Jake was super responsive and went above and beyond. He stayed after hours to ensure all of my needs were met and all of my millions of questions were answered. Ive felt no obligation what-so-ever. I highly recommend this guy.

Went here to purchase a pillow I saw on their website. Website stated that they had the pillows at this location. The one gentlemen in the place told me that the pillow is only sold online. Thats crazy since the pillow is $85 and you cant return it, they should have one in the store at least to see/test. He didnt bother to show me any of the other pillows available. When it is time for me to purchase a new mattress I wont bother to shop there.

Great fast service. I was surprised at the good price of a new mattress and bed frame. I am looking forward to a restful sleep in the near future.

Came at 8:55 and the employee was sitting in his car just waiting to be 9 so he could leave and when I ask him, “wasn’t you supposed to close at 9 “ he said that someone told him to close early witch of course seems like a lie

We were not sure what to expect, we needed a bed really bad. We walked in and were greeted with a kind smile and pleasant attitude. After looking around we found a bed that fit out budget, and not only that,delivery was on time and perfect. Thank you Nicole. PS. We even have 120 days if we are not satisfied with the bed, we can take it back. We are satisfied, God bless Nicole.

Morgan is a great expert who gave us an exceptional service. He spend a decent amount of time educating us on a variety of mattresses and even stayed with us almost an hour past closing time.

Came in with my mom, Lisa, today and worked with Nicole. She had answers to all of our questions and once we decided what we wanted, the whole process was a breeze. She gave us enough space to shop on our own. Delivery within 2 days was easy to schedule.

Andre was extremely informative, friendly and helpful. Did not pressure us and made sure we had all the information we asked for and then some. Would definitely recommend!

Sleepys is a total joke. They make you wait for months before delivering your mattress. You cant cancel the sale, thanks to a clause in the mouse print contract that you sign. Five months later, when the mattress is finally delivered, you realize that you paid Sleepys over twice what a reputable competitor sells the identical mattress for under a different model number. Avoid Sleepys because they are LIARS and CROOKS!

Theres clearly a dude on these reviews who made several accounts to complain about the same issue he had. Nobody says mouse print.Anyway, I went in here to buy a mattress and Nicole, the salesperson, was insanely knowledgeable and friendly. I actually took the initiative and asked her how she got to be so good at this job. She mentioned that she learned everything she knows from the guy who runs the Jenkintown Sleepys. I can only imagine how wonderful he is to work with. The Red Lion Sleepys has a great selection of quality mattresses, and friendly staff.

Sleepys is an extremely dishonest company. I had to wait months for a mattress delivery, as they would not let me cancel the invoice that I signed. I later found out that the identical model, with a different model number, could have been had from a competitor for $456 less! Plus, I would not have had to wait several months for delivery. It turns out that Sleepys sells the same exact mattresses that everyone else does, but disguises that fact by using different model numbers. Thus, their lowest-price guarantee is completely bogus because compared mattresses must have the identical model number. Avoid these nasty crooks and go anywhere else.

Nicole saved my life. I was so scared to buy a mattress. Every store I went to was just showing me items with no details. I searched the internet. I have been to Macys, Sears and some store called Todays furniture. They all were way to expensive and the employee werent listening to what I wanted. Nicole at mattress firm listened and pointed to 3 mattresses amd say try them out. PERFECT. So I narrowed it down to the best mattress I have ever slept on. Thank you mattress firm!!! I even recommended a family member to go there.

Let me getbstraighy to the point. F Sears, F Macys and F all those little cheap furniture stores with the cheap furniture. I walked in. Told the girl Nicole what I wanted and she told me to lay down on this one bed and I brought the dann bed.
