... no thanks. I bought Buick instead. Brand new with no car shortage fee attached.

Very friendly people and environment. Andrew was my sales rep and did an excellent job. Took time to explain all my options and then went over everything. I will Highly recommend everyone to go and see the lot and talk to them. Was able to get my payments and price down to where i felt comfortable..even with a bad credit score and history. Went to look at a few new vehicles. I get the dealer is in the car business to make money, but come on adding $3000 to $5000 to the MSRP (which is already high enough)just because of this chip shortage. I understand supply and demand but theres a limit before its called price gouging.

Only thing is their website price is different then the sticker price. In my opinion they need to get that straightened out, other then that very smooth and easy car buying process.

I have an extended warranty that is valid for another 2 years or an additional 40,000 miles. My car broke down on the side of the road and my car was towed to Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg 1.5 ago. I have tried countless times to reach them via phone, email and messenger. No one has contacted me concerning my car. I have two school age kids, work and school myself and would love to know what is going on with my car! Very unprofessional I have left messages and none of them have been returned.The worst service I have ever experienced.

I was interested in a car on their website, but the details were incomplete. I live 95 miles away, so I didnt want to drive to the dealer on a whim. I called ~6 times and emailed ~10 times for more info. The result? I got barraged with junk mail, but didnt receive a single answer to any of my questions. They wouldnt even tell me whether the car was sold or still available. Just got pressure to come to the lot. What a bunch of sleeze bags.

I was in the market for a new Tucson and saw they had one for sale. Texted back and forth, yet they wouldnt answer me on the different times of asking the price. Tried to get me to put down a non-refundable $1000 deposit but still couldnt answer my questions especially about price. When they finally told me the price, it was $6000 over msrp! $3000 for a rip-off paint and interior protection (Ziebart can do it for $1000 with a 2 year longer warranty) and the rest was what they claimed was a manufacturer price hike due to demand. No other dealer that I had been dealing with was jacking up their prices even though it was the exact same vehicle. On top of that, they feed me a line that the reason they couldnt get me the price sooner was because their computers had been down. I guess they were too lazy to go look at the window sticker for the price. Then the sales guy, Gage, proceeded to try and pass the buck on to Hyundai saying that the extra cost was their fault. Stay away from this very shady dealer.

The way most of the recent reviews are worded they seem to written by the same person. Highest pressure salesmen I have ever met. Dismissed features in a car I wanted as not important. Finance person lied about many things. Came back to confront them about the lies and dealership manager seemed to listen then said well thats a good car and didnt understand I should care about being lied to. Finance did not deny lying and said it doesnt matter what you were told, we have your signature and thats all that matters his exact words. This was a bad enough experience that Ill never buy a car from anyone that works on commission. If there are any people at this dealership that can be trusted I didnt meet them. I never received an offer to leave review afterwards like most dealers do. I had bought a car from same salesmen before James I didnt like the car but it wasnt as horrible as thisetime.I should have known not to trust them when James wanted to help by getting the correct website on my phone to leave a review of the sale, when he gave me back the phone to leave review he had already filled it out and submitted it himself. If this is posted I expect it will be followed by 10 more 5 star reviews. Since leaving a bad review is futile, I tell anyone I can to never even think of buying anything from this dealership. Ill drive them to any other dealer to keep them from being ripped off like I was.

My 2020 Hyundai Elantra broke down on I 75 because of a transmission issue. The experience was terrible. What followed after was even worse. It took nearly a week of them having my car before they were able to offer me a loaner vehicle. It took another couple weeks for them to actually fixed my vehicle.Not liking my vehicle breaking down, I wanted to look at my options for buying another vehicle. I schedule an appointment with the sales person on the very day I picked up my vehicle. The sales person was rude and a few minutes later excuses himself so he can help someone else without finishing with me. It was at that point I decided to just leave.I leave with my old car, but noticed that there’s a warning light on my vehicle still. Also I had requested an oil change which they forgot to do. Do yourself a favor and avoid Taylor Hyundai.

I purchased a used/pre-owned Mazda CX-5 SUV and Brian was my sales person. I had found the vehicle on their website and drove 1and 1/2 hours to test drive it. I negotiated a fair price and came back to pick up the vehicle as I had noticed an odor and wanted the vehicle deodorized. Brian was very willing to accommodate and they did a great job. I have never been treated in the manner I have been from a dealership of any kind. I asked to test drive three cars to see which vehicle would best suite my needs... 40 minutes of paperwork later I can finally test drive a car. Then I come back, while I am away on the first test drive they appraise my trade in, which is cool, so I take the second car for a 5 minute ride, so far so good. Looking through all three of the cars as I complete each test drive, I find that they are dirty, like sand laying in the back seat and trunk areas.Wait for it.Third car is a go, get done, at this point I want to discuss prices of cars. Here it is folks, they want me to fill out a credit application BEFORE we can discuss prices of the three vehicles I test drove. I said, no sorry, I already told you I am pre-qualified through a private lender, I do not need a credit check, I want to talk prices for cars. I am told this is standard. I walk out, get into my car, look for the key I left with them only to find out, THEY KEPT IT! It is gonna get better here, just wait.I get a call from their customer care concierge asking me how my visit went... I call back and get someone different than I had called back, I explain all of the above items of concern, except the cleanliness of the vehicles, and the lady gets rude with me. Pretty much tells me that the price of the vehicles are whats listed and they wont come down on them by more than 1k. I said ok, I happen to know for a fact that one of the vehicles I drove, originally sold for 28,400 (original window sticker was IN THE GLOVE BOX!) and some change. You are telling me that 27k is an appropriate amount to charge for a car that is now 3 years old? As she continued being rude with me, I asked to speak with a manager, which I never had the pleasure of doing, and eventually told the lady I would be going to Yark Subaru to give them my business.In closing, the used cars are over priced, pushy sales department, and an overall, top to bottom rude customer service department. This company will NOT get ANY business from me or my family!

The gentleman that originally greeted me at the door and escorted me to his desk, known as “JJ”, was a very straight to the numbers and credit app kind of guy. JJ had another appointment to take so I was transferred over to Brandon. Brandon made an effort to build rapport with myself as a client which is what brought me back to the lot on Monday to purchase my ‘22 Santa Fe. It’s a wonderful vehicle and I got a very nice price after some minor negotiation. In total, the deal was wrapped up in about 2 hours.I highly recommend Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg. Especially given the fact that I’m a woman in my 20s and felt as though I was given the same amount of respect as any man who would walk through their doors to purchase a vehicle.

Having my 2021 Kona sel plus serviced at Taylor Hyundai was an easy experience. Took my car into the service area and then walked through the showroom admiring their new line of cars on the floor. I then went back to their waiting area for a short time until the car was finished. The service people were friendly and couteous. Overall a pleasant experience for a job well done.

The clear coat on the wheels of my 2020 Veloster N was coming off in places. The service manager (I cant recall his name) was wonderful. He took pictures and said hed handle it. He did. Hyundai was a bit slow with their response, but he called several times to let me know it was still in process. When the wheels came in, one of the service writers called and scheduled my car in. I was given a very nice new Elantra to drive while my car was in for the work. I told the service writer I had to have my car back by 3:00 pm that day. I got it about 2:00. An excellent experience, as usual.

My Credit isnt exactly up to where I would like but still he treated me with respect and dignity and as a result instead of getting a less than optimal vehicle thanks to Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg I walked out with a new car. This is the dealership I’ve been to that shops your credit to several banks before they even consider allowing you to test drive or look at their lot. I signed more paperwork in the 35 minutes i was there than anything. & didn’t test drive anything. Had to badger them for the keys back to MY vehicle that i drove there. Not even sure that i would’ve liked the car i initially came to look at. Then the lady i booked my appointment spoke of all these deals about them doubling your down payment, etc. but from around town i had heard this dealership was a joke. & i was proven correct. I was misled by their phone sales team and in dealership team. I’ll stick to reputable honest and professional dealerships. I truly wish i could provide zero stars because it would by my 100% honest review.
