Never knew purchasing a mattress can be so difficult but Bernie the store salesman at the Cottman Avenue location made it a great experience, I can’t stop thanking him enough for his patience and excellent customer service, I didn’t feel rushed or pressure. Even when I left the store got in the car and thought 💭 I should go back an try the beds one more time, he was understanding and laughing right along with me 😂. I purchased my mattress from the NE Philly location. Bernie was the associate who assisted me. He was knowledgeable and welcomed all of my questions. He patiently sat by while I ridiculously laid on and rolled around on mattress after mattress. I am too embarrassed to admit how long I have delayed the process because I was dreading it. I like to ask a lot of questions when buying a mattress or making any huge purchase. They are patient and offer great customer service. They dont hover over you as you browse. They give you space and time to explore and test the merchandise. They explain the details and differences between mattresses so you can make the best selection that suits your needs. Also, they arent pushy and allow you to time to think (and even rethink) and make your decision about the mattress. Just tell them what youre looking for and they will help you narrow it down until youre satisfied with your purchase.

We love that it is family owned and operated, and both father and son Jim have always been very helpful. They don’t try to upsell you at all.. no gimmicks.
