Came here with a good friend of mine that recommended this place for good ice cream and boy was he right. These ice creams were not only delicious but wow, each one were an art piece!! Very pleasing and enjoyable. My family and friends give this place more than 5 stars.

Really excellent ice cream! I had one scoop vanilla bean and one scoop taro - both were so rich and delicious. They have a long list of toppings that were great such as shaved coconut and graham cracker crumbs and toppings like condensed milk.The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

Might be my favorite vacation desert Ive had so far. The egg waffle is very light, fluffy and flavourful. The ice cream flavor options were unique and the ones that I got to try were all good. Highly recommend!!!

Cute ice cream shop with lots of fun Asian-oriented flavors like taro, pandan, black sesame, lychee rose. One scoop with waffle cone or cup goes for $4.50 and comes with choice of one topping and drizzle. I had the taro ice cream with mochi topping and condensed milk drizzle. I would definitely go back to try some of their other flavors!

Ice cream was amazingly. Very fresh and creamy. Many options from cones, to flavors, to toppings and drizzles. Kinda expensive but worth the experience for sure.

Waffle was delicious. Got lots of toppings but it was pretty expensive. The almond ice cream flavor was overwhelming and slightly artificial but my bf liked the cookie dough.Very limited parking on a busy night and you can only order over the phone.Made one order at a time and served in hot waffles so by the time the second order was done the first was half melted.

This place has amazing ice cream! I took my family here after we had an amazing dinner and this place was amazing!! My 7yr old was in heaven with their wide selection of toppings. Big scoop of ice cream for a great price.

Very good ice cream, on day we were in Philadelphia and we decided to come here, great idea, when we entered it was very nice and had variety of options, I chose for vanilla ice cream with a waffle as the base, and my topping were just popping bubbles, and let me tell you, it tastes SOOOOOOOO GOOD! The waffle is crispy and the right temperature. The ice cream is soft and creamy, I would definitely recommend this place for sure.

10/10 totally go here but prepare to order your food via phone because you have to call for your food. No online ordering or screens to select.

Went here at night. Small place. Not that many seating. Staff were friendly. The $8 egg waffle cone. You get one scoop, its a big scoop, and unlimited toppings!! Also like the same toppings you get at a froyo place.

The egg waffle cone is delicious and not over priced. That also have healthy shakes to help please the health conscious.

Unexpectedly the cuisine leaned Asian. I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the treats we had were. Id definitely go again.

This was some tasty ice cream! Their situation is a little weird but this is a weird time. You stand outside and call them, place your order and then they open their door and give it you. You cant go inside at all. They offer a lot of different cone and topping options. Definitely worth the visit!

We ordered a Waffle with toppings and it was delicious. The waffle was warm and fluffy, and the ice cream (strawberry shortcake) was not too sweet and well proportioned. They had some interesting topping choices - our favorite was the mochi topping which I have never seen anywhere else before.Service was fairly quick, but we had to call into the store to order because of COVID, which just threw us off a little. Overall still a good experience.

If I could I wouldve gave a 4.5. The ice cream was amazing, even for the higher than I usually see prices. The service was quick and servers polite. Only downside is there isnt any place to sit and eat. Other than that little tidbit, overall great experience.

Quite possibly the best dessert place ever! First: the staff is incredible and so patient and so free with free samples so you find the best ice cream option. Second: the dessert is AMAZING! “Instaworthy” and looks so fancy and fun! Make sure to visit this place!

Great find! Sampled yummy flavors like Taro and almond cookie which I end upChoosing. Got the Waffled with almond cookie ice cream and Oreo crumbles & condensed milk on top. You can choose unlimited toppings and there is a beautiful display wall to tempt you of toppings. Would love to go back and try the coconut bowl That had jellies and sticky rice next time!

Due to COVID, Arctic Scoop is open and serving people outside. Its easy to order. You dial their phone number, pick the base for your ice cream, choose your ice cream and then your topping. They will bring your order to the door. Their ice cream is so good. Their presentation is like a piece of art. Their fruit is cut up bite size and it just looks so pretty. We had the vanilla with fresh strawberries and carmel drizzle, the chocolate with almonds and chocolate drizzle and the Pan Dan in a waffle. Dog friendly! Nice staff and great ice cream flavors. They always have something more unusual than other shops, like sesame cream or pandan. Just got a smoothie today and it’s delicious. You can also choose from a huge variety of toppings. I recommend it! We love it here!

The ice cream and selection of toppings were great. The price was fair and surprisingly $8 for 1 large scoop of ice cream was pretty sufficient. I didnt appreciate the fact they took it on themselves to add a tip to my bill without my knowing until later. Otherwise I wouldve given 4 stars. Check your receipt before you leave! Beware!

Stopped here for the first time after having not the most filling lunch. Let me say this was the best decision of the day. The waffles taste great along with the fresh toppings, which are unlimited btw. Clean establishment and friendly staff. I highly recommend trying this place!

We got on line and then realized that we needed to call the phone number posted on the door. They picked up quickly and took my order down.It took a little while for the ice cream to come out, but the wait was well worth it.We got two cones:1. Matcha Cone with Cookies and Cream + Mochi & Condensed MilkFor the next 10 minutes, our focus was only on how good the ice cream tasted. Best icecream Ive tasted in philly and theres a wide variety of combinations of icecream you can pick too. The shop is way too small though and theres enough seating for only 2 families with a table and another without a table and no restrooms. As long as you accept this, youll have a great time.

You can also just get ice cream in a cup or cone, and coffee, tea, or smoothie.My friend and I got the original egg waffle with matcha ice cream and topped it with Mochi, pocket, strawberries, trix, etcThe egg waffle was good, not hard and not too mushy or uncooked - it was just right. The matcha ice cream was good too. Not the best green tea ice cream but not the worst. It was just an average green tea ice cream. Al in all the experience was good and the dessert was good.I will be going back to try the ice cream in a coconut bowl :)

Just love this place so much. Been coming here since I first heard about it, and didnt stop. Follow them on Instagram, so I was very happy when they opened up around this time. Dont mind if its pick-up, just mind to have my almond cookie ice cream. Highly recommend and cant wait to come back.

Delicious! Tried it on a whim-- the Pandan flavor was DELICIOUS, especially paired with the Almond Cookie flavor. Pandan is a great earthy-sweet flavor similar to Almond--I hadnt had it before, and its great. The server gave us an extra scoop when he mixed up the flavors accidentally, and it was greatly appreciated! Love the toppings, too, and Im usually steadfastly against ice cream toppings. And very social distancing friendly-- you just call with your order and they bring it out for you. Easy!

I really enjoyed this place primarily for the unique flavors (I hate boring ice cream and theres definitely competition in this area of town for ice cream/gelato). I went with the sesame seed Ive cream on a waffle (made fresh to order) topped with chocolate. They added the matcha pocky as an extra perk.

Terrible service. In the age of COVID, I get businesses have to adapt. This one hasnt. Contrived system to get your stuff, infinite wait.

I love ice cream, and I especially love ice cream places that offer really unique flavors that arent over the top. Here I had an amazing experience trying pandan ice cream, which is actually a Southeast Asian leaf thats used in savory dishes. I was so pleasantly surprised by the slightly nutty flavor of the ice cream and thought it was a perfect dessert. You can go as over-the-top or not as youd like to, and for $6 the fact that you can get a waffle cone and a large scoop and toppings makes this place a really great value.

I had the plain waffle with coconut ice cream blueberries kiwi banana and chocolate drizzle. Super yummy

Have to order ahead or call them to place your order when you get there but otherwise good ice cream spot after am outing.

Arctic scoop is high quality ice cream. The pandan flavor is my absolute favorite (it tastes like fruit loops/Trix). They have unique & creative flavors along with normal flavors. Id definitely recommend it and have been a bunch of times.

Really unique and delicate flavors of ice cream with mature topics makes this a foodies ice-cream destination. The staff is incredibly kind and like to share their story of the business and how they fell in love with these flavors. When I left I was giddy with excitement to try the ice cream flavors again soon. I also left inspired by a great business with caring staff.

Exceptional consistency

A bit overpriced, and the menu is a bit limited (no banana splits!?) but what we did get was amazing; we had a waffle sundae with green tea Oreo ice cream (sounds strange but it was beyond delicious). Its just a shame that you could only use one flavor :(

Theres a place similar to this in NYC that I enjoy, but have been avoiding cause the line is so long every single time-- this place had no line and I was bamboozled, since they are long-line worthy.
