I have been coming to Bill Luke since 2014 and have since then purchased 4 new Ram 1500 Crew Cabs. My sales associate Ryan Clause, was phenomenal from the minute our interaction began to the minute we concluded the sale. Ryan’s fluid ability to multi task and keep ahead of the upcoming tasks before they were introduced greatly helped speed up the purchasing process. His down to earth human skills facilitated the communication process between us and I was able to ask him questions about the vehicle and the negotiating process and he returned nothing but honest answers. Ryan made the purchase of my new truck easy, comfortable, enjoyable, and most preferable, stress free. My communication with Ryan, left a long lasting impression and without a doubt I would come back to him for another purchase and I would wholeheartedly recommend him as a sales associate.Along with the great sales associates are the basics of a dealership. Bill Luke has a beautiful sales building, well-manicured sales lot, large diversity of vehicles to choose from and ample sales associates to help out any customer. My repeat business is associated with the business negotiations and extremely well priced, well equipped, and very decently advertised pricing. Recently we decided on buying a 4Runner to replaced our Titan that had been totaled a few weeks ago. We had seen one at a dealership in Tempe we were excited about our new purchase. I spoke to the sales manager and he agreed to hold the vehicle. I had offered a deposit, but he said there was no need if I come down the next day the vehicle would be reserved. I drove over 100 miles the next day and arrived at the appointment time. The vehicle had been sold the day before and probably already sold as he would not take deposit and denied the contents of the conversation. A “Bait and Switch”. I traveled back home and didn’t really want to talk cars after the experience. However, we were down to one car now. I saw another 4Runner at Bill Luke. My partner was in Phoenix and was there at the time they opened and I had sent a “interested “ note on the vehicle. As soon as they opened I received a call from Beverly and our salesman was Lucio Gomez. Obviously, we were a little gun shy, but they both were excellent. That is how it should be - informed, educated, professional, personable, respectful, integrity, and at the top of their game. Kudos Bill Luke you got it right having these people work for you. Thanks Beverly and Lucio it couldn’t have gone any better!

Best place to buy a vehicle in Arizona. New. Used. CPOs. High volume dealer. Nice staff and lots of salesmen. But there is zero pressure and pestering you to buy something. Finance guys are awesome as well as the title clerks. 2 thumbs up, definitely worth the 130 mile drive, to save 1000s. And be treated with dignity and respect. Not just %s to a sales guy. Bought 3 vehicles from them. And would buy 3 more if necessary.

He was eager to be helpful throughout the process.Raychaun was very helpful in the final pickup.He was very responsive to our request that we were pressed for time. When he encountered a problem with getting the temporary plate, he looked for someone else to expedite the process.

The dealership was a efficient place to take your vehicle. However a service advisor suggested a couple fluid changes to the power steering & brake fluid. She showed me on her I-pad that I was past due. The truck had 44,000 miles on it. So I agreed to the change, but after looking at my trucks manual I think she strongly suggested something that wasn’t necessary. The next day a called the dealership and still waiting for their response.

I was given a we owe for AC Charge and fan noise the service department never returned my voicemail and when I called I was told soonest appointment was 3 weeks out and I had to leave the vehicle for several days 🤬The passenger seat is automatic and not working they don’t seem in any kinda hurry to fix anything.I won’t buy from here again the seat should have been fixed prior to purchase.Don’t expect much from them after purchase everyone has been unhelpful.

Hey guys! I didn’t buy a car yesterday but I went in to help my buddy buy one. We met up with Santiago and he was awesome! If you are looking to get a car, ASK FOR SANTIAGO. He was super chill, let us pick where we wanted to sit in the test drive first, and covered the most important talking points with the trucks we test drove. He was a solid guy with a very positive attitude. And he was realistic but still gave us a fresh and great deal even during this chip shortage. Go see for yourself, SANTIAGO has your back! :)

Good service over-all but drastically behind on near everything. Nearly 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation....WITH an appointment! Its the new reality unfortunately and not much they can do about it I guess. Staff is always nice. Toby and Ken are great.

Ricky made the best of a potentially bad situation. After being sold a vehicle that experienced a significant mechanical issue during sighing paperwork, Ricky ensured I had a rental during the repairs. As it became clear the repairs would be extensive, Ricky worked to find me a new vehicle at a lower price point that met my needs. Ricky canceled the existing sale and moved my downpayment to the new vehicle. Simply put, without Rickys involvement in the process, I would have likely taken my business elsewhere. He did a fantastic job and would recommend him again.

We bought a grand Cherokee the other weekend at this location and the buying driving experience was pretty great with saul. however financing part was awful. there was communication between Saul and the finance guy about the terms we wanted. then we show up the finance guys office and he goes I shaved off 4 point on your loan if you buy all these warrantys. albeit we already knew going in that we didnt want them and told him that we didnt want the warranty he reworked the numbers again like 3 times with the warranty. the guy then calls us difficult in this process. I replied we are not difficult we just know what we want.

It is a big facility. The parts department is my only experience. I want to love this place. The managers and overall outward customer interaction good definitely be improved. I have called and walked in and you cant help but notice one person working and the others employees just looking around or on the phone. Most big systems are like this. This dealership could definitely benefit from TQM ( Total Quality Management) principles. I almost bought the Mopar Hat but did feel like I could ask for the red one. I still want to love this dealership just not sure how other departments will act.

My 1st time purchasing a vehicle at a dealership I was more nervous and scared than anything. I had previously went to courtesy Chevrolet feeling pressured into buying something I couldn’t afford. I was even lied to about receiving a discount almost got finessed into a vehicle where final cost were $8000 more than they actually said I’d be paying l! But at Bill Luke I was actually treated with respect and courtesy. From the moment I walked Miguel Rivera assisted me was honest and straight to the point (rare find in a car salesman). He never pressured me into buying and helped me find a payment plan I could afford even insurance. Ladies(&men:))I’d highly recommend asking for him, he treated me like family. Louis is the worst, Worst experience ever. Dont finance through them. Highly recommend getting your own loan. They pull your credit hard. Without telling you. Very rude and nasty person not sure how people call fall for his games. He will screw you out of money and ask for more upfront.

I have a 2020 1500 classic. My 1st experience with this dealership was for a service and oil change. The Mopar app works wonderfully on getting my service scheduled. My service advisor Patrick Tank responded promptly and let me know I could get in earlier. Once there, the service department was clean. All the staff where friendly and very helpful. The dealership also has an on-site diner, the burritos are fantastic. I left my truck there, and was notified once it was done. Janette escorted me back to my truck, and was very professional. I highly recommend this dealership for customer service. I look forward to a future purchase at this dealership. Thanks for a smooth transaction today.

NEVER get accessories from Luke!!! Added electric running boards and they damage framed gussets...I had to go back 3 times to get fix, now the light fixtures are hanging off the frame!!! Im taking the running boards back and going to throw them at Joey..BTW h ed never returns calls!!! You will never get a referral from me...

We were excited to get the used car they had on their lot. Unfortunately the trade in value they offered was $12K less than another dealership down the road. We had to pass and take our business elsewhere. Salesman kept my license after the test drive and I didnt remember to get it back. I had to return later to retrieve it.

If you come to this dealership I highly recommend Dan Kamer as your salesperson. He made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, which is not something you hear often about a car buying experience. He was not pushy, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He made the entire car buying experience incredibly easy and worked to help me get the best deal on my new Jeep! We spoke to him like a friend as we waited a while for the finance department to finish up their part of the deal. By the time the paperwork was signed, the car was freshly detailed and ready to drive off the lot, and Rayshaun came over and took his time explaining all of the functionality in the vehicle that we would probably not have noticed without him! Overall, everybody was so wonderful. Thanks to Aaron Morrison in financing as well for being so flexible.

I don’t believe that they sold a car to me and did not tell me that the car has paint due whatever, carfax shows no accidents but the rear passenger’s door color is differ than others. The day I purchased the car, I did not really thoroughly inspect the car. If you plan to purchase a car from them make sure no hidden accidents or issues. That is so outrageous but I guess it is my fault deceived by the carfax they gave to me. I trust them but …. Whatever, I know nothing gonna happens but I want to share that with people so they don’t get deceived. I will post the pics shows the paint difference.

Beware out of state buyers and others, think twice before doing business with BILL LUKE dealership. This dealer disrespected and took advantage of me. The sales manager Jerry Adair is completely untrustworthy. I paid an inspector $200 to comply with the dealer’s 3rd party inspection requirement for out of state purchases. I notified the sales manager (Jerry) the vehicle inspector would be by that same afternoon to complete the inspection and he agreed. 90 minutes after I confirmed this with him, the inspector called to tell me he had been searching for the car for 30 minutes and was finally told it was not on the lot and had been sold at auction. I was sent a price in writing, I secured financing from my bank, I forwarded my loan approval and receipt for the inspection and offered to sign the PO pending the inspection and receipt of the sales contact. The salesperson and manager explained a refundable deposit of $1500 would need to be paid if I wanted to hold the car pending the inspection. They sent a link to pay the deposit and sign an acknowledgment I was paying a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and would forfeit the $1500 if I did not go through with the purchase for any reason. The manager Jerry aggressively pressured me to pay this deposit even though I explained I wasn’t comfortable signing off on a non-refundable deposit despite their assurances it was refundable, not to mention they wanted to collect this BEFORE the vehicle inspection. He told me even a signed purchase contract was not sufficient demonstration of my intent to buy the car and Mr. Luke would rather have fast money from a local buyer than to wait for my check from the bank. Minutes after the call from the inspector, the sales manager (Jerry) called my husband and asked how he was doing. When my husband replied, not good the inspector we paid $200 told us the vehicle was no longer there. Jerry did not apologize and smugly replied “I sent the vehicle to auction, did we not try to get you to pay a deposit my friend?” Note this after he and I spoke less than 2 hours prior where he explained he was going to see what we could work out and would have an answer for us that afternoon. He did this knowing I’d already paid the inspector that the dealer recommended to me. Shady, unprofessional and petty. Take your business elsewhere.

This was my first car buying experience and my second dealership in two days. The first dealership was absolutely terrible and I almost didn’t want to go into another location but, I am so glad that I did. I purchased my vehicle from Bill Luke on Camelback March 31st and the overall experience was amazing! I found the vehicle on the app called co-pilot I went and looked at the vehicle and my salesman named Floyd was super nice and very accommodating. So much so that when I went home to talk to my husband about purchasing the vehicle I did the entire deal with Floyd through text message sitting on my couch! The service at this dealership is amazing they are kind and super helpful. I recommend them to anybody now that is looking for a new vehicle!

Great from start to finish! Saw the vehicle I wanted online through Truecar. Dealt with Jose Garibay who was a straight shooter but pleasant and not pushy. Test drove the vehicle and was very much interested in making a deal. The price was as advertised on Truecar. I noticed the price in the window was higher and I prepared to just leave because I didn’t have time to haggle. He assured me the price on Truecar was the price and it was and at a great deal too because I did my research and others had it $4K-$7K higher! Reece in finance was awesome as well and we had great conversation. They also had a specialist (Alberto) who was through with showing me all the features of the vehicle, how to use them, and even connected my phone to the Bluetooth. Alberto was very knowledgeable as the vehicle was fully loaded and he didn’t skip a beat. Lastly, Jose followed me to the gas station and topped off my gas tank before I drove back to the east valley I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years and this was by far the best experience.

This is a high volume Dealership so that gives them the power to Bully customers and devaluate trade ins. A few years ago I purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 Laramie from this dealership. Then I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 as well. I thought being loyal meant something to this dealership. It meant nothing, so I purchased my new 2021 Ram elsewhere. I wasnt bullied and I got almost double for my trade.

Overall a great experience. My teenager and I traveled by train to Phoenix, Sebastian a legacy employee Lyfted us to the dealership from the hotel and he and Kris, from the internet sales team, took good care of us and our luggage.From the test drive to the negotiating ( car needed tires) through finance and the finish with Rayshaun the Luke team were professional and friendly. We drove home to NM that night, yeah even with a deal in place and my $ done before we got there it still took 6hrs. Mommas just excited about the new (to us) car!

Online advertisement link claims “No Dealer Add Ons”, yet first truck I looked at using the link, $5520 added to price due to DEALER ADD On.Update 7/26/2021: Out of fairness, I’ve changed my rating of Bill Luke. Perhaps the issues are Google related? After reading Bill Luke response, I tried to look at the photos I added to my review..well of course there’s an issue trying to view “provided photographic evidence”. You must refresh the photo you wish to view after you’ve selected it, otherwise you’ll only see a black screen or a photo of the Bill Luke showroom. Funny how that is… In any case, I’ve gone elsewhere and am in the process of purchasing my 2021 Ram 1500.. albeit at an over exaggerated price, but for whatever reason, the local dealers are all charging these ridiculous prices for pick up trucks. Getting a “good deal” really isn’t an option at this current time.

Buying a car here is easy and a good experience overall. But having your car serviced here is awful. They take WAY too long to do anything with your vehicle. Need and oil change? Expect to wait 5 hours. Need your A/C looked at? 2-3 days is what they will tell you but really it will take 5 days. And they wont offer a rental. Ill never purchase a car from here again and I will never recommend them!

They sold us a 2016 kia soul plus about a year ago and it had an engine recall we had no idea about. Our engine failed because of it a week ago and because it’s been a year as well since the recall Kia will not replace the engine we now have to pay 7000 dollars out of pocket to get a new engine. We were taking our car here to get serviced since we had it and no one mentioned anything about a recall.

Went in for a “quick” one day recall, got my car back disabled. I asked my advisor Ernest. G what happened? His supervisor Earl Gould told me verbatim “We don’t have to tell you anything! It is your responsibility now to fix your own car, we did nothing”. I just asked why my car’s functions are not working anymore after I got it out the shop. They had their technician try to fix it as fast as possible before I came to pick up my car, but left my car broken. I was hopeless because no one was able to help me any further at this location, they just didn’t care. Over the phone the supervisor said “Come get your car!”, they parked my car with my keys inside with windows down by the exit road for me to leave immediately! A week later after calling to make an appointment I was refused service because I wanted to know why my car is still broken under their care. Sadly, I eventually have to buy a new car now. I should have not brought my car here. I lost so many hours from work trying to resolve this problem, just to be refused service at the end. I have to drive my car now risking my life for the workers negligence to my car. I just wanted help. They broke my windshield wipers, so I drive like this every time it rains heavy even on highways.

I took my dodge challenger for a noise while breaking. They had my car for inspection for 3 days. They did not find the noise after they drove my car for 40 plus miles.(( I have a video to proof there something wrong with the car while I am braking.)) I go pick up my car take it home and next day I realize two of the rims are scratch. I contact the girl who helped me and told me to take my car back when her manager was there. I did and this manager automatically tells me that all rims are scratch and yes, you could see where I had try cover them with black pen for black mat rims but you can tell they were new fresh scratches as you can see the silver. He agrees to fix one out of two of the rims and after another 3 days I get my car. They did such a poor job I send them back the pictures there some new scratches and the one they fix they did not covered the scratches you can see silver scratches. They have not responded and ignore my messages. Not only did they make feel I cant afford to fix a rim but like if had the need to lie, when I just purchased another new truck and had it lifted and with rims there. I have bought my cars and service them there to get treated so poorly and returning my car with new scratches. I go dropped my new truck since it was scheduledafter picking my car for them to check the suspension and my husbands goes and returns the truck as they had made a scratch on the front bumper (this truck is new). Immediately it got fix but that just proves that your technicians dont know how to drive your customers cars....................I do want to note that Joey he is one of the most attentive people working there. He is always so nice and has taken care of us. He is always willing to help even though he is not assigned to us. I have requested him every time I go in. We have only continued going because of Joey, he has showed us excellent customer services.

Fantastic service. Patrick Tank took excellent care of my truck repair. Helped me with my warranty. Chrysler Corp gave me a rental for 2 months when I only had 1 week of coverage. I bought my new car here. A few days later the trim became loose. I figured life happens, so I gave them a call and set a date to fix it. I came to pick it up a day later and noticed stickers and scratches on all four tire rims that were not there before. I brought it to the attention of the man who was helping me and he said they would only repair one rim (taking responsibility for it). I did not think that was fair because all four were in perfect condition before I brought it in. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me to bring it in.I brought my car in and all the service manager, Earl, said was, We agree to disagree. He said he did not believe me, and that I must have done the damages to my vehicle by bumping on curves. Im not a reckless driver. Im a mother and I have been treating this car like a treasure. He dismissed me; said the only help he could offer was to give me an estimate on how much it would cost me to fix the rims.I asked if he could review the security tapes because I felt they would reveal truth. He denied my request. He also said I might have bought the car like this, but I know I did not because I went to look at the car twice on two different trips to Bill Luke. I wanted to make sure I was making the right move. They dont want to take responsibility for their own negligence. They dont care about you; they just want your money.I do not think Im being unreasonable. All I am asking for is to fix the damage that was done to my vehicle. I am not asking for anything extra. At least fix the most three scratched rims.RESPONSE to Bill Luke:Bill Luke, I still have the messages on my phone. The tech I spoke with said he would only be able to fix one wheel and I asked to speak to the manager. When I did speak to Earl, I mentioned all four wheels were damaged. He said to bring the car in so he can take a look at it. When I did bring it in, he denied all damages. We could not get on common grounds because he was unwilling to work with me. I never set up an appointment to fix just one wheel because fixing one wheel after damaging four was not fair. I did not change my story, if anything it is you who is changing your story.

Overall it was a great buying experience. BIG thanks to the sales associates Michelle Miller and Craig Sideman for being honest and genuine during the whole process. If they didnt known, they asked. If they were aware of a different option/approach that would save us money, they spoke up. Very rare in this industry. Thanks!Reading through the other comments - for those who believe that they had a substandard experience at Bill Luke, please do some self reflection. Do your homework. Get interested. Decide what you want and then engage the sales team. If you come a little more prepared, and do your homework, youre buying experience will be much better. Dont blame the staff for your lack of initiative.

Will never buy another car at this place, bought a used jeep and found out the motor had broken bolts stripped threads, and a leak on the head gasket, I took it back and they said it was residual oil, wound up having to pay for another motor and till this day I’m still waiting for them to contact me back. Ripoffs !!!

Bill Luke is the BEST car purchasing experience in my life! The facility is unmatched. The sales team is fantastic and fair. The financing office took less than 20 minutes (I did not have a trade-in). My 2016 RAM 3500 Longhorn Dually 4x4 was delivered clean! Because it was a late night sale, I returned the next day and met with the delivery coordinator. He showed me the ins and outs of the massive machine over about and hour. I had lunch in their on-site driver while I had some special toys added to the truck. Go there. Buy there. Service there.Update: I have had my new truck serviced there 4 times in the year-and-a-half that I have owned it for oil changes, recalls, etc. Not only do I still believe they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with, I also believe they have the best RAM dealer service shop! 6/6/18

After emailing them to confirm a test drive and calling them on the way during my 2.5hr drive to double check it, I was told the vehicle wasnt available to test drive because it hadnt even passed inspection yet. Wasted my entire day and all they could do was slightly apologize and say they would let a manager know. Terrible service and poor knowledge of their own vehicles. Go somewhere else.

Excellent dealership to buy a car. Prices are already at a fair price point and no pressure in buying a vehicle. You can try to look everywhere online in Phoenix Metro and their price points are already competitive. It comes down to, How much do you really want it?Great service department also. Friendly shuttle to drop you off home for free or rental cars on site. I had to leave mine to get added remotes start and Bed liner. Recommend getting at least the service warranty for everything but aesthetics.And... after reading some of the negative reviews. I see their staff is quickly responding and providing a) reasonable answer Or b) asking for people to come in to help resolve their issues. That right there is owning the situation and trying to really help.

I have to say that Bill Luke Jeep dealership was great to work with on buying a car even though I bought a lemon. I will say that when having the issues with the car, they still tried to fix the car. They had it a week. Cheryl did her best in trying to fix the issue but for some reason, the codes came back on. Danny Thomas and Marty are great sales guys, they knew all what took place with my car and heard me complaining about my broken car that they helped me get into another vehicle. I told Danny and Marty it wasnt their fault on selling me a lemon. Thank you also to Mo for showing me all the components of the 2018 Jeep compass. If you really want to purchase a vehicle with Bill Luck, ask for Danny Thomas and Marty, they are a great team to work with. The entire dealership is great. If you have any issues with you car, they are willing to help you out in any way possible. I totally give them 5 stars on customer service and with being a great dealership.

Purchased a new car 3 months ago from Bill Luke. First time in the service department for my first oil change.1st guy approaches - asks me if I have an appointment. I said yes and he went to find a person. Never returned.2nd guy approaches - asks me the same. He goes to find my service advisor and returns and says there is a mix up but to hold on.I wait 5 minutes and a man approaches me next to my car and all he says to me is “is this yours?” I asked him if he worked there and he said yes can I have your key.He told me my old change would be an hour and a half.My car sat in the lot for an hour. I watched them bring my car in for service which took 20 minutes.2 hours later I leave the dealership - all for just an oil change.The cashier girl seemed to care less, as well, and all she said to me was “your keys are in the car.”That’s some pretty poor customer service. I will not be back.

I recently purchased a new Ram 2500 from this dealership. I already had my financing secured with my credit union. They were told not to run my credit but did anyway. 7 hard inquiries on my credit report. Then they tried to finance with another bank without telling me. When I spoke with the sales manager he said whats done is done and what do you want me to do about it now As a return customer I cannot believe I was treated this way. So unprofessional. The salesman was great but the deception from everyone else is awful. I will seek legal counsel.
