My wife and I financed this car in 2020. 2013 dodge journey. Unfortunately we made a bad decision. But at the time we were happy and greatful. So far our car had broken down 6 times and the check engine light is on once again. So I guess thats 7. Best auto couldnt do anything for us and neither could the finance company. Tried trading the car in when it was all fixed and dealers would only give negative equity and cash value $300.00 just my experience. I hope you all have better experiences

The worst place to buy a car from I was doing my payments and they came and took my car they stole all my stuff I had in the car they told me I had 30 days to go get my stuff and they stole it all after 10 days I had my mothers jewelry in there that I can never get back she passed away and I will never be able to replace any of that stuff ever its really sad how this dealership does people I would never recommend anyone to go there they lie all the time and their cars break down the transmission was slipping and they didnt do anything about it this is the worst dealership I have ever been to and I will not ever recommend anyone to ever go there.

This car dealer ship is horrible. I got my car in July 2020, within three months my transmission went out. I brought the car back to them two times for service, And they claimed there were no issues. I was driving home from work and my car stalled and wouldn’t move out of the intersection. They are ignoring my calls and they will not help me. If you want to be stress free, do not purchase a car from them. I have been paying a car note on a car I cannot drive.

People like lies, putting this company right. of best car. when in reality they sell ruined cars. I say this because I bought my first car there and they know that I got the bad transmission and a big oil dump. I claimed them for at least two months. They told me it was nothing. That some sensor. They only make you endure time. for the end of the guarantee they give. And now that $ 1500 to repair it. I would really like that those who want to buy a car do not attach it there. bad service. liars selling things that dont work. irresponsible

Little things that they could do better but really not that big of a deal like just the cleaning of the cars, but overall I have it a 5 because how they were willing to work with me and make sure I leave happy with the car I fell in love with.

My husband and I bought a car there mid December when we test drove it we informed the sales person that the ac wasnt working, (Manny) he told us he would get it fixed not to mention that the car was filthy in the inside never got washed or cleaned from the inside, anyways so recently we turned our ac on and its still not working took it to get diagnosed come to find out its the compressor and it runs up to 850$ plus labor called the dealership and they said too much time went by and they cant do anything for us, I thought since it was supposed to get fixed theyd do it since it was something that we had informed the sales person of when we first got it I dont think Ill be referring or buying from here again ! Tnks best auto now my kids have to suffer this summer all we asked for was a reliable vehicle 😡

The employees are treated bad by there supervisor and are used when they use you then they lay you off telling you they are going to call u to take a break and then never answer your calls after they state you still working for them months after they tell u one story they sell cars with transmission problems they try to fix with crazy glue. I purchased a 1995 Suzuki Samurai in September. My saleswoman Rebecca was extraordinary. She was able to answer all my questions and was able to disclose all previous body and mechanical repairs. Bad place to buy a car. When I went to buy a car about like a year ago it was running good for the first month, then on the next month the check engine light came on when I went to the dealer to have it fixed they said the warranty of the car was over. They only give you 1 month of warranty. Thats some ridiculous stuff. What a rip off.... I do not recommend to anyone.

Then because if this our credit score dropped 16 points because they did not report one of the finance accounts closed that was with a previous finance company... I called office Mgr Liz and she stated that the previous account was reported closed. When I looked at my credit report again the account was closed once I informed her about my credit problem. Then it went down another 3 points. Credit report dates for the change all wrong.This dealership is a big joke. I was initially happy that they helped us now I wish we would have gone elsewhere.Shame on you Best Auto for taking advantage of us consumers. Im going to report them to THE BBB.

After two days of dealing with them we got no results and tried to play us like the lender was having problems financing her plus a huge down payment!! $1700😑 so i took her to Other guys automotive got her a way better deal better car small down payment and the same lender they lied and said they was having issues with !! I spoke with his manager that gave us the info and would not try to find a way to work with us...very unprofessional and not willing to work with you...anyone reading this has to go to TAYLORS AUTO off 19th ave and Grand and speak to Mario whom helped and went above and beyond to get us the 2013 Dodge Journey with 61,000 miles. Best auto doesnt not work with you and they wont bother with you if they cant make commission from you.

I have got my car noticed the transmission was slipping advised the store manager (Myrna) right away ... Any time I called and asked for update Myrna is and was always polite and gave me a direct answer the mech . (Cecilio) who work on my car did a awesome job an in a reasonable time and was not left with out my car for weeks on out ... They gave me brand new transmission and worked with me (Sandra) on my down payment and first car payment would definitely . Would give it no stars if I could. So called mechanics either have no idea what theyre doing or intentionally sabotage your car to keep you coming back. Management is friendly and accommodating but does nothing to ensure those working under them do good work. Will always say they will fix the issue only to cause an entirely new one. Lied about the history of the car and do not keep record of work done on car. Car is easy to get, hard to keep. So if you do get a car here under NO circumstances should you bring it back for work. Under warranty or not, free sabotage is never good. Better off paying real mechanics.

Worst place EVER. First time buyers do not purchase vehicle here. It will ruin your credit. I got a Chevy Cobalt 2008 close to $10,000. Within a week of having vehicle transmission light was turning on. I took it to get fixed. When I left the dealership car broke down and I almost got hit in traffic. I reported all this to the BBB. Best auto try to say that I was out of my warranty. I was seen within the 15 days but it didnt count to them due to the fact that it wasnt a scheduled appointment. I was going to get my car fixed every week. So instead of paying $10,000 for a car that did not work I turned it back in. Worst experience of my life. Plus every time I went to get a repair they would break something else in the vehicle. Now its claiming $5,000 on my credit. Thats a bunch of bull due to the fact and I didnt even do my first payment because the vehicle was no good.

My family and I went in this evening frustrated with zero hope of finding the right car. Getting us away from the unreliable, beat up, hassle of a vehicle weve been stuck with. However, with the help of Eddie; his outstanding services and amazing performance, we successfully found not only something we can finnacially afford but fits all our personal needs!!!
