Friendly staff that was very knowledgeable on their products

Incredibly flexible & friendly staff. Ive been to many supply stores under their name or sisters name (cosmoprof), but none have been more helpful & flexible as them. They seem genuinely happy to help me out or give their honest opinion on products, while other staff in other places are just their to tell you to read the label & agree with you. I could also order a product that theyve ran out of & pick it up a month later, no hassle at all. While, I was given a 3 day deadline & hard stern attitude when I would ask them Could I pick this up next month, since I work 7 days a week I dont have much time., was responded with No, 3 days or we cancel your order. Anyways, enough about me, highly recommend this location for the customer service!

I love this Supply House for my specific salon needs. Paula is Amazing. She helps me find what I need and she has even walked me out with an umbrella in the rain! If you are looking for the place with the most product lines, product Reps and fun customer appreciation days, this is YOUR go to Beauty Supply store.

They are gone its cosmoprof now close at 2pm.

Just want to thank the two ladies who work here and brought us water bottles. 03/29/18 We got two flat tires in the plaza and where waiting for my husband under the sun at noon for a few hours. THANK YOU!!! That was really nice from you.:D Great places, great employees!!!

Horrible location. I have been into this one a few times since I live down the street vs driving across town to the one usually go to. Every single time I have come in, the woman is extremely rude, dry and not impressionable at all. On top of that, they have been switching around the color boxes for a long time and you can’t find anything. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to the other location.

Ive been going to this location for 4 years now and I cant recall a single visit Ive been satisfied with. The employees are rude and when I ask questions about product, they cant seem to give me any answers. Went in today to buy shampoo and their card machine wasnt working. The cashier called someone to help and that female ended up calling someone else and reading off my card number in front of the whole store instead of heading in the other room. She then yells your card got declined. Knowing it shouldnt have, I called my bank to prove to her that it shouldnt be declining and she tried it again and tried to be a smartass by showing me the machine that read declined. I left the bag on the counter and went to Salon Centric on 7th st and Bell instead. They were a lot nicer and guess what my card worked there :)

The lady there just peered at me through the window and ignored me, wouldnt let me in ( doors locked from the inside) or even come find out what I wanted. Ill stick to places Im welcome.
