Had a date here and it definitely was a memorable experience we both wont forget! We went on a Wednesday which was trivia night we soon found out (which we bombed but it was fun). The beers were absolutely delicious and I recommend the prickly pear IPA. I did get a beer spilled on me by the bartender but I popped his drink spill cherry! Like I said, memorable. Will be back!

We’ve been eyeballing this place because it’s not that far from work. Can’t say we were disappointed. They have a nice place and the beers were good. The seating inside allows you see the brewing process unlike any other brewery. Can’t wait to try more beers.

Delicious beers and a few ipas for me to choose from. Took home a four pack of the tuxedo interview ipa, its very good. Ill be back for sure.

Finally made it! The Roaring 20’s and Poolside lagers were worth the trip. Plan to get back to try more.

My husband is really into beer. So of course we had to try out a brewery that opened finally near us. We spoke at length to one of the owners that night, he really was so nice. They havent had their Grand opening yet, so I think this was their soft opening. The beers they are brewing were not ready yet, but they had such a variety of other beers on tap. The design is very open and welcoming. We really enjoyed the beer and will be returning. Cant wait to try their beer!

One Arizona’s best new (less than 2 years old!) breweries. Everything they put out is stellar. Everyone behind the bar is genuinely friendly, but Hoss and Tom get a huge shoutout for because I see them the most often. Food trucks are here multiple times a week, so enjoy local craft beer and local craft food! Really good prices, and a nice selection of cans to go.

Beers were good. Patio was kinda nice. The location makes it a little less desirable since its so far out of town and deer valley is really busy and therefore loud. Still, I would go again for sure. My wife and I rode our bikes out and there was a family with a few small children that also rode bikes there. A few things Id wish for that are pretty realistic changes:1. Some sort of gate/railing around the patio.2. A place to lock up bikes -- when covid is gone, there will probably be times Id want to sit inside.3. The windows being able to open. The inside space is really nice and airy, would be great to have it open when weather is good.4. Some sort of discount for riding a bike, such as half off your first drink.5. When the weather gets warmer but still isnt an inferno, additional shade on the patio would probably be helpful.EDIT: Have been back twice since writing this review. They have installed a railing around the patio and have several big shade umbrellas now. They keep improving, which is great.

Good beer, staff not friendly. No food service on Saturday. Food truck came later. Tried to order food next door, they closed early on a Saturday!? Probably not going back. Shame.

The beer was wonderful! We had a couple of refreshing sours and good IPAs. The environment was clean and welcoming. Their hours online are incorrectly listed as 9pm and we came in around 8:30pm and the bartender let us know they close at 8pm. The bartender was nice enough to serve us after hours. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they’re open.

Simple Machine is one of the best breweries in the valley hands down!! They are innovative and creative, and never have a shortage of something new and adventurous to try. Hoss, and the other staff are incredibly friendly and engaging. If you are indecisive they can find something youll like! We try to make it in as often as we can. Looking forward to our next visit. Excellent prices, 4$ for a 13 oz, $6 for a 16 oz average pricing for on tap sometimes 1$-2$ more for premium. Photo features the sour flavored beer of the week called The Bucket and is over 5% alcohol content... Delicious, sweet, sour and perfectly puckery flavor. Casual atmosphere with plenty of seating, classic rock music at the right volume, 4 TVs, bar, view of deer valley airport planes landing and taking off with glass pane windows. Bathroom and seating very well kept clean. Most importantly, friendly staff, and highly accommodating on sampling. Tip your servers!

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon for the first time after work. Knowledgeable staff, tasty variety of beers and fun atmosphere. Definitely going back and referring my friends to this secret (to me) gem.

Tried to go to this brewery at 9:10 on a Saturday night. Walked in and they said “We are closed.” I said “Really?” and the guy turned to his coworker and said “No I am just joking” sarcastically. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. I did not have the opportunity to try their beer but will not be back based on their customer service.

I’m genuinely impressed by the quality of the beer. My first stop here began with their Piccadilly Porter. Today, it started with the Nitro Overlord Brown. Both are spectacular!

Great hole in the wall brewery. Beers are very good. Only complaint is they do not have much non alcoholic drinks. So our DD could only drink water. No big deal but ice tea or lemonade would have been awesome.

Been coming here since the soft open and every time it keeps getting better. Stop by and enjoy a wide variety of beer styles with regular appearances by food trucks of all types. Mexican food in the same complex and other outside food options deliver easily here.

Simple Machine is one of the best breweries in the state. Their beer is true-to-style. The brewmaster has a lab as well to ensure that the quality is nothing less than excellent. Also, if you haven’t met Matt and Marshall yet, they are amazing human beings that genuinely care about the craft and the community.

Nice place to stop in and try a flight of beers. They have the beers they brew plus other local AZ beers. No food but they do have bar snacks and popcorn. Place is also okay if you bring food in. They also have a selection of board games if you got time to hang out. Id go back.
