Inside Dunkin Donuts. Great service and products but sky-high prices like at all other similar joints.I have no idea about why there are so many bad reviews. This is not Gordon Ramsays $80-per-dish restaurant. Get over it. .

What a joke. Had a cake made and when I went to pick it up, they made me wait 10 minutes because they wanted to take a picture of it. How unprofessional! Employees and manager were very rude. Made a complaint to Baskin Robbins and that went no where. Very unsatisfied and will never return.

Nice clean location, good ice cream. We stopped here for a family ice cream run after a movie. Service was very quick and courteous. Lots of flavor options. We went with peanut butter cup, mint chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake. Only downside is that they used the same scoop for everything so my peanut butter cup tasted faintly minty which I -hated-

The staff is very nice and efficient. I usually only go for the Ice Cream. I havent been disappointed.

Came in to the drive-through to get ice cream for me and my girlfriend it was her birthday I was picking it up she called me on the phone and told me she wanted a specialty Sunday that they should’ve had very rudely they told me they did not have it all right I told him I will check something different then I looked around to see what ice cream flavors they had they did not have them posted this first time they told me to pull around to the window because I couldn’t understand them from the drive-through the second time they told me to let the person behind me go in front of them then I went around the building again stopped in the drive-through they forgot it was me and start asking me the same questions again finally I said OK guys just give me the flavors and very slowly so my girlfriend can hear them immediately They start rambling them off very fast how much the point where even I could not understand them I have never seen such lackluster performance from a facility and will not be returning to give them my business these people should be put out of business and their manager should be contacted I have never seen such behavior from somebody who does not want my business never go here if you do you will have the same experience I kid you notThe only reason that I am putting one star is because I can’t put -5

The service was so slow and there were barely any staff there. They also ignored some of there costumers. But it did taste good and maybe I would come here again

3rd BR I went to, and Best Customer Service. Very patient while I tried diff flavors, generous portions of delicious ice cream. Suma, my server, was Considerate & Friendly. Good job! Definitely worth the 45min trip!!

They make the best banana spits and i love the sundaes. Will eat here all of the time. Chocolate is my favorite flavor from them.

This location has mastered the art of selling air. 👏 Id ordered a small cone and it was a hollow ball so light, a gentle breeze wouldve blown it off my cone.

My experience was okay. I didnt appreciate the sarcastic overtone by the cashier though, just a future warning negativity begets negativity, especially for willing paying customers!

What a nasty, disrespectful staff. When I pulled up to the window, the manager and the one who receives the order on the drive through were extremely rude to me (I guess, they hate you when you order something. Who likes to work when it comes to sit and chat with each other in their own language ). My donuts were wet, I am sure they spitted on them. I never ate them. I ll never come back again, and I do not recommend anyone to eat their spitted donuts or drink coffee there.

The service was nice. My ice cream well presented. The flavors were few, and many were kinda of low, but I still found something good and had a very nice time. I will definitely be back many more times.

Took myself on a date and what a great treat it was. Icing on the cake was I had a new flavor along with my favorite flavor (Potion 31 and Rum Raisin in a waffle cone)

I went there on a whim one day, and its my new favorite family spot for ice cream. The workers are so friendly and the service so fast that it makes it a great experience to go there. Plus the treats are amazing.

We waited 30 minutes to order ice cream, no one could be bothered to wait on us so we left. Apparently they dont need our business. We wont be going back.

My only complaint is that theyre not open 24/7! Love the cappuccino blast with Jamoca ice cream! Very fast drive through service and friendly staff

It’s a DD and BR... avoid this place! Horrible coffees, yaki! I try caramel latte, that’s was awful, then I give another chance to this place, try macchiato- poison! And workers has attitude, like I owe them money! Usually Indian people so polite and respectful, but this ones so unprofessional. They have learn to do good coffee and be nice to people, people come to you to get nice drinks and get som energy from morning! But you guys ruined there days...And get some brown sugar!!!

To start off, I was simply and utterly APPALLED by the service at this Baskin Robins establishment. After a fun night of Office-themed trivia at a nearby Chickie and Pete’s, me and my acquaintances were beyond thrilled to discover this location would be open until 11:00 (pm). THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. Upon arrival, we discovered that despite popular belief they were NOT open. The lobby lights were all on and it was fully staffed but the doors were locked. When we tried to enter they just looked at us like we were idiots. So smartly we decided to call the establishment to figure out why this was happening. They told us the lobby was closed but we could be served at the drive through. Okay. Whatever. We wanted ice cream so we abided. The drive through menu didn’t even have the ice cream flavors!!! NOT TO MENTION, THEY ONLY HAD 24 FLAVORS NOT THE EXPECTED 31. DO YOU EVEN BASKIN ROBINS BRO!?!?We tried to order but then the worker yelled through the machine to just come to the window! Then what’s the point of having a drive-thru. Not only did their waffle cones taste like cinnamon (WHAT), but also had a texture similar to that of beef jerky! They messed not one, not two, not three, BUT FOUR (4) of our 6 orders. When we brought their mistakes to their attention, they decided not to take back the messed up order but instead tell us to go to the back of the line while waving a finger in our faces because it was “too long”! There we two people behind us. When we got back, the rude service continued. I will never ever ever ever return to this Baskin Robins and i HIGHLY recommend that you don’t either! This part isn’t really about the Baskin robins but there were multiple suspicious characters roaming about the facility. When in line, an odd man approached our vehicle and made us very uncomfortable and while eating on the parking lot BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO LET US IN, a couple wearing next to nothing was fighting and searching their car for god knows what. In conclusions,Service- 0/10People- 0/10Menu-0/24Management- 0/10Safety- 0/10Waffle Cones- 0/10DO. NOT. COME. HERE. Eat here if never want to breath again

My experience at this Baskin Robbins was very horrendous. to start, when we tried to open the door to the lobby, it was locked and we had to call them up to then drive all the way to the drive thru, even though the website said they were open until eleven. then this drive thru clerk (10:27 pm) was rude and messed up all of my four orders. we did not even recieve our fourth order. he then proceeded to kick my party out of the line, and told us to get back in because the line was too long. there were two cars behind us :/. when we went back in line, we finally got our right order. he then charged us extra for the items we already payed for. on top of that, the cake cones were stale, and the waffle cone smelled and tasted like cinnamon. my friend is allergic to cinnamon, so this place is lucky that she didnt eat it. I am appalled by this behavior and will NEVER come back to this establishment ever again.I wish I could rate this location 0 stars. would not recommend to ANYONE. this has ruined Baskin Robbins and my birthday.

Opening hours not reflecting accurate hours as I went there because they say it closes at 12:00 🕛 and now at 11:00 🕚 the place is close. So disappointing especially with the drive I had to make to the location.

I came here on a late night for ice cream. The cashier was a little unorganized but my ice cream was good.

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. The 67-yr-old (his words) store manager insulted my wife, his cashier clumsily bagged the $32 Santa ice cream cake in such a way that Santas nose smeared and he didnt offer to fix it. After insinuating everyone in Philly is dishonest, and made her wait 10 minutes because she didnt have her on-line receipt, we will NEVER return to this store again. Everyone I know will hear about this incident.
