I just dont like to leave a bad review but over all they. Completed the job after starting in 7 days. I call 2 day before to setup the work offer to pay to make sure I got my time slot. They start got the new window in forgot to do the tenting had to wait for a week to get finish. After paying for the work the lady said she call me the next day and make sure I was set for tenting and pay for the front windshield because of the errors. No one ever call I show up at next time slot that no one enter into the system but the installer said he do it and took the car around a back. After finishing I found I had to pay again to get my tent that was left off. I pay for the errors but I will advise anyone that ask for place to get the windshield fix to look else where.

Omg love these guys. They dont rip you off on glass prices and help keep those pesky glass insurance people in check. Even the installation guy was super nice! Definitely 5 stars all around. Thank you guys

I am a warehouse and fleet manager for a Restoration Company here in the Phoenix metropolitan area. I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick (the owner) of Anytime Auto Glass when he came into our office passing out flyers. I was shocked that he wasnt just another typical owner. I, since then switched our fleet account to Patrick and his amazing team members to work on and maintenance our fleet of 20 work trucks. But it doesnt just stop there- the office team is fantastic!!! Such as Donna in billing- She always manages to get me all the correct information and invoices back to me without any hiccups. Anytime Auto Glass technicians are the top of the line and provide all the best aftercare knowledge anyone could ask for. Plus no matter what ALWAYS willing to meet our Project Managers on a site to do repairs in the field, or come back if our Managers have to leave on an emergency call. Overall good experience picked up my car replaced the windshield and did the calibration to the sensor in like 3 hrs and they brought my car back. My only complaint is when I called they were supposed to call me back and they never did I had to call them that’s it.

They replaced my windshield and to find out that they glued down my window side tracks of my car. So when I ever need to replace my windshield again I would have to buy new ones. Not to mention they replaced my view mirror up front that was not a good quality because they original from car did not stick.

Absolutely amazing service! I originally called due to bad experience with another windshield company. They unfortunately brought the wrong glass and pushed the replacement out 2 weeks. I decided during this time to looking for a local company to support. I spoke with a support agent Izzy that knocked it out of the park. We had a bit of trouble with my insurance requesting an inspection even though I just had someone out to replace the windshield. Izzy was very confident and spoke with the insurance company for me. After going round with the insurance company. I finally got the referral number and Izzy had someone out next day. Very personal and during this Covid time respectful. I’ll be using anytime glass moving forward. Even if this doesn’t require an additional Step from my insurance.

If you live in the Greater Phoenix area it’s only a matter of time until you have to replace your windshield. My trophy size rock arrived on the eastbound 202 and broke the windshield across the bottom and also up the center, time for a new one! Anytime Auto Glass was able to get me scheduled quickly after checking insurance coverage. I had to take my Subaru Outback in to their shop since it has lane departure cameras that require recalibration with a new windshield. They did a great job. When this happens again, I know exactly where I’ll go.

Had window tint done on an older car the quality of the work done was meadeocor at best have bubbles ever where also had to have a window done 3 times because scratchs in the film. I was also told my car would be done around 230 300 I need up standing around for 2 hrs waiting for my car this happend all three times would not recommend by the end of it all i was told I got what I got and scene my car is older I can expect a show room quality job

I went in to replace my windshield which youd think is simple to ask for however I was told to come back since the window they ordered was not the correct one, no biggie everyone makes mistakes. I then came back and everything was set and things were going smoothly, i got my car back and I thought it was great until I saw goops of glue on my dash and protruding from the edges, I asked the guy if that was supposed to be like that and he just waved a hand and said it was fine, as I asked if it was easy to clean up and he once again said it was fine... i now have splotches on my dash from trying to get the glue off and most of it I CANT get off. I called to try and get it fixed however the person on the phone continuously pacified me and refused to fix it. SO in conclusion my personal experience here has left a foul taste in my mouth and I would never recommend this place to anyone and thats including anyone ive ever held a grudge against.

Im only rating them 5 stars because 6 wasnt an option. Anytime Auto Glass customer service is outstanding. Life happens, and they helped me out. The day I was scheduled to have my windshield replaced, I ended up needing to either reschedule or get them to do my work order ASAP. The person I spoke with at the office got me in touch directly with the technician, who Im pretty sure rescheduled his morning to accommodate my situation. When he showed up he did the work quickly and was so gracious about the whole situation. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent experience with Anytime Auto Glass. They fixed a crack in my windshield a few months ago. Super easy to schedule and they helped facilitate it all through insurance. Then I came outside the other day and I had a foot long crack in my windshield. A rock had hit in the far corner and I had no idea. It was Labor Day weekend. I got it all scheduled and a new windshield installed within 2 days. Great staff. Super helpful, efficient and kind. USAA certified. There’s no one else I would call.

Great customer service..they came out and replaced my windshield on the scheduled day. I have sun shades on my windshield so they had to come off and be put back on. Unfortunately one of them came off so I figured I would have to go get them redone at my expense but when Anytime did a follow up with me I mentioned it to them and Pat, the Owner, called me within 30 minutes and said he would take of it for me. He called and arranged for me to get them redone at his expense. I will use them for all my glass needs in the future and for sure refer all my family and friends. GREAT SERVICE!!

Anytime Auto Glass is by far the only auto glass company I will ever use. I contacted them regarding my cracked windshield on my F-350. I explained to them what kind of insurance I have and DONE! We scheduled a day/time to have my windshield replaced...and they came to me, about an hour north of their location, and replaced my windshield with a piece of oem glass.

Anytime Auto Glass LLC, was awesome!!! You just call and they really do the rest from contacting your insurance to making the appointment at the most convenient time and place. I booked these guys while I was trying to get my car detailed, I booked them on a day I’d be home and I was told of a window between 10am and 2pm. At 1:50pm I called and was told that the person is not there yet but should be shortly. At 2:06pm I got a call and text from the technician who said he was running behind and would be at my appointment by 3:30. 3:30 comes and he shows up, he replaced my window, and that what is.i get things happen they cause you to run late but the customer shouldn’t have to call to figure out what’s going on with their appointment.

I called in a panic this morning, my wifes side door window cracked and I needed to get it replaced, and I spoke with Bill. He was very easy to work with, he had outstanding customer service. Will was the technician that came out and did an amazing job. I would recommend anyone with glass repair issues to contact this company. The service was really GREAT! The technician came out to replace my windshield and said that the seals around my windshield needed replaced too. The seal guard had been cracked and broken for years. He said he would submit it to insurance and then they sent someone out again in 2 more days and replaced everything and made sure it was covered. GREAT service and friendly people.

Not very happy with the sales guy Mario who told me on wed of last week that today I would have my windshield installed no problem. I call this morning to confirm my appointment and am told the glass is on back order and it might be another week or 2. Yeah, I dont think so. Great service and professional. I did two windshields there. On the Ford I had an annoying shaky rear mirror and it came back perfect after they installed the new windshield.
