I purchased an LG washer and dryer set for over $700 last October. The washer went out the first time we used it. First, It was a hassle getting someone out here to look at the washer. Second, When they determined it needed additional parts to be fixed, they came to pick it up and brought me a loaner one. I was appreciative of the loaner but 9 months later…I still don’t have my washer back nor was I compensated for the difference in prices since I was left w a basic loaner. Every time I reached out to the owner, I’d get no reply or a reason why he wasn’t responding. After some months we finally gave up but it’s still an unfortunate situation.

Purchased a fridge, washer, and dryer in February 2021 The positive reviews made me think this was a good choice. Fridge did not work, washer had an issue. Have to hand it to Ramon for trying to make the situation right by attempting to repair the fridge and the washer. Even provided a loaner washer while the washer I purchased was being repaired. He took the fridge back since it broke again within the warranty period. Washer broke again near the end of the warranty period but Ramon hasnt been responsive. Just an expensive lesson, there are certain things that should be bought new. Update: Ramon, I texted you on 6/29/21 and 7/7/21. No response.

Fer was very helpful. Answered all my questions. And helped me pick out the right appliances for me and my family. Great selection of used stuff. And we get a 90 day warranty. 10/10

I found Chevy’s Appliances from Ramon’s post on Facebook and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase and service. I walked in today, bought this great set with delivery for $700 total, and they were delivered today! I immediately started doing laundry to test them out since they provide a warranty, but they work great. I was hesitant to buy a used set at first, but they assured me everything was tested and the deal was too good to pass up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for new appliances.

I bought an LG refrigerator from them on 12/27/18. Around the 25th of June of 2019 the compressor started to go out. Our home warranty company stated that the compressor in the fridge wasnt the right type. Ramon was less than helpful and wouldnt do anything. The compressor started kicking on, and we began to use the fridge again.We called LG to see if they could come out and shed light on the situation. The LG tech stated the compressor was from an old refrigerator, it was not the right size for the unit sold to us. The capacitor was removed completely. They installed a 12v relay which is not rated for the 120v that is being sent to the compressor. The compressor harness was cut out completely. He stated even if I wanted to have it fixed I wouldnt be able to due to them completely removing parts to bypass power through the 12v relay. He stated that the 12v relay could be a fire hazard and it that wires had been cut and spliced.They have great prices which will lure you in, however their repair practices are dangerous and could result in someone getting hurt.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I do not recommend this place to buy appliances. I purchased a washer and dryer. They offer 90 days warranty but Ramon will do everything to avoid you so that he doesn’t have to fix your stuff. He came out once to fix my dryer and I let him know it still was having issues and never heard from him again. I had high hopes for this place and was happy with my purchase because of the deal, but sadly I regretted it. I just wanted my washer and dryer to work properly and would’ve been happy with an exchange for proper working items.

I have had nothing but consistently amazing service from these guys. I bought a used refrigerator from them a year ago. After about a month, it did have a small problem and they came out to fix it. Since they couldnt repair it in place, they took it back to their shop to fix it...and they provided me a temporary/spare one in its place! Then they fixed my fridge and its been working perfectly every since. THEN, after an SRP power outage, the re-surge of power blew-out my fridges control panel screen. I called Chevys and they had someone out within 45 minutes to fix it. Amazing. The guys who came out were just so friendly and respectful, made sure they wiped their feet on my welcome mat about 20 times before even entering my home. On top of everything, I wasnt even charged a service call because the problem was so minor. I love Chevys and will recommend them to EVERYONE.

Roman was great . We bought washer and dryer and a refrigerator. Had it for a month and the refrigerator went out. Called Roman the next morning it was repaired. Great job. Would go back anytime to buy.. They give 90 day warranty.. Thats great.

I buy a lot of used appliances for my work. I found this place through searching for the best deals in offer up and places like that. This place has washers dryers frigs, and ranges. No microwaves or dishwashers. This place has good deals and good selection. Best part is parts and labor Warranty (I forget how long). And 1 year parts warranty. Awesome! I will be going here in the future. Ask to see the back room if you dont see what you want in the main showroom.

I purchased a washer from Chevys. Upon delivery there was a minor incident that caused some damage to my hot water faucet. The Professionalism of Ramon and his willingness to not only take ownership of the issue but to immediately send someone to fix it amazed me. They have certainly earned my respect... my continued business and my gratitude. Thank you Ramon for being a businessman who treats your customers like family.

Went there was very interested in buying a gas stove and refrigerator. There was a lady at the desk I told her what we were interested in and she never moved or attempted to show us anything. I work in retail and if I ignored a customer like that I would definitely hear about it. Their prices were reasonable and appliances looked nice but there customer service skills is what drove me to leave.

Got a sweet deal on a new electric oven. I’ll be stopping by again when I need other appliances. This is my go-to place for appliances for my tenants.

Ramon and his delivery crew did an awesome job. However, the after sales service is nonexistent. His repair tech kept missing appointments and making weak excuses as why he missed appointments. This went on for 4 weeks and a simple fridge repair is still not done.

Chevys is the best. I recommend them to everyone. Great product, great people, great prices!!! :)
