Theres absolutely nothing like going to a good old-fashioned bookstore instead of reading a book online, this is one of the few left and it definitely has a great selection of reading material

I was able to buy what I needed. The guy who waited on me was very courteous and professional.

I Love my used bookstores, but B&N supplies my collectors editions of the classics at an affordable cost. I cant help but to spend $$$ every time I come here. The covers and binding are beautiful.

I am so glad Barns and Noble are still brick and mortar. Nice to be inside, have a look around and buy something you see on display you orher wise wouldnt see . Thats what i like. Had a cookie a beverage took my time .

I recently ordered a book that my daughter needed to get within a weeks time for college. I ordered on 9/3 and paid extra for express shipping so she would get it in time. When I ordered it the website said that it would arrive in 2-3 business days. When I checked the order status today 9/7 it told me that it wouldn’t arrive until 9/21. I may be mistaken but I don’t believe this is express shipping. I worked and pulled orders for Amazon and Oriental trading and if a customer pays extra for express shipping then their order was pulled and mailed out prior to standard shipping orders. I called and spoke with customer service and they told me that the order is still processing and that it wouldn’t be shipped out for 2 weeks. I asked them to cancel the order and was told that they couldn’t. I’m sorry but if the warehouse won’t be shipping the item for 2 weeks why can’t it be canceled? No one could answer that question. Needless to say I had to order the book through Amazon and it will be here tomorrow. If anyone needs a book don’t order it online through Barnes and noble as you won’t get it for a month or so.

Great selection of beautiful books. Prices are very reasonable. This location has a Starbucks literally inside which was a awesome 😎. Great place to take my children.

Always love to visit Barns & Noble. Found a few great reads and a card game on 5his visit. Staff is very friendly and the store is very comfortable.

Great book store! A smaller store than the one by Arrowhead, but still has good selection. They have TONS of tarot decks, but not so many tarot books, which I found disappointing. The rest of their spirituality section is very nice. Wanted so many witchcraft books!

Bought a horror novel and a Lego blind bag. Had exactly what I wanted. I love the smell of new books and coffee and the natural lighting from those big arse windows. Definitely will be back.

They changed their cafe to include more hot food items and more seating space

As always Barnes and Noble is a clean store with a good selection. I always looked at this place as somewhere that I could visit later in the evening but recently theyve decided to reduce their hours significantly.At two minutes to closing I said to my son Come on, were going to Bookmans theyre still open. right as one of the employees walked by. I hope their management is getting this message loud and clear. If theyre not open, we may all be going to Bookmans.

Its Amazing!! I buy my manga from there all the time and there has no been issue, really nice service if im looking for something.

They have all you could think of. Books on every subject even obscure. They have paper back, hard cover, books for nook readers, Book types from medical all the way to kids little ones. They even have a Starbucks Cafe in the middle of the store. However the one on Bell Road closed. They even have games and puzzles of all kinds, magazines as well.

I have an invisible disability. Staff closes bathroom 30 min before store closing, would not allow me access to bathroom at 6:32. I ended up soiling myself and ruining the evening. Would give ZERO if possible. Hours are terrible, selection is minimal. Rarely shop here, never again. B&N member.

Super friendly right when we walked in. Clean, organized, fully stocked shelves. Found what i wanted. Got a coffee. Paid for both with the barista. They have these tables set up with books wrapped in white paper. Mystery/ surprise books. It says the category of the book and something else i think, but thats fun. I just wanted some of the white wrapping paper for the wedding gift i just bought. 👍😂

All employees do what they can to help people find what theyre looking for. If its not in store, they even order online for you! Love the layout too

Clean. Organized. I Love the books by color front racks. The only thing is I couldnt find the notebook rack since they reorganized and I couldnt find an employee to ask.

Ive always loved this location, although I havent been in a couple of years. Its a bit smaller than my local B&N but they have a good selection of product. I wouldnt mind if the art section was a bit larger; specifically graphic art/design. Ive never had a negative experience shopping here.

First time at a bookstore and it went swell. The staff was lovely and the environment was welcoming. Bought 3 books and I am looking forward to returning when Im done reading them!

I like going here a lot, really lowkey with cafe. Books tend to be moderately priced. What I really think is the gem of this place is the extensive magazine section. Lots of awesome options. Staff is helpful in finding books. Store looks very clean and orderly, very nice clean aroma that relaxes you as you walk in.

This place hasnt changed in 20 or 30 years. Everyone has something to say about metrocenter, but the businesses around it are fine and easy to get to. I used to work at this bookstore in 1997, and it is the same today. Ill be sad of they have shut this location down.

It was empty, because of covid, but im gonna try to visit as much as I can. Book stores are wonderful places, Paradise, Elysium, and because of digital books, which, I am ashamed to say i have, they are disappearing. We must do something about this, no matter what it takes.

Funko section leaves plenty to be desired...please update your inventory. Also, your technology section is barren, how many variations of Windows 10 for Dummies could the world need, please look into carrying some Kali Linux material and some variety in the network security fields other than the same worn copy of Hacking Exposed.

Great place to hide from life or waste an afternoon! Feels a lot like a library. Probably has something to do with the books. Clean, quiet, good selection, and they dont mind if you loiter and read. Also have a coffee shop inside, so that is a nice bonus.

This is a great incarnation of B&N! The layout is cozy and they have a great selection. ( I was able to find the Star Wars Tarkin book that Ive had trouble locating). I echo the others that say the staff is helpful.

Much better selection compared to a couple other B&Ns that Ive been to.. Even better then the selection was the staff.. My son picked out 1 book from a multi volume series and as we cashed out the lady informed us that the book we selected is included in a current sale of buy 2 and get 1 free... So that is what we must definitely did.. Being that we usually buy one volume a week, he was thrilled to not to have to wait another couple weeks..

This is my favorite place to find and purchase books. Yes, online is available, but I like to browse. Sometimes a book on the sale rack catches my eye. Supporting a brick and mortar store pleases me.

We were able to sip on milkshakes here last week. Their cafe seating is closed still unfortunately, but you can still order a drink. Glad this bookstore hasnt closed yet.

I usually buy my books online but after getting a gift card from someone for the holidays I went to check it out. I love the set and the selection.

No one was there, I felt safe from covid. I purchased a Mocha, called a friend whose husband has died from covid. I was allowed to stay in the seating area as long as I wanted. I shopped each section, I didnt feel rushed it was great!
