Horrible customer service! I took my car into this shop over a month ago to get an intoxalock interlock installed into my car. One of their employees removed my alarm/gps device. I took my car back the very next day to show them and they stated they would look for the device. They gave me the run around sending me back and forth to my car dealership. I asked for the device back so that my dealership can re-install it since they could not find it I was told by one of the employees Lalo to get the price and they will pay for it. Once I got the price they changed their story and I no longer spoke to Lalo I spoke to someone name Gabby who began to give me the run around. She then stated she would need to speak to my dealership, complying I provided her with a manager at my dealerships phone number along with the manager of my alarm system company. He informed them that they checked my car and my device is no longer in there and in there system it shows that it is at the auto shops address. Still to this day it is still showing active at their autoshop. After that I spoke to someone that is supposedly the manager named Ismael and he was very rude, would not let me talk and then hung up in my face stating he already knows everything and I can call a lawyer and take them to court. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN FIXED/MANAGED THEY HAVE ESCALATED TO THE EXTREME AND NOW WOULD LIKE TO GO TO COURT.

Everybody there was extremely nice, honest and trustworthy. They work really hard, especially being outside in 113 degrees. Highly recommend if youre looking for a shop you can trust.

After my husband passed away I had no one to work on our cars. I couldnt afford dealer prices but knew I needed the work done. A family friend referred me to perez auto.I must admit when I first got there I didnt know what to expect, but that changed very quickly. The staff there were friendly, attentive and professional. The front desk associate Gabby is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and highly qualified. As a woman working in a male dominant industry Gabby can hold her own. I lover her mood odometer at the front desk lol.All the mechanics are skilled, trustworthy and courteous. While your car is being repaired they offer loaner cars, something that most repair shops doesnt offer anymore these days. They have picked me up from work & dropped me off. This was especially one of the best services they offer. Being a single mom and widow I didnt have to miss work or spend money on uber.The prices are affordable and they have financing available. Lalo assisted in repairing my AC. My fans had to be replaced twice, he was able to use a warranty which helped me save some money. This repair shop is like family to the community, they offer most mechanical services and they work with every budget. I would recommend them to anyone.The property is a bit cramped, not much parking I hope that they can get a bigger lot.

I went to get my car checked back in February they had printed me out a piece of paper with the labor on it.. for the longest I kept calling to see how much the part was they never told me they always say they would call me back but never did.... so I went on Amazon and bought the engine oil cooler myself I let them know I had it I took my car in too see why the o2 sensors was acting the way it was they told me okay so later they lady from the front desk text me everything it was gone be cause I didn’t get the o2 sensors checked in February so when I get the price it goes from 94.50 to 250 in labor so I’m like how is that so the lady tells me that’s the cost of the part the 94.50 basically saying now they never gave me and estimate so I ask her where they get their parts from she told me I called them they don’t even carry that part I called back told her that she was like that’s dealer price then I was like no ma’am I got the dealer price before anybody’s that’s the 369 that’s written under the 94.50 she the proceeds to say well let me find something else so I was like so your going to continue to lie she laughed and said no and was like well you don’t have to get your car fixed here... please don’t shop with these people they cost on whatever they are doing is not the same for everybody they discriminated because I’m black and I am not from here and we all know Hispanics in the west coast hates us

I called ahead to see if my car could get in and Gabby was able to get me in. There was 1 car ahead of me getting an oil change. Then I was in. I spoke with Robert who gave me to a quick class on mechanics and how my engine spark plugs and coils work. The technician Jorge diagnosed the car, checked the engine coils and was determined that the spark plugs were the issue, Robert recommended the Air filter to be replaced. The price was fair for the parts and labor. I asked for OEM parts which they offered as I want my car to last a long time ( you get what you pay for). I spoke with the owner Ishmael, and he seemed very professional and kind. They offer classes on Saturdays for people to learn about how to care for their cars. My car runs nice and quiet now. Thank you.

They did a good job at a reasonable price. The also give a two year warranty on parts. Not a fancy place to go to at all. Really nice staff. I would go back. They dont try and find things wrong with your car just to jack up the price either.

Got ABS, Traction control, power window motor and all motor mounts done. For the most part the service was good the price was fair and it comes with warranty on all parts and labor. They offer a 90 day option with a third party finance.What I dislike is I felt that my problem was never actually fixed. I came with specific issues I wanted fix because I knew thats what was wrong with my car!. They were very confident that my their mechanics recommendations were correct and that I should take the advice, which I did. In the end after the service was completed turned out that it WAS the transmission and i was quoted a price. If they woulve actually paid attention to what I had told them I wouldve had the transmission fixed first and avoided some of the other services for a later time and I woulve actually came back to that shop again to get that rest of the work done!! Now ill be taking my buisness somewhere else because I feel like my concerns werent taken seriously.

These guys did an excellent job on my car. I was in a side swipe accident and these guys took care of me. They were fast and had the car looking like it had never been in an accident.

Great shop. Took the time to show me how to tell how old my tires are (another shop lied about them being near brand new) and saved me a $970 unnecessary repair for motor mounts that same shop said I needed right away... Awesome service. I will definitely be going back to them.

I came to this shop for a friends recommendation. In another workshop they told me that i needed to change the whole suspension of my car because it made a loud noise i i hade to pay 1850 dlls. But these guys told me that only needed stuts and alignment and only paod 650 dlls and the noise went away. Thx perez auto repair

These guys r friendly.....i went there because my windshield wipers sprinkler nozzles were not working.....and they fixed that...along with that they fixed my bumper grill also....the total they charged me is 15 dollors....when i asked just to check my sprinkler nozzles are not working at pep boys, they told that theycharge 50$ for checking....look at the difference.....so i would recommend this place for quick repairs.....

Unfortunately I have to leave this review.I have been going to perez auto for awhile and took multiple vehicles there. THIS LAST TIME, was it. They have got to many cars and not enough mechanics, and so quality work is not important anymore, after having vehicles there for month at a time, and only to get the vehicle back in the same condition is was when I brought it there. I will Unfortunately never go back and never recommend this place. It was good once a upon time though.

The truth is I am a little disappointed that a little more than a year ago I took my car there to put the engine mounts that are 3 brackets and they charged me almost 500 dollars they put the parts and labor and I went a few days ago They had guarantee that they were already failing me and I also took the receipt and the girl told me that that was not the receipt and that it did not appear in the system and how it will not appear in the system if everything is archived but finally boy to have to pay again a large amount to do it again but already in another workshop
