Good place for hairstylist who needs beauty supply, good prices, good service!

They usually have what I need but since the pandemic some products they dont always have in stock, so I have to order them.

Me being from Seattle it was my first time there. I needed some hair ties or rubber bands for my hair. The store is pretty big so I just knew they had something or at the very least some ties for my hair. The older lady standing at the cashier rudely kept saying no they didn’t have any. I mean I couldn’t even finish my question when she kept saying it. She didn’t even bother asking if I was looking for something else. It was obvious she didn’t want me there for whatever reason. I wasn’t mad about it but I thought I should share this to keep people aware about this store.

Staff is very friendly and the ladys are helpful finding products you need. There is a buzzer at the door to let you in. Parking can be tight with a lot of people coming and going.

I LOVE this Cosmo Prof! Ive been shopping here for at least 10 years. No matter what section of the city I have lived in (currently West Philly), and when I lived in Upper Darby, I have gone the extra distance to shop at this location. Everyone is always very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well stocked, so I can get everything I need at one stop which is very convenient!!!

One of my fave stores! They are like family- they make great product suggestions and are always helpful when Im in the store. They are also very experienced in the trade so they are great with technical advice when it comes to color. I love their store and appreciate their service!

I love this location they are always nice I actually just called and spoke with someone there. The Willow Grove location which is closer to me is terrible. They followed me around the store but nobody else and when I wanted to make my purchase the woman treated me like a had feces on my hands from the look on her face you would swear she smelled something bad considering Im a very clean person the way I was treated was unmistakable racism. I usually dont have to deal with people like that too often you spot it right away and no its not all in my imagination I know other stylists Ive went to school with that have had the same experience. None of us go there theyre loss because we spend lots of money on hair care and I mean lots of it...maybe I should get into beauty supply

Unwelcoming and dismissive.,.was buzzed in.I inquired if a beauticians License was needed to purchase the plastic bottle/s ...and was given a look and told.yes..if that indeed is a rule..... thats very sad.

Extremely racist before I crossed the threshold, one women from across the room yelled to me do you have a Cosmo card. I was still trying to figure out what these people actually sold. Then the second women started talking I could barley hear her. And all of this happened before I even walked through the door. I was still trying to read the sign by the door bell on the outside of the business and the kicker is I am a black licensed cosmetologist.
