Synthetic oil change required a new oil filter cover, AC Recharge, both air filters changed out, radiator flush/fluid replacement, brake inspection came to ~$550 took about 1.5 hrs very polite and nice manager at this facility he found some discounts in his computer Ill do my front brake pad replacement elsewhere this weekend near where I live Id go back to this Jiffy Lube! These guys are great. I went here again last week to get my wifes oil and air filter changed. The young man had me in n out in like no more than 15 min max.

Went to the location on 91ave and Thomas for a coolant flush, apparently the manager is the only one that can do that and he doesn’t work on Sunday’s. Was told to call 51 and McDowell so I did, was told they had a 1 hour wait, no problem it’s a drop off, but to my surprise the manager is the only one that can do it and he’s off too. Seems to me like no one wants to deal with the extra hassle. If you don’t like your job quit, don’t make the customers struggle because you don’t want to do your job.

Absolutely the worst service Ive had.They say they open at 7:30am. But dident open till 8:00am.I was second in lineOne hour and ten minutes later they tell me they are waiting on a oil filter.The first customer is also still waiting.I wont be back.Better service at Wal-Mart2 hours for a 30 min oil change. This place is a joke.

So I’ve seen other customers state the tech informing them about being short staffed and having to wait hours for an oil change. Happened a couple times to me. Finally I told them I would wait for the oil change and the tech looked visually upset that I was going to wait rather than leave. There was only 1 car ahead of me and I was told they were short staffed and looking at a 3 hour wait. Surprise surprise. It didn’t take 3 hours it took 45 minutes. They are using this same line on other customers as a scare tactic to make you want to leave. Don’t buy it, just tell them you will wait and the work will be done as normal. Other than that I’ve had no negative interactions with the workers or the work being performed and it’s always usually quick.

They left the same dirty oil, I stated having problems a week later, I went to Firesstone and was informed that an oil change was needed and the tech showed me how low and dirty the oil was after I informed him I had just had an oil change.Firesstone had to complete my oil change properly.Don’t waste you money at Jiffy Lube,Poor quality service.

Was alway very happy with there service until I went to get oil change and they told me that my oil pan had a big dent and that it was cracked after they change the oil. I took it to get looked at else where and they told me and showed me there was absolutely no dent and the crack was around the plug of the oil pan where they say there is absolutely no way I could have caused that to crack from impact. The jiffy lube tighted the plug to tight and caused it to crack. Never will I take my car to jiffy lube again not because they caused damage because we all make mistakes. Its just for the simple fact that they werent honest and owned up to the mistake and instead lied.

Albertos customer service is exemplary. He is honest and trustworthy. All of the technicians are kind, thorough, and diligent. I highly recommend this location.

So, my intentions were to get up early and be #1in line. Well when i got the I was #3 which is still not bad @8am. The tech comes to my car and ask what I wanted I said an oil change. He said they were short of help and it would be two hour wait. WHAT???? Okay. Im sure they told the car in front of me the same thing bc they drove off too.🤔😳🖐

I was told 40 min when I got here for an oil change. No biggie. Then I sat for an hour and a half waiting and waiting before being asked if I want to fill up my coolant. I was ensured it would only be another 5 minutes so I said okay, only to sit for another 20 minutes before claiming they were finished and I could pay. Then I had to ask for my keys instead of just being given them and they spent several minutes walking around trying to find my keys before locating them...I won’t be coming back to this location.

Something was amiss, yet they changed my oil quick, 55$ seems high priced Even with so called extras.

Oh my god, avoid this place if you can. I was next in line when l pulled up and was told it would be 45 min before l could get in, and my vehicle would take that long to service. I understood why when l watched an employee take over 10 min just to check the air pressure on the car in the bay, and he didnt have an air hose with him at all. I backed out and left never to return.

All of there employees working Sunday (7/8) were so awesome! They were very respectful, kind, and fast. They didn’t have the type of oil my car required at the shop so they went to the warehouse to pick some up and it was still a fast oil change. I usually love this place, however I was really disappointed in them yesterday. We took our truck in yesterday because it was leaking oil. All it needed was a new oil filter gasket. They refused to do the working saying they didnt know how to ring it up.

Here at Jiffy lube, pulled in and was greeted immediately by Alberto. He took me right in and got started on my car with in minutes. He walked me through the process and gave knowledgeable explanation. Customer service was very friendly and professional. I will be back for further service and will recommend to others.

When I arrived at this location there were 3 employees looking at one car. One came up and asked if he could help me, and when I said I would like an oil change he said it will be awhile. I asked how long, he said around 30 minutes before they could get to it..........basically the 3 employees were standing around in the back of the bays talking............very clearly they did not feel like working. I will take my business elsewhere.

Two hours for an oil change and even with the $15 coupon I paid $75.

I have a 1year old; therefore wait time is important to me . I was in and out within the time promised . I don’t service my own car ; therefore I’m not familiar with the lifespan of filters . The manager was honest on the longevity of my cabin and AC filters . I’ve been to several Jiffy Lubes in the Valley, this is one of a kind experience, I did not feel rushed and was well informed . I’ll be a return customer, even if it means to go out of my way as I love in Central Phoenix.

Poor everything waited an hour and a half before they even got to look at my vehicle Manager was on the phone most of the time i was there workers are young barly learning but not their fault poor Management. I waited for a quote before any services was done and i never got one then when i went to pay i got all kinds of surprises sorry to say i would not recommend this place. And no water in the building to drink or in the vending machine

Wow just wow!!! I went in for a tune up and an oil change, but I found out that these guys do a lot more than that at this location. I got an engine torque mount, air filter, drain plug gasket, fuel additive for cleaning my fuel injector, checked my skid plates, changed my oil and filter, plus checked my battery, transmission, windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid, inflated my tires, checked my wiper blades, my coolant reservoir levels all including the $15.00 internet coupon for $289! You go anywhere else and it will be another $100 at least. On top of that this location will start carrying tires. Listen up corporate, the guys working here are honest, positive, and I cant give them enough kudos. This is customer service at its finest, every guy there represented Jiffy lube at its peak!

Do yourself a favor and do not bother coming here, the service is horrible. the only reason I am giving them 1 star is because i cant put none. i went to get a oil change about 3-4 months ago and when i picked it up i didnt feel any difference and the person that did my oil change didnt even put a sticker telling at what mileage i should return but didnt think much of it, i thought i was wrong. this past week my car engine turned off while driving so i had my father look into it. He gave my car a complete tune up and found that my car oil had not been changed at all! My oil was pitch black and there was less than half of oil in there! The only time i use my car is to go to school and work 5 days out of the week, it is not enough for the oil to be like that. i paid $90 for a service that wasnt even made. the only thing they did was reset my oil change indicator so i wouldnt notice. I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I would like to start by saying; the manager at this location is amazing. He not only tries to provide honest work, but he goes above and beyond. I feel this is lacking so much today.. Well not here!I have a BMW, I love my car and try to always keep up with it. Unfortunately I no longer have my warranty with BMW so let’s just say the upkeep can be expensive.I just wanted a simple oil change; I went a few places around my home. No one would work on my German baby!I was referred here; called Mr. Alberto promised he would be able to get my car’s oil taken care of. I work, so had my mom drive my car there to get the oil changed. She had no wait what so ever and apparently whoever changed my oil the last time was trying to save money and did not install the proper parts required for optimal performance! Even worse, failure to do this could have actually stopped the oil from properly being cycled and would have ultimately caused my engine to stop!Well me being me, I had to research what he told me was wrong, come to find out he of course was correct.Regardless, he fixed the problem, gave me an amazing deal honored the price he quoted me over the phone, even though it was a little more than he anticipated.And he even reset my codes, cleaned the front of my car (on the inside)!I’m telling you, there is just not many people left in this world like him..Having a sensitive car is hard to deal with alone. Then finding someone that’s honest and really willing to help is just amazing.I have found my mechanic for life!!!

Not a happy customer, Im a little mad that Albert leaves a assist manager that doesnt do his job 2nd time I take my vehicle in for an oil change, and they cant do it because they dont have a filter for my vehicle, lastime they forgot to turn of the maintenance reqd light, he tried to sell me a radiator for 600.00 and there machine for rotating tires was broken, this all happens when Albert is on vacation. Just going to take service elsewhere

Jiffy lube there was a 2 hour wait and it felt like all day. They said i needed new windshield wipers when i just went to Auto Zone and bought and replaced Brand new blades, then they did the same to a customer that was befor me but also hustled him ( not myself ) to other things like a new air filter and gave zero advice to the individual about check ups or self easy to do premaintence for his next 3 to 4 thousand miles. Then during check out they had me sign a credit card debt card machine to sign out, he ( the manager) said it was a new sign out process, but in my opinion they are testing out how to defraud customers by applying this sign out now so they can use it as a smaller charge to people thats used cards in thier business befor . i was up front with my concern of the sign out by verbally asking him calmly of the use of the card machine used to charge customers but i didnt raise a red flag concern especially when he shuddered his response to my question i know for a fact they are scamming and will begin to use customers card information that theyve been servicing in the past 2 years especially those that hasnt come back from further services in months. My opinion is also that the other companys they promote on the wall as in the window tint services etc. Are all apart of this defrauding and stealing personal inforamation and card number to have a one day quick rich scheme thatll make them 100 of thiusands of dollars in one hour with a mass over draft service at gas stations in many locations and products bought to achieve thier scam or it could be a million or millions of dollars over night.

This location saved my butt when I unexpectedly started to have car issues as I got on the road to Los Angeles. Got off the next exit, and found this place. They fixed the problem (oil change), and made sure my vehicle was ready for a road trip to California.
