Very cool stuff. If you want some Philly-themed decor for around the house or stylish home goods, this is a great place. I like their selection of prints, wall art and cocktail thing-a-ma-jigs too. Sort of like a Philadelphia gift shop but with style. A little pricey though.

Their service is amazing, the staff is so friendly, casual, approachable, and not stuffy compared to other boutiques that we have visited.

It can seem a little cramped in there, and with enough people inside it can get a little difficult to look around, but the have a cool collection of things. Most are for novelty or amusement, but they have useful little home, kitchen, and office items. Plus kids clothes and jewelry.

Love this store! They always have the coolest items and gifts. I also find some great Reading Glasses in here too. If you are in Center City on 13th street, you must stop by Open House.

Very cool little spot.. They have every little decoration & trinket related to Philly as well as cool little gifts, jewelry, and some funny a** things for the office. Some of it is a little pricey but for the most part things were reasonable.

Open house is adorable and full of great Philly kitch and other great finds. Its located in the heart of center citys Midtown visit which makes it mostly easy to access (as long as youre not driving and need to park...but thats more a problem with Philly than the store).First, not a grocery store like listed on Google. Second, you can get almost anything from here that you might need for your home-- its like a boutique crate and barrel for your kitchen and detailed decor. Last, they have plenty of Philly-centric gifts and cards. The only drawback is the price for most things. Its pretty expensive, so expect to drop some money for something like a plate that says I pretzel Philly.

Very Bad Store Policy! I bought a candle holder for my wife for Christmas, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. When she unwrapped it, on Christmas Day, two of the glass pieces were broken and she got a splinter from the unfinished candle holder. I took the drive to return it on Dec 30 (5 days after Christmas) and they told me store policy was 14 days for returns and would not give me a credit on my credit card, only a store credit. My wife never gets in to the city, so a store credit was useless. Everyone knows holiday items should be at least the store policy for returns AFTER Christmas, unless the policy was made by Ebenezer Scrooge. P.S. I think the review made on Jan 27, 2008 must have been made by the owners friend, as I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone buying from this store because of the customer support!!

Three women working there followed me around the entire store while my wife and I were looking for holiday gifts. They treated me like I was a thief who needed to be watched... I am queer and wear punk style clothes and have tattoos; and they were clearly targeting me in their watching. They didnt follow my wife or anybody else on the store. We were going to buy a bunch of stuff and instead walked out and didnt want to support this place.
