I took my Subaru Legacy 2017 for 72000 miles service. The service was good and I also received a checklist of checks performed, as well as changes recommended for the next service. The waiting room is comfortable and it only took an hour for the service including a meticulous car wash for which I am really thankful. Would visit again for sure.
Great service at the service department! Especially from Alejandro Gallegos. He took care of our car and provided 5 star service at every step!
If I could give this place a negative review I would. Took our outback in for what we were told a needed torque converter. Went ahead and got the part and another $3k worth of service - drove it home and the radiator hose was not fastened which caused the head gaskets to blow. Chris the service manger tried to convince me it was my responsibility to pay for the $800 part. After we drove off the lot, my wife and 2 small children were stranded bc the serpentine belt wasn’t put on right and came off of the pulleys. Chris had the nerve to ignore our calls for 45 mins and refuse to pay for a tow, telling me I would again be responsible for the repair.

I have called a total of 3 times trying to find out what maintenance services I need done and how much it will cost and have only gotten one call back. I have gotten work done here before so I figured it should be fairly easy considering they already have my info. I was working when they called me back and called the number they left and the guy never got back to me. Pretty frustrating considering what Im asking about should take 5 mins out of their time to tell me. If the service desk says theyll get back to me and they take my number I expect someone to call me. Wont be wasting my time here and will go somewhere else.
Great car service AND customer service. Grant is my go-to guy, he is very helpful and really takes care of the customer. Ryan is also very nice and helpful. Love this dealership and my car :)
They dont care about your car and will try to scam you out of service every time.
Great service, quick and professional. After receiving poor service at other Subaru dealerships in Phoenix, I was pleasantly surprised by this service centers professionalism. They did not try to overcharge me or stick me with random service upgrades. Just honest, professional work.
Excellent service as usual, even while building is under construction/ being remodeled.
