Couldn’t find a local dealership that could service my car without a 6 hour wait time as a walk-in. I was in a bit of a bind to get my car fixed before hotel check-out time during my cross country drive. Came here and Paul was able to assist me promptly and found the reason why my car was making a funny noise.Excellent, friendly, efficient, and honest service. Facility was also clean and spacious enough for social distancing.
I inquired on one of their cars on their website and they called as expected. The first time I told them I was still shopping around and I am not at the point of looking at cars in person yet. Basically I was still in the price checking and comparing phase. They said okay and I thought that was that. However, it was not. The days moving forward they kept calling and calling. And not just once a day. Once a day I can understand. Your just wanting a follow up. Literally everytime I would decline or not answer because I was busy they would immediately call back within seconds!!!! They would do this up to three to five times in a row. Today I was fed up. On the 4th time they called I told them to please stop calling back to back as I was busy and would talk to them later. When I said this they were slightly passive aggressive and told me that if I would just tell them that I was interested in the car and schedule an appointment they would stop calling. I had told them I was interested but I do not have time to schedule an appointment nor was I ready for that. This whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and felt very predatory. Needless to say I hung up and blocked there number.
Communication is a nightmare. I have no idea whether they do a good job on repairs because the person who was going to notify me when/if the parts were delivered has not done so and does not return voicemails or e-mails. Tried the main appointment number and she said, At this time we are not able to ... All I want is communication; its not like my time is totally open and I can just wait around forever.
Much better than 6 months ago. Carlos in sales, Paul and John in service has made my experience a great one! I will continue to use this Hyundai location for my future needs. I had considered finding another dealership. Thank you to the entire sales and service teams . Also, thanks to the new Customer Relationship Manager for checking in. Oh thanks Denis in finance too for working so hard on my loan application.
Troy and Kassem were very helpful with my first time purchase of a vehicle. They explained a lot of it to me and helped me understand the basics for a first time car-owner. Although the wait was a bit long, it was completely understandable given the amount of people buying cars that day! Very good service, friendly attitudes, and most of all, helpful. 10/10 would recommend again
I was getting my car serviced and Paul was great, if you have to go here definitely ask for him.However, multiple employees and customers didn’t have any masks on. A few ppl were even coughing and no one asked them to put their mask on. I was very uncomfortable and I recommend you do a drop off service. It’s still a mask mandate for the city of Phoenix.
