This is one of the better boutiques that serve the gay community here in Phoenix. One of the best underwear selections in town! The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Great place to find a unique item for a partner or spouse.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and extremely knowledgeable, and very very accommodating. And the overwhelming volume of merchandise ensured that I left with exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone interested in adult apparel or paraphernalia.I would also love to try out their adult themed spa, unfortunately the cost is too dear. Perhaps this review will earn me a discount?? One can only hope!

The customer service there is always top notch. Employees, Travis and Patrick, specifically, are always helpful and quite knowledgeable about the items that are sold there. Kudos to the staff and thank you for always making the shopping experience a pleasant one.

Its good for must have now shopping and dont want the wait or hassle with online shopping. Prices are steep but have begun to improve with more realistic pricing. Great selection though of jocks, fetish, toy, and jewelry items.

I have been shopping at Off Chute Too for about 15 years. I have no idea how I ever rated it one star...I love this store!! Geared primarily toward mens fashion and accessories, there are things in there I have never seen anywhere else! Tbh, it can get somewhat pricey but its worth it!! If you havent visited the store, make a point of it sometime soon!!!

I cant ever just go and look. Their selection is the best for the newest fresh editions. Last time I spent $500+ so dont forget your wallet cause quality isnt cheap!! 😉

Andre was very knowledgeable in price comparison on silicone lube options. This particular item purchased fits great in the standard shower hose and you know where for maintenance cleaning.

Theyve got everything you could possibly conceive of and several things you couldnt possibly prepare for. Leave the kids at home for sure and this aint your wifes intimate toy store. Sure theyve got things that buzz and vibrate but oh boy so much more..way more...it will blow you away and get you fully geared for adventurous play.

Walking in the store I was greeted by a guy with long hair. When he asked me if I needed any help I said nope I know exactly what I need and went to go retrieve them. He stopped me a said he needed to have my bag placed up in the front to hold it. I didnt think anything of it and I gave him my miniature backpack. Retrieving my items I saw two other guys enter the same area that I was in. I noticed they had their bags still with them. One was much larger than the one that I had. So it kind of confused me as to why he would ask me to hand over my small bag but yet at the same time, didnt ask them to do the same so he can hold theirs at the front counter like he did with me. So I decided to just set all my items I was going to purchase down, retrieve my bag, And leave the store. Being treated one way while seeing others being treated another does not make anyone feel better about themselves. He made me feel like a common criminal. I do have to say I will never be going back to the store again. If I can give a zero star rating for how I was treated I definitely would. I do strongly believe in supporting our local businesses, because right now they need our help more than ever. But I will not be going back to a local store that treats somebody differently than they treat others. Shame on him.

Every time Ive visited, I always feel like Im fighting the crew who operates this joint. Im either challenged about an overpriced article or whether the appropriate size is available. Apart from poor selection and spiked prices, the atmosphere is not welcoming. Although they have cameras, you always feel like someone is droning over you for whatever reason??! I dont recommend this to anyone, if you want to have fun wait the couple weeks for orders from AliExpress!In continuation to the distasteful occupancy, they let patrons try on undergarments. Is this a joke? I bought underwear here and contracted something horrid like jock itch. I had testing done with my PCP just to make sure it wasnt going to get worse. They recommended cortisone and Im still fighting away a couple bumps down there. Never come here! Its absolute.

Really unfortunate experience here. Love the store, so many options and great customer service.Bought two bathing suits, and decided I wanted a different print of the same suit so I came back next day for an exchange, only to be told (for the first time) that they don’t do any exchanges, and that I could “take it up with the owner but he gets really cranky about this”. As a business you shouldn’t put your policies over the experience of your customers.I didn’t feel heard nor respected, and the business did absolutely nothing to help right the wrong in any way. I left feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to go back. Very poor ownership.

Good selection helpful staff way overpriced

The guys are very helpful they will ask you when you arrive if there is anything they can help you find. Then periodically they will ask you if you were ok or stil looking around. I can tell you one thing, you could literally spend from the time they open to the ime they close and seems to always locate something new, unique, and usful.

They have an excellent selection. But as a person whos managed multiple retail stores & has a degree in Business, the associate behind the counter was extremely rude and toxic for a clothing store. I understand its Covid... But as a privately owned retail store (with what...two locations?) that should be extremely lucky to be in business, they shouldnt tell customers to put on a mask or leave without at least offering them to there customers. (Example... American Eagle has a box of them for customers, Hot Topic did as well, various stores are offering them for customers for free, to shop) The nightmare behind the counter said we could purchase one for $13 bucks to shop in the store... Wow... We left went to the car and tied shirts around are face, entered back into the store... Where I ask him if this was okay, he continues to reply, it will do... But if they come off or fall off it will be a problem. Little did he know I drove 30 mins just to come to this store... To be greeted by a Princess who obviously hates his life was majorly disappointing.

I just called to ask some questions about some backside lubricant & the gentleman who picked up was AMAZING! Super helpful & actually walked me through how to use a slight desensitizer. Even suggested to try using with my own product first then coming in to shop if it doesnt work out. So greatful for that level of customer service. 💕

Great undies store! Staff is very friendly and polite which is important if you are going to feel like indulging yourself in some sexy banana holders! There are also a variety of leather items and toys, as well as accessories! This is really my favorite store to browse as they always have new and exciting styles. Also, the prices are no higher than what you might find online, but here you have the chance to FEEL the materials and compare. I highly recommend!

Ive been here a few times and the staff has always been extremely helpful. I was able to get sized for and purchase an item that I had many issues with at other stores. Their selection is second to none and comes in all sizes up to someone fairly large such as myself. Ill more than likely be going back for future purchases since they were so helpful.

Ok store. Doesnt compare very well to Minneapolis Rainbow Road in terms of prices, and only discount you get for being a frequent shopper is after $500 in purchases you get 20% off ONE item. Very disappointing. :-( Considering the overall markup on the items as well as a monopoly on that niche market in the area, the owner could really afford to either lower the prices, and/or lower the requirement for the discount coupon (AND make it apply to a WHOLE order, not just one item).Rainbow Road in Minneapolis has very awesome deals without prior purchase requirements (BOGO 50% off, cheaper prices, etc).Due to the lack of competition against the manufacturers that sell the products here online, I stick to buying all of my needs online unless its an, emergency. 😇😂While being a monopolistic / money-hungry Republican can pay off in certain scenarios, I do not believe Off Chute Too is one of them. :-)

Its a nice Adult shop with a good variety of items to choose from. They have a large section of mens underwear, thongs and that sort of thing. Some items were overpriced in my opinion, but not as bad as Zorbas. Ill definitely go back.

Great men’s underwear and swimwear store with leather gear, toys, and greeting cards to boot! Be aware that parking lot and entrance are in the rear, off the back street.

This is a fun little sex shop tailored to gay men. They have all of the lube and sex toys that you could want. They also have a pretty good section for different types of underwear. This is a great place to go to support a local gay business. This store is also owned by the owner of the Chute which is a bathhouse in the city. My only complaint about this place is that they dont have a lot of bigger sizes in their clothing selection for people like myself. The clothing options arent really bear friendly.

What a great LGBT store. They sell all kinds of underwear, jockstraps, swimwear, tshirts, Adult sex toys and so much more. The staff, I can not say enough nice things about these guys. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. As soon as you walk in the door they greet you and ask how your day is going and offer to help you find what you are looking for and they dont have exactly what you are looking for they will try their best to find if for you.

Went to Off Chute Too while exploring the gayborhood. While the store is mostly aimed towards gay men, their small book section had quite the variety of lesbian literature! I bought three books, a necklace, and an iron-on patch. The staff were very friendly and open, and were more than willing to answer any questions and had an emphasis on making you comfortable. Will definitely be back!

It is always a great experience coming to Off Chute. Sometimes the price might be considered high, but the quality is worth it. Earrings are very cute and at an even better price.

I was a little apprehensive going into a store like this. I have had a thing for underwear for a long time, but the northern United States does not have stores like this.Apprehension aside once I was inside, this place was great.
