Great shopping experience they were able to help me find the right shade of foundation to match my skin

The lady was very nice, helpful, and pleasant. She had my order ready, and had everything else that I needed from online that I could see in person to match with my skin.

I am sitting outside the store, it’s Tuesday august 3rd, 2021 4:43pm. Door is closed, no one inside.business hours says it should be opened but it’s not.

I had a great shopping experience here. The beautiful ladies who took care of me were really sweet and offered some great tips. I love how the products are displayed here and they really make the most of the smaller than usual store space. It’s hard getting certain colors but this store had everything I wanted. Don’t forget to book your makeup appointments ahead of time and sign up for Mac rewards!

I luv my makeup n my artist. I look so pretty n it didnt take long to get the look I wanted for my birthday. My artist was so fast and good.

The first MAC that I have ever gone to and felt genuinely welcome! Today an amazing man; Emmanuel, helped me find my correct shade after given the WRONG SHADE from the MAC in King of Prussia ( KOP is rude as hell btw). Emmanuel both explained the product and the application process to me. He introduced me to a new product to assist with applying my new foundation and provided the added benefits of purchasing my new brush. He was genuine, professional, friendly, beautiful and informative lol! And because of him, and Brittany I am forever a customer of MAC on Chestnut! Some of the other stores can def use some customer service training simply by shadowing the Chestnut St artists. Thank you for marking my Sunday Emmanuel!!!!!!

I honestly think this store has very poor customer service. I went in looking for something specific and I was over looked twice on two different occasions - two weeks apart. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone, ever. Sad that the second time I went in I waited for someone to attend to my shopping needs a girl comes in and they walk right pass me and proceed to help her. Poor customer service ALL around.

The artists here are very knowledgeable and listened to me when I was in search of some new products. Also, I have very dry undereyes and discoloration and the Mac Artist did a great job doing my make up with these concerns in mind. My face was hydrated all evening with full coverage and make up lasted me without a crack!!! I will be a returning customer to Macchy (I believe that was how his name is spelled) !!
