Oh M.E. Oh M.E.- I have been lax in my attention to you. What gorgeous Easter eggs, what creative chocolates. You are an artist and what you create is absolutely sublime. My regular habits of your chocolate covered pretzels chunks-- so delicate and crispy and addictive and dark chocolate almond bark (practically medicinal with all those good for you antioxidants). I was delighted by the coconut cream easter egg- a perfect balance of filling and chocolate.*sigh* I would like more, more, more!!! Thank you for keeping me happy - and healthy!!
