As a Lyft driver, I took a passenger here that had two stops so she said come inside and look while she shopped. They have the best hair bundles. Bundles hanging from the ceiling . My passenger was happy that I joined her while shopping for hair. Off to stop #2.

Last time coming here was today, my daughter tried to exchange hair with receipt and they kept telling her she couldn’t because the receipt didn’t say anything about hair. The receipt that they gave us says all Jewelry 1 and she didnt buy any jewelry that day. Very very unprofessional and unpleasant. Witnessed a lady walk in with a bag full of hair with no receipt and got a credit.

I drove from Jersey just to buy a wig from this store. I was 400 dollars but it was worth every penny. The wig colored with no issue. It was my wig through the pandemic, and I still have it.

I arrived @ 5:48pm and I was refused entry even though the store hours are until 6pm . Some lady came over to the door and just stood there I had to ask three times if they were closed before she stated yes. Customer service could improve.

My big blue ikea bag was confiscated upon entry because they rather check bags instead of monitoring their surveillance camera system. I wont be shopping their anymore

They have the worst human hair I ever bought, I payed $610 for it to be tangled and for it to shed so much. Would not recommend

I have been going to this store for about a year now and lately they have been having horrible customer service. I walked in there at 5:40 on a Sunday when they are supposed to be closing at 6pm. From the time I walked in, I had 4 different people tell me they were closed, “hurry up”, and that “the register was closed”. I knew exactly what I needed and would have taken less than 5 minutes. I have brought so much service to them over this last year but I will not be returning or bringing anymore service to them. This was the last straw for me. Everyone was rude in there tonight. They all have been so rude and angry lately. I’m done here.

Hair was terrible brought 2 bundle for 172.00. Terrible can’t wash it with any shampoo gets knotted. You can only wash it with silicone shampoo my hair color was 613. Called the store to let them know what happened when I washed it they told me you can’t wash it with any shampoo it has to be silicone shampoo it will bring it back to life. Never ever again. It sheds so much I could have bought 20 dollar hair. I’ll stick to Amazon 3 bundles and a closure for 150.00. Only reason Try them is because I didn’t want to wait for 10 day delivery next I will. 1 Beauty garbage hair

This was my first time going here as per recommendation from another hair supply store I went to which didn’t carry the hair type that I wanted. I was amazed at the quality of the hair I purchased and how cheap it was. 16,18, & 20 inches of raw Indian hair only amounted to $169 vs. the $300 I was willing to pay at another hair store. I was so happy 😁

Great beauty supply store, big selection of wigs & various brand of weave as well as a private room with raw hair that is exactly great freaking 7A hair. This hands down is the best hair store in Philly. Even the employees were on point with helping me find the wig & hair products I was looking for. Also they have no problem doing deals but most importantly they let you try on the wigs & cut the lace for free. Im truly impressed by the selection & service here! Thanks guys

This beauty supply store is my favorite. Its huge, nice and clean. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted and asked if i need help. If I need help the employees know exactly where to find whatever I am looking for. Its loaded with products of all types. And while at checkout they are sure to make sure I found what I was looking for.

Trash customer service. The store is ran by a group of Indian men who have little to no knowledge of what their selling. They are rude as well. When I walked to the counter to purchase my items I asked the gentlemen how much a certain item was and he seemed annoyed. When he finished ringing me up I did not get a goodbye or have a good day seeing as I spent a pretty penny in that store. They do have black women working there that are knowledgeable but are rude when its around closing time. Besides the terrible customer service the place is a beauty store oasis. They have makeup, hats, accessories and of course lots of hair options. Overall customer service could be better. I want to be welcomed when I come into to this store where I am spending lots of money.

This is my go to spot. The owners do not judge you, their not following you from isle to isle, your made to feel welcome. The young lady in the wig section is knowledgeable of the hair, honest about hair quality from personally experiences and all. Only thing I hate is the wigs are always sold out from popularity, and the erring section needs better options. Other than that, Ladies I recommend this place, plus they always give you something off when your a returning customer.

I actually really liked this store. The owners are great and they carry a variety of products. The staff, on the other hand, are loud and ghetto. I suggest they hire better staff. Until then, I will NOT be shopping here.

Customer service, didnt service. The 3 ladies that was there was at the door the whole time. One was passing gas. The items that I purchased totalled $61.44. The owner tried to charge me $89.99. Then I called him out and received a 2% discount ($1.44).

I luv this place so much only cause they have the best selection of wigs. But the owners r nasty as hell. It puts me a bitter sweet place everytime.

The workers were friendly, however the owner seems lost and do not understand or care. Then when asked to see the 613 bundles for a future purchase, they didnt want me to see the bundles right away and instead told me when I was ready to buy them, then I can see them. Thats ridiculous, and now I will not be purchasing anything from them anymore. Theyre getting 3 stars only because of the wonderful selection of wigs and other accessories.

Excellent customer service and they have soooo much. I wasnt too fond of their unprocessed virgin hair. I paid $230 for three bundles of Malaysian hair 20 22 22. Im not sure if it was 7a grade or 9a...I just know it shedded a lot, like bad. The only time it looked OKAY and manageable was when I curled it with a wand curler. Other than that bad experience with the hair.....I do like the store, the products they offer and employees/owners.

This was the worst experience and not because they didnt have what I was looking for they are stocked up. the staff are too personal and rude. I walked in today 8/29/15 to get some hair products. I went in with my two children ages 2 years and 8 months. The woman helping me seemed too interested in trying to take my daughter out my arms and talking to my son then helping me. I thanked her for saying they are pretty children but it was a little much. When I got ready to leave the guy that checked me out asked if they were really my children and that he needed proof. That was so racist and rude. Then I over heard someone say oh there mixed and I said no there father isnt white. It was just too much. I get a lot of stares and looks because of how my children look but when Im in a business I expect a professional experience and I didnt get that. It was the reverse racism as my husband said. How dare I have pretty children. I shouldnt have to feel the need to break down my whole DNA make up to explain why they look the way they do. I am utterly appalled and disgusted.

I got ripped off here. The owner or manager said he was giving me a deal on a 10” lace frontal. The price was already marked up so I figured ok really im paying normal price. Not the case. When I examined the closure in the light I noticed that it is completely see through. Its about %50 density. Absolutely useless. The only thing this is good for is making an old lady look like she has naturally balding hair. There are litterally bald spots. You can’t part it without exposing an inch of lace. I wasted my money because now I need a new one that isn’t as thin as an 80 year olds hair. To add to it, a place two miles away offered me a better quality closure for $15 cheaper. Not cool. The prices here depend on the color of your skin and social class. Thats why they insist on seeing you in person before telling u any prices. Don’t shop here.

I went to purchase a 18 inch frontal and a 24 and 26 inch Indian deep wave, I take the frontal to my professional stylist who has installed over 10 frontals and bleached the nots and plucked them all, and never did the frontal go bald and the hair get nappy when wet. I called and spoke to the owner explained I was from nj and referred there by one of his regular customers. He told me that he would make it right after paying 220 at 1beauty at 5806 woodland ave in pa. So I get there with the bundles in the original package and the frontal that was clearly not worth the money I paid and I was offered a store credit after having to spend 325 on more hair and a frontal to get my install. I explained I live in nj so there’s no way possible store credit is gonna do me any good. This is bad business and I will be filing a compliant with the better business bureau. I spent my cash there trusting they were not selling me bad hair and the frontal was no good. I would suggest not buying bundles from them because if they don’t do what there supposed to do your stuck with store credit smfh I would give them no stars if I could.
