This place is horrible. As a customer of over 10 years the level of service, products available, and overall experience at this local store since the manager Jo had taken over has been completely horrible. They either don’t have anything, order the incorrect products repeatedly, don’t answer calls and since COVID have been closed and not sticking to their “curb policy” . At 2pm today I went to the store, and even with a posted sign, and lights on inside, they did not answer the phone to take a phone order. They continue to blame COVID, corporate, shipping and anybody and anything else... the manager Jo is a joke, and her excuses are tired. If there was another place I could purchase my Rusk hair color from I would go there. However this is the only option and unfortunately it has been a horrible place to shop for the last year to year and half. I was at the store at 2pm..FYI same thing happened last week. Closed all week

This place is very clean and well organized. Very professional staff and the manager Jo did an exceptional job of helping me find what I need! I will definitely continue to shop at this location. Covid has changed many aspects of shopping & although things are different I’d rather the company comply with a clean & sanitized environment than jeopardize people’s health.

Went to pick up supplies that were not currently in stock at our regular supply store. Called first just to make sure that the items were in stock before driving across town. Super helpful and professional over the phone. Upon arrival, items we inquired about were already pulled and ready for purchase! First thing I noticed when I walked in, the place was immaculate. I mean spotless. Manager was working and she couldnt have been more helpful. Covid has put a strain on everyone, to say the least. So I appreciated the extra effort to make sure safety protocols are upheld. Completely stressed when we arrived and felt so much better when we left. Kudos and keep up the great work!!

I have been here so many times and no one is there. They dont leave a sign of when they will actually be there. There hours say different. There have been signs that they close every 2 hours to sanitize because they care and no one is there. Now the sign says sanitizing open soon and yet no one is there. Poor management is not caring about their customers . Ready to go to another location. I have left messages to call me and do t get a call. If they would put actual hours of when they will really be there it would be great. Again... Just have had it. My time is more valuable and i think someone else will appreciate my business more because this location on Greenway doesnt

This has been my main location for years. The staff have always been helpful, friendly, the store is always clean and organized. I will continue driving across town just to come to this one where I KNOW it’s going to be a great experience. Thanks guys!

Had to return something but didnt have my receipt. They let me exchange it with no problem! Sales ppl are very helpful and if they dnt have the answer they try to find it for you!!!
