Gone here a few times for routine maintenance and never had an issue. Yesterday I went to get a oil change and it was all fine and right on time that I was told for completion. When I got my keys back and walked over to my car there was huge scratch on my car. I walked in and spoke with the service advisor and we went to look at it. He called over someone who does the point inspections and moves the cars out. The advisor asked him what happened and he just said “ I don’t know” and proceeded to walk away. The advisor came and buffed it out real quick and it looks fine ( minus a small dent). And sent me on my way. It looks fine right now. I’m more irritated that the person was uncaring and nonchalant about a two foot scratch. I get it I drive a 2019 Kia but it’s something I pay for. I like Meineke,but probably won’t come to this one again.

This place was awesome and I will continue to use them with all of my car troubles. I got quotes to fix my headlight from 2 other businesses, and all told me that I had to replace the entire light + housing which would cost several hundred dollars. I brought it here, since it is close to my house for one final opinion- and they found the issue was really just a small bent piece of the connector. They bent it back, and fixed my light FREE OF CHARGE and sent me on my way. I really appreciate the team here and their commitment to honesty.

Brett and his team are awesome! They got me in so fast and were able to repair 2 of my belts that were shredded. They are fun but professional and send you a full diagnostic inspection with things that look good, need inspection later and need inspection now! They don’t force you to fix anything else while there unless it causes you to be unsafe to drive. They are awesome!

These guys are amazing. Their parking lot was literally full and I still had my car serviced in a timely manner. They have great specials on synthetic oil changes and the guy in the lobby is very receptive.

Ill start by saying that the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Although, Im disappointed in the outcome of a recent repair. I initially took my car in for a muffler issue which they fixed just fine. When they quoted my muffler they also stated that the break fluid needed to be replaced due to the mileage. I agreed as they are the experts for breaks and mufflers. My son reminded me later that we just had a total break replacement a few months back and that we have less than 500 miles on the new breaks. When I picked up the car, I asked why the need for the break fluid change at $99.00. They said it was because of the miles, I told them that it just had a total break replacement. They said they didnt know the history thats why they recommend it. Well, they did a break inspection and they should have easily been able to see that everything was new. Not once did they question it, I could see this happening with a general mechanical as they may not know what to look for. But, this is their specialty. The response from them that they didnt know the history is weak, they should have been able to tell. It appears to be a quick way to charge out another $99.00. Integrity is a big thing with me, it doesnt seem to be with this company...too bad.

Wow! Carlos was incredibly helpful and honest. I went to Bill Luke and they tried to rip me off. Carlos performed an inspection and was able to show me the problems clearly. I would highly recommend.

The gentleman at the front desk Carlos did a lot of tests totally for free on my car to clear my mind of worrying about the check engine light. He also was honest and told me that I didnt need all the tune-ups that Firestone had recommended until I got to a further later mileage. He was very honest and really tried to save me money instead of trying to spend all my money like most people do. And he took a lot of time testing it for free and giving me his insight. This is definitely the place to go! I was very impressed and will be coming here regularly.

I asked them to fill my tires and recharge my A/C. Instead of what I asked them to do, they gave me an oil change and charged me $80. They also wanted to charged me ~$400 to recharge my A/C because it uses r-1234yf. Im fairly sure they didnt even check my tires (light is still on even after a reset) and I did not get my A/C recharged due to the cost.

Took my car for a check engine light.. they found a fuel pump air hose that was disconnected.. small easy fix that they were really honest about it..they didnt try to sell me on a big problem...

Very good at getting the job done. However, I have had major communication issues. They dont call when they are done with my car, so I just show up hours later hoping that they are done. I appreciate the convenience of where it is located and the staff are friendly.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My catalytic converter was stolen and I went to the Meineke shop on Chandler. From the first moment of interaction I could tell they were customer focused. Due to delays in getting the replacement part (not their fault), I dealt with three different managers along the way. All of them were fantastic - always on top of things and helpful. Carlos in particular was amazing in helping me out. The service itself was excellent. Clear pricing and no surprises. This is an auto service center which provides 1) great customer service 2) transparent pricing and 3) quality work. Like many, I’m skeptical about getting good auto service but this specific shop went above and beyond. I recommend them fully and absolutely will go back if the need arises!

Bought 5pack oil change special and they are so busy and down 3 mechanics that I havent been able to get in for an oil change that Ive prepaid for. Always says to weeks out for an appointment. They got me in same day when I purchased the multi- pack oil change in October 2020. Hope they find more help soon.

Very customer focused. Service performed was tire mounting/balancing and wheel alignment. I showed up 15 minutes before the agreed completion time to collect the car and they were behind on the work, they shifted their resources and completed the work on time. Workmanship was high quality, no vibrations on new tires, no pull to right or left and wheels were torqued correctly. Staff is also very friendly. Highly recommended

Charged more than quotes in the area. Did an inspection and said I needed repairs that I did not need, then attempted to overcharge me for them. Had to get a transmission flush, which they did. They overfilled the fluid and did not perform the flush correctly and left dirty fluid, which has since damaged the transmission of my vehicle. After the flush, the transmission began to overheat and gears slipped, which is all due to overfilled fluid.The only solace for me is I know where to avoid in the future.Hopefully they can at least refund me some and perform a proper flush.

I went in to have an oil pressure sensor installed. I brought in my own part and paid an hour labor. I dropped off my truck at 10:30 for my 11am appointment. I received a call around 1 saying that the part I brought in was the wrong part. I run to Autozone to see about getting the correct part and they showed me the same part I brought with me. I head towards Meineke to see what the problem was and they informed me that they were looking at the wrong part to change and that it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I wait in the area, receive my truck and drive it home. Around 6:30 that night, my truck wouldnt start. I wait a few hours and tried again around 9pm and my truck at that time has no power. The key fob remote wasnt working, no lights were working, and Id receive nothing from the ignition.

If you are looking for professionalism excellent service and informative technicians this Meineke is the place you’re looking for. I have taken both of my Audis here (A6/A7). One of the best vehicle mechanic I’ve ever used to service my cars. I do believe in being loyal to a place and company that do great work and service. I really want to thank Audi Chandler for their subpar service and rude customer service for steering me to this Meineke location. Too bad I cannot pick them up and move them with me to my new location in Florida due to work. I believe in giving praise when it’s due and this place is a great place to get your car service at.

This Meineke has the best staff, they are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. They don’t try to sell me anything unnecessary, and are so helpful with everything. The manager of this location is a super nice guy, and I would recommend this business to anyone, especially if you are female, they won’t try to sell you anything that you don’t really need.

Two weeks ago, Andy Acedo, the General Manager, gave me two options to fix the exhaust on our 2005 Acura MDX. A family friend was going to fix the car for us, but then was unable to do so. I asked Andy if he’d still honor the quote, and he said sure. Brought the car in, got the work done, as promised, when promised. Got the car back with a comprehensive list of recommended repairs and maintenance items.I had a not-so-great experience with Meineke years ago (different state/city) so was a bit cautious. But Andy and his team surpassed my expectations!

The guys at Meineke are very professional and friendly. They did not try to over sell me on things my Jeep did not need. They let me know what was going on, which it needed an alignment that I was aware of. They offered a good price and could take it in right away. Most shops try to tell me I need to put thousands of dollars into my vehicle as soon as possible because everything is about to break or is warn down but they told me what I really need and did not try to over sell me.

Had a radiator hose replaced and cooling system flushed. The problem Im having, is the new aftermarket hose is leaking from the upper side. The clamp is tight yet its sipping water. This is a good example why its best to purchase the (oem) original equipment manufacturer items.

While getting a battery from autozone, I asked the tech if he knew a good mechanic. He recommended Carlos at Meineke on 42nd and Chandler Blvd and let me know he gets good feedback when he sends people there. I have to say Carlos is as straightforward and hes really a good guy. I hardly submit reviews but Carlos really went above and beyond in delivering great customer service and care.

If you were to walk in and tell them your stuck in a parking lot close to the shop they will walk with you and check it out and help as much as they can.... I first went to two other big name auto service centers and got two different opinions about what was wrong with my car; I didn’t believe either of them. Then at Meineke I got an honest diagnosis and estimate. Andy was trustworthy and easy to deal with, when I picked up my car he mentioned a couple of things that I might want to keep an eye on in the future. The repairs were made on time and at the quoted price. I’m glad to have found Meineke.

Was quoted $470 for a repair which I approved. When I arrived to pick up the car, they asked for $570. I asked what the difference was. I was informed it was for tax and shop fees. Taxes were approximately $37. Shop fees of almost $70? I dont think so. They lowered the shop fees and stated the new total was $550 which still had shop fees of $43.When you quote a customer a price, it should be the price you charge. I realize taxes may be additional however anything above the estimate and taxes without customer approval is unethical. Shop fees are the cost of doing business and should be factored into the estimate not tacked on afterward.Though the team was congenial, I disagree with their unethical billing practice.7/16/2020 - Appreciated Kevins comments. Spoke with the team at Meineke. They acknowledged the process error and have addressed it. The team is congenial and the work is good. I would visit there again in the future.

Came to Phoenix to visit family and I’m newly moved to AZ as well so I’m not familiar with any local mechanics or anything, I just found this shop via google. What brought me to the shop was that I bought a car through a private seller who wanted to “guarantee” the car was in til top shape and they just fixed “everything”. Now I’m not a mechanic but have been raised to be able to recognize things wrong with vehicles and have been taught to fix things on my own, so once I test drove it I already knew what majority was needing to be done because the car sounded like a damn plane ✈️ (meaning a wheel bearing was jacked up). Took it to Meineke as soon as they opened Friday morning 🌄 for their full inspection service letting Carlos know I think there’s a wheel bearing issue and also wanting to check my battery life. My vehicle was assessed and I noticed they take photos and do recommendations online! 😭 THANK GOD A PLACE MORE TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED! I am a visual person and I love descriptions. That’s when I realized the leaks the car had and any other possible future things I may want to bring the car in. Carlos brought me out, he handed me an estimate for what I was worried about, IT WAS THE WHEEL BEARING! But never once did he make me feel pressured to get any other work done right away which I appreciated, because I hate feeling pressured to say okay. So I asked him about the leaks and other things I was interested in and THANKFULLY I DID! Incredibly accommodating and fast turn around

I have set an appointment several times here and still have to wait 30 minutes or longer for them to start on my car. I just got an oil change that took them forever to complete and didn’t even reset my sensor. They are extremely under staffed. I spent over a thousand dollars on an tune up transmission flush brakes and some other car maintenance for them to keep my car all day. Then my new mechanic checked my car the other day to tell me that there is no way i had a tune up. I will never be back again.

I was given an estimate on other work needed on my car. I find Andy and his team to be very caring and I believe you can trust your vehicle to them and you won’t be disappointed. Was quoted an extremely high price for just a water pump change looked around found the price cheaper at someplace else and they were not willing to match the price. Total difference was more than $200 ....

A man named Carlos was a big help in my service and was able to honor the mishap on their behalf in the necessary steps they missed in trying to contact me for authorization to fix my vehicle. Overall I got the service I needed thanks to Mr. Carlos.

1st time using Meineke. Had checked out a few other car service and chose Meineke. Carlos was very professional and straight forward. They did a great job on our oil change and fixed the air conditioner. Will definitely use them again.

I took my truck into this location for a scheduled repair. I was told it would take two hours to complete the repair, however when I returned two hours later it was not finished, not even close. I patiently waited for about an hour before I started to get irritated. Carlos explained to me that they were having some issues with the installation of the new parts, and put a second mechanic on it to speed up the work. I did wait another hour but Carlos sincerely apologized and offered me a free oil change in the future for the inconvenience. If it wasnt for Carlos and the way he handled the situation, I probably would not have returned. He is an asset to your company.

Carlos was friendly and transparent that they were short handed and service would be delayed. I appreciate the pics sent however; Im disappointed in the how the car was left for me to pick up as it was not left as it was found. When I picked up the car, the windshield screens were not put back up as it sat in direct sunlight, the visors were left in mid position, the drivers seat cover was bunched up in corner rather than spread nicely across bottom and there is a greasy hand print on hood where pressure is used for closing. My vehicle was not left for me as found by any means and I believe that how we do the little things is how we do the big things. Ill keep an eye on the car after oil change and assume there will be no issues. I purchased the sale package of 5 oil changes so Im very hopeful Ill be able to use them with comfort. Ill be glad to send more pics if requested. So far no leaks or issues so the service Itself, oil change, is fine.

I went for a standard oil change. The guys there were very nice, attentive and explained their process. They showed me some other service options,which I did not utilize at this time (I will in the near future). They were not sales pushy, simply gave me some options which I appreciated. I received some excellent detailed updates by email along with photos of my vehicles engine, interior, and exterior. They even photographed scratches and small damage which was good for then to point out. Overall, car was ready quickly, I had a good price with a digital coupons, and I was not oversold anything like many pushy service places. I recommend this place.

I scheduled a basic oil change at 9:00am. When I showed up for my appointment there was 2 other people in the waiting area. I was told it would be an hour for a basic oil change in which I had an appointment. Due to social distancing the two seats were taken and I had to sit outside in Phoenix 100 degree heat. An hour later my car had not moved. It took them another 40 mins to complete a basic oil change. Thanks but no thanks. Piss poor service for a scheduled appointment!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. They try to expedite you through if you are waiting for your vehicle and are easy to work with. I bought a five pack of oil changes and they transferred them to my new vehicle without any hassles or gripes. They don’t push hard on any of the additional services but make you aware and provide a thorough report with pictures and metrics via text message while you wait in the waiting room. The manager was kind enough to make sure I had his personal cellphone charger when he realized I was out of juice and trying to review my full vehicle health report.

Initially, I was embracing myself to get taken advantage of because I am a female customer. The front store clerk/manager (Alan and Carlos) took photos of my vehicle damages and gave me an estimate for repairs. After reviewing the photos and their explanation of services, I knew the repairs were necessary and needed to be completed ASAP!! They stated they will locate some discounts to lower the cost.The work was completed in a timely manner and after the discounts were applied it was cheaper than the estimate. The staff and mechanics were very prompt, courteous and professional. With the service they provided, they have won me over as a life long customer.I recommend all customers; especially female customers, to go to this Meineke, you will not be taken advantage of......
