Very nice customer service and good prices

Always great experience here. Staff is attentive and friendly, shelves stay full of great stock and store is easy to navigate by sections. My ONOY 2 things that I would advise to management is ¹offer loyalty card/program ²aisles are dangerous because of unpacked stock on the floor. I tripped today and it couldve been a lot worse.

Mid-K has definitely improved on the customer service and their knowledge of the hair products that they sell.

Oh my god Ive been there for like over a year when I was little to go get like to go with my mom to get a wig and I used to get away but I dont anymore I love this woman well shes an old woman she treat us like her kids that is so sweet the place is amazing

Closes real early!!! The bank stays opened longer than they do… Guess I Need to find more beauty supplies that open longer for people who works 9a-5p during the week smh… Then they have more than one location with the same hours, how convenient SMH

I love the selection so much I had to buy a different wig for everyday.

At this point I was SO tired of driving around searching for my hair. Desperate for help I asked Google assistant. Mid-K popped up. Ive read all the glowing reviews about Mid-K and decided to see for myself what all the hype was about. Ill tell you what the hype is about and his name is JASON! I was already pleased that they had my favorite hair I was looking all over town for. Then I just started casually talking to one of the workers (so I thought) about my very pleasant experience. I told him if you get more of my favorite hair in Ill be your customer for life! Not only did Jason show interest he told me when their next shipment arrives and asked what was my favorite brand so that he would make sure to have it on hand the next time I came looking and he offered to take my phone number to call me when it was in the store! Needless to say I was SO impressed with Jasons personal interest & going above and beyond the call of duty customer service! I cant say enough about Jason! His service was so REFRESHING in a world where people in his industry have a no help attitude!

Well, this place was quite interesting. I went in the store because a friend of mine next wigs and does hair. I was interested in taking a look at the store and maybe seeing if they had some information available for some things that he might need. I started taking pictures of the displays and the hair that was in display as well as the wigs. The manager flash owner or whoever he was asked me not to take photos in his store. I laughed. I said it seems like anybody would want people to take pictures of their stores that they could be marketed for them. He was an idiot. What a joke!

And there were so many wigs there you just kept turning your head oh I like this one or I like that one it was amazing and besides that their hair care products were amazing anything you needed wanted that you thought about or you had forgotten about it was there.

Every time i visited that store the young lady who waited on me! Always. Would walk off and start waiting on someone elses as if i was not there first very rude and twice this happen to me .that last time i Went in that store i promise myself not to go back they are rude and if they dont have the wig you want on stock they offer you a ten percent discount on the wig on display that everyone have touched.no i am done with Mid k beauty supply No thank you.poor customer service the lady behind the counter never smile just take your money and thats it!

This place has a ton of hair, hair products, wigs and extensions of all kinds. Aisles are a bit crowded but all the more to find just the product you need!

Nice clean set up Girls are helpful an gives me an honest Opinion.

They tell you over the phone that you can return/exchange products just for you to get in the store and claim they can’t do it at all. Also way over priced.

My visit is always pleasant. I am always able to find any hair products for my hair care needs. The staff is always helpful. 4 stars due to overstocking the shelves in narrow isles. I found most time picking up things that my bag would accidentally bump against. Still would recommend for all hair needs!!

Mid K is cool but its so easy to get overwhelmed in there 😅 there is SO MUCH STUFF. so much stuff. So they probably have what youre looking for but you might be looking for a while. They dont really have floor maids or anyone around to help you so once you get in there youre on your own. It is a good place to get things tho. Most of the time I leave with what I was looking for.

Hands down the best Beauty Supply in the valley. I make the long 40 minute trip each time to stock up on everything I need. Really good selection of products and Hair! My daughter does Hair and she came and bought supplies for work at a good price. I got great service from a young gal who was very knowledgeable and did not rush or push me to buy like a lot of other places and took her time to show all the different styles of wigs. Most importantly to me was that It was a breath of fresh air to not be followed around like I’m a criminal for shopping like a lot of other stores that I have been to. Definitely recommend!!

Selection of wigs and lace wigs was on point. Went in there for one wig and ended up getting 3. Very satisfied with purchase. Will be returning soon!

My aunt bought an item that was just about empty, and when returning the product she was insulted by the man at the register.Another older woman jumped onto to defend her after he began to insult her and he told her to shut up and it wasnt her buisness,the lady responded oh but it isand dropped all the items she was going to buy and exited the store.YOU NEED TO STOP THIS NONSENSE,I DONT APPRECIATE YOU DISRESPECTING ANY OF THE SENIORS IN MY FAMILY.LETS SEE HOW FAR YOU GET WITH THAT KIND OF ADDITUDE.NOT A ONE OF US WILL SHOP THERE AGAIN,AND THERES MANY OF US.

So much good! This place has a huge selection of products. They have almost every product you need for all types of hair. My wife comes here every time she wants to do her hair and we always spend less than $40 or no more than $50. Cant recommend this place enough! Their assortment of wigs is impressive as well!!

A lot crammed in a small space. I like Mid-K for quick things hair gel, shampoo & conditioner, lash extensions, etc.. its hard to get real help from the young ladies in the store they dont have any product knowledge. I theyre just trained to watch for thieves.

Fantastic customer service. I walked in with a list of things to surprise my wife and they walked me through the whole list and I was able to put together a really nice present- made me look good. Friendly, patient service is a rare thing to pull off these days and they did a great job, very thankful.

I’ve been coming to this store since I moved to phoenix. I got 4 packs of braiding hair and only ended up using 2 they tried to tell me I opened one and that I needed to wait for the manager at the end of the week to be able to return the hair. Even though that is the exact same way they gave it to me. This is the last time they will ever get a dime of my money !

As an African American Ive found that this store has everything I could possibly need for my hair. They also have a great selection of hair to buy from human to synthetic and their prices are reasonable. I only wish there was 1 closer to me in Mesa, have to drive a ways to visit this 1. Staff is courteous enough, I rarely have questions so my only interaction has been checking out.

They’ve been my store for the last couple of years! Every time I go I get good help for what I need and the girls over there always help me find a wig and style. Prices are always good and I always stock up on my drawstrings there. I like that they don’t try to push the most expensive thing on you like other places. The never try to UP SELL and always answer my question patiently.This visit I had to try on wigs and was allowed to try on as many as I wanted, without having to PURCHASE a wig cap FIRST( how insulting and they are only .99Cents) Excellent customer service to give you one complimentary. I wish other stores would follow suit. I was never rushed and was able to take my time and select the perfect AFFORDABLE wig. Their pricing is very very reasonable.There was a beautiful young lady, Samaya, who helped me and to be so young she knew her stuff. She made suggestions and gave honest and truthful feedback. I have been shopping here for about 3 years now. They have many options and are helpful whenever I need assistance, I only wish that they were a bit more customer service oriented and had even more of a selection. My daughter is who is shop for here, and she is getting to the age where she wants to experiment with new hair, and hairstyles, and Mid-K doesnt really have what Im looking for. They also need more bows and hair barrette colors. But otherwise I like them.

Mid k know they are the best show in town When it comes to getting hair and ethnic hair care products. But why are they trying to take me to the poor house! Prices have gone up for sure. But hair you can get hair. when I need it, now I go to Mid k.

Service is good and nice selection on hair PRODUCTS, but their actual HAIR selection is pretty limited (especially with top brands like freetress, mane concept, & model model)

First time at mid k and I like it there. They for sure had alot of products and Ill for sure go back
