Makayla, Allison, and Dani helped me and were truly the epitome of customer service. Never did I feel like a bother or too much, although I usually am! Their suggestions and genuine helpfulness were so valuable - I cannot thank them enough other than by going back and getting more products! It takes the right staff member to guide the customer to the perfect products and tools for them. My experience speaks leaps and bounds about the quality of employees this location seeks and hires and the training they receive! Highly recommend! Thanks again ladies!

Fabulous experience with taking my daughter for her very first set of make-up! E was so patient and helpful and seemlessly took care of us while attending to other customers as they came and went. Keisha was extremely unhelpful and nonchalant. I literally went to this store, 3 times, in 1 day smh. The first 2 times, Keisha was rude. I finally returned a 3rd time and Amy helped me out. Amy was very kind and understanding. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with Amy.

Awesome store so clean and neat. You ladies are amazing so helpful. I went into the store it was empty but then got busy and K was so patient and understanding of everyones needs especially with the store being understaff and having to juggle 5 customer at once is a win for me. Wow, I guess I wasnt young enough or dressed well enough to get help at the store. The clerks were more interested in taking out the trash and looking at a screen to help an actual customer. My daughter loves the products, thought I should try them. Lipsticks were melted and messy, the blushes were a mess, some were clearly contaminated. When I pointed out the difference in two colors labeled the same, the girl with the trash told me, eh, they do that after they are left out a while. Nice sales pitch.

I had the best experience at this location. Everyone is extremely friendly and so kind and are really there to help you with whatever you may need. I love posting photos to my Instagram of the products I got and love sharing them on my YouTube channel. I cant wait to go back to this location.

I’m not a hair & makeup kinda gal. To the point that when I step into a Sephora, I’m treated like I’m casing the place. The folks at Mac were totally different. They didn’t treat me poorly bc of my haystack hair and plain Jane appearance when I stopped in yesterday. The sales person who helped me at MAC was VERY helpful and listened to my needs to help me find the specific think I needed for my muted look. I will go back and spend my hard earned money at MAC, mostly because of the way I was treated by the sales staff. Cheers.

Great store with friendly staff, but we were there on a rathere hot day and the stench of sewer gas was overwhelming, we asked one of the gals working there about it and she said it had been that way for as long as she had worked there and that they could not even smell it anymore, apparently there is sewer leak under the building and nothing is being done about it. This is not healthy and i feel for anyone working in here.

The makeup is the best the service was not good at all. None of the staff wanted to help me. I felt uncomfortable even asking for assistance but i drove from the other side of town because I really wanted a highlighter. I approached a staff member (Zachary D) and told him I wanted a highlighter and he continued his conversation with the other staff member and pointed to the eyeliners.... I said highliter again and he pointed to the eyeshadows... by the third time I felt stupid and he noticed. He rolled his eyes and started smearing highlighters on my Arm. I pointed out the ones I liked. At checkout I wasnt given a chance to give my information for my points... he said that was easy and handed me my bag. NEVER again will I come to this location.

So friendly and helpful, they gave me the perfect colors for my skin tone.

I have never been good at applying make up. I went and here today and bought powder. I had asked questions like what type of brush should I use etc. No one really acted like they wanted to help me. I need help! I was the only customer in the store. I asked if there were places that could help me or show me make up techniques and I was told I could go other places like Sephora. I found out after paying for my make up that I couldve had the people at Mac show me techiques or help me with makeup. No offers. I even asked for help. Why didnt I get nice helping staff? I Felt like the staff hated this job. I left feeling even more stupid and helpless and sad. Just please even thought you know everything about makeup some others dont know and please help others. Be nice inspire.

Me and my sister called this location asked the guy on the phone if they had time to do makeup told them a time we were coming he said he would put us down so he could save two make up artists. I get there and there is one guy in the store and two ladies. The guy takes my sister to do her eye make up and the girls stayed behind the register. No one was doing starting my make up so I asked the girls how long they thought it was going to be because earlier on the phone we said we had a photo shoot for work at a certain time. The darker hair lady looks up to be with a rude look and says we sent who is doing your make up on break so he will be back in like 15 minutes I nicely asked if one of them could start for him and she looks back up at me and says no but he will start in 15 minutes. The customer service was terrible and you don’t tell people to come then not having anyone that can do it even though there was two available girls. I got the names when I left because you need to know sandy and gabby give your store a horrible look with their nasty attitudes. NEVER COMING BACK
