I purchased the Phoenix 850 retractable bannerstand last year and it still looks great! The banner goes everywhere with me and is mainly used for outdoor events. My communication was mostly done over email with Rick. When I needed help with a file they were easy to get ahold of by phone. My mother has worked with them several times for work and has had nothing short of a great experience every time.I highly, highly recommend Techniprint and will go back again for my future needs.

***Buyer Beware*** We have been shopping here for years but it seems that every time I go back the service gets worse. I had them do a small piece for me and when I drove down to pick it up I noticed it was incorrect. I told the young lady helping me out that it was incorrect and she reviewed our emails and stated that it was There Mistake. After getting it fixed the tried to charge me more because they had to take extra time to fix there mistake. I explained to them that it is unfair for me to pay extra just because they have to go back and fix there mistake. I will take my business elsewhere and I would not recommend this company at all. Thanks for wasting my time....

I was originally referred to this company from A fellow tee ball coach that worked at the company. As I am opening a second location for my new small business, I reached out to them to do some very basic work, getting marketing cards, invoices, 2 pictures on the front windows of the retail store, some store hours, very basic basic requests. The first invoice I receive was for $1800. I was completely shocked and said No thank you. After itemizing a few things that I desperately needed to get to feel comfortable opening my new location, they charge me $400 for invoices and marketing cards (double the price it should be) but explain the design fee is for the designs that have created for my window signs (which are 2 separate signs for that each costs $50) after 3 weeks of continued communication, I begin to grow leary of the final costs again, and wonder why is it taking so long to complete a simple job and repeadily asked for a final invoice. They sent another bill for $600. On this invoice it has $104 charge for design work. I ask why am I being charged an additional design charge if all we are doing is enlarging the images from my marketing cards to be placed on the window? Besides, I had personally supplied them with material to copy the images.They call me the THE DAY BEFORE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO INSTALL THE WORK, to reschedule with me, I then again ask can I please see the final invoice. After final sending me the invoice, I get the additional fees and begin to ask questions. I was than approached by the OWNER RICK JACKSON, and was told I had to pay up front for the install and the work but that he personally preferred I take my business elsewhere, HE COUDL NOT TELL ME A TIME TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALL UNTIL I PAID IN FULL.I then ask him, so you want me to pay you in full, without knowing when you are scheduling me His exact response was Well Yes, but I had really prefer you take your business elsewhere I asked why, and he said I was being difficult and they didnt want to do the work. so now after paying $400 and them taking over 3 weeks to get anything done, they push me out.I WAS IN SHOCK WITH HOW AWFUL MY EXPERIENCE WASIm just a local business trying to make it. This experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered in 5 years of being a small business owner.PLEASE IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS, STAY AWAY. THEY ARE MISLEADING AND MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ANY COMPANY I HAVE EXPERIENCED. UPS AND FEDEX ARE HALF THE COST, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!SIGNIFICANT WASTE OF TIME

Avoid this place like the plague! High prices, with an elderly woman (blondish hair) on the counter who has no business being involved in anything customer service related. Rude, bad manners and very stuffy environment.Went just up the street to one of their competitors, and it was like a breath of fresh air.
