The most of the time, the staff is courteous and supportive. The shop manager is highly unprofessional and rude. This makes me want to stay away from this place.

I love this store and the little cafe/bar inside. A great place to shop after visiting Southwest Gardener. They make wonderful homemade sangria and have unique greeting cards and books at really reasonable prices.

I absolutely love this book store. Their staff is very friendly and helpful and they sell books on any topic you can think of. They regularly organize events where they bring very interesting people to speak and sign books. I periodically check their website so I never miss an event.They even sell signed books from past events at regular price! Amazing.

Because there are porch pirates in my neck of the woods, when I ordered my book, I stipulated in the delivery instructions that it not be left unattended. When I happened upon it, it had been left on the porch--unattended. I know it was the bookstores fault, and not the delivery mans, because on the outside of the package it clearly said Carrier - leave [package] if no response. I dont know if this was just an occasional slip-up or a part of a larger pattern of fecklessness on their part, but in either case, they get one star.

Dont send your Kids to this College they may get the wrong impression of how to really survive in the reality of the World!! Consider somewhere else to further your Educational Standards somewhere that provides those higher standards. Education in Arizona at the moment is of low quality as more funding is required. So No Consider Yourself review all Colleges and see through the advertising propaganda then select the very best and you will find it worthwhile in the long run.The Bookstore like most at colleges is not inexpensive, try to purchased used books as it does save cash.

Had all my books staff very helpful and out going to make sure I had everything I needed. Dont know why the PC attire was so expensive.

The best science fiction/fantasy/horror bookstore in the bay area, and probably the best in the country. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection is outstanding. Dont miss the used book section.

After what I thought was going to be a terrible experience Store Mgr. Kim went over and above my customer service expectations and helped me out the best way that she could. I truly appreciate all that she did for me. I ordered a sweatshirt online that was on clearance and in stock per the online store. The order went thru and 2days after I got an email stating the item was cancelled bc it wasnt available, I was extremely upset and although I didnt get the item I intended to, I was satisfied with all she did for me to get a comparable item for the same price! Thank you once again Kim for taking the time and helping me in the best way that you could, I truly appreciate it! I wouldve give 5 stars had i been able to get the product i initially ordered but 4 out of 5 isnt bad :)

What a gem. I must have walked passed here a hundred times and never noticed. Its a huge book store with lots of art, fashion, architecture, design, and everything in between. Would like to have more time next time!!

Will price match book, but still books can be pricey and the rentals are better for your course textbooks.

How about letting customers know you cancel their book orders! Especially when their receipt says back-order, how about filling that order when the books come instead of cancelling the order. Basically terrible customer service
