WOW. All I can say is that Carlos (who claimed he was the manager) was one of the rudest people Ive ever had the bad luck to talk to. He was very very demeaning over the phone. His attitude is the excact thing that scares people away from IBDs. Just because you are in the industry (which I am by the way) does not give you the right to talk down to people. These people are coming to you so that they can gain knowledge from an expert, which already puts most on the defense. Its our job to make people feel comfortable in a situation they know little or nothing about. GOOD JOB BEING A DRAIN ON THE BIKE INDUSTRY! ( By the way, not everyone is like this people, find a good shop with mechanics you can trust)
