These people are unprofessional and do horrible work. Not sure how they are in business. They want to get the job done as quickly and at the lowest cost possible. The thought of quality never enters their minds. Stacy was our representative and she quite possibly could be the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life.
Tile is lifting brand new house and all my tile has to be replaced they never cleaned the floor before trying to put down tile. The customer service sucks no one has called or contacted me this is going on since January and in less then a month I still don’t have answers or pay out for hotel, dog boarding, moving fish tank, food etc etc. please take your business somewhere else. Mike or Jason don’t know how to call people
We are in the process of building our second property where Interior Logic was used. In the current property, tiled floors were left messy with a sheen of dried grout that will be impossible to remove. During our 90-day warranty, three appointments were scheduled to get broken or messy-cut tiles repaired. Cabinets were installed also not to spec on the design drawings which caused us to have to negotiate with our builder at the last minute to work on an acceptable compromise. In our new home, we had to go through several rounds of checking and re-checking documents to ensure the proper selections were made and are to be implemented. I am frustrated to have to be working with this same company once again as it does not make the process of purchasing a home pleasant, in fact, it adds undue stress to the process. I would recommend anyone being forced to use InteriorLogic to use extra time and care to ensure things are done correctly and acceptable before closing and you ensure the work is completed in a timely fashion during warranty.
I bought a new house with Richmond Homes and they contracted this company to replace my tiles. Their worker, Daryl, who was in charge of the work being done at my house, does not care for proper communication between them and their clients nor the care to fix what mess and damages they made when working. I was instructed by Richmond that Daryl was to call me 1 week prior to us having to be out of the house and give us a check for the hotel and meals, then another which covered our per diem costs and to tell us if they would be booking the hotel for us or we had to book it ourselves, as well as the process of what they would be doing, how long it would take, and when we could come back. This way if we had to book the hotel, we had enough time to look at hotels and see which had room available for the days we needed to stay for me my husband and our 2 babies. However, He NEVER called, Richmond reached out to them and assured he would within 2 days, but instead he just showed up to my door step the DAY BEFORE we were to leave our home to tell us that we had to be out before noon and that we had to book our hotel ourselves for a 1 week stay and we only had our 1st check which would allow us to actually book our hotel but only if we could find it. At the time, those closest to my husbands work were not available so we had to go a bit further away from our home to find a place which would not have happened had we known sooner if he just called. During our talk we instructed him that we only wanted 1 person to have and hold on to the keys so that no one could go and make copies and before opening the door he MUST CALL me prior to turn off my alarm system. At the start of the 3rd day of them working, he did not call me 1st but rather, as he explained, he unlocked the door then walked away to call me to turn off the alarm, but by his walking away from the door after unlocking signaled his workers to go in, thus triggered my alarm and police were dispatched to my home and security had called me as well as the police to ensure that they were supposed to be there and not breaking in. Not only should this not have happened, but he even had the audacity to complain that it was such a hassle for him to come every morning from his place of work to unlock the door for the workers. Not to me, but in front of my door where my camera recorded it all. To top it off, he even GAVE MY KEY to another worker to lock up after they finished at 9pm that day. After speaking to him about this he said, he only had it for 40 minutes after he locked up and then he gave it back to me. As if he couldnt have gone to make a copy in that amount of time. After reviewing the video of him complaining I cant say I was surprised but really it is not asking too much for you to lock and unlock my home considering that YOU ARE BEING PAID TO WORK ON MY HOME!!!! No apologies given just an excuse. After this I decided to go back to my home the next morning while they were working to check on my home. There was a hole in my wall high above the floor just under my picture canvas. If they were working on the floor, how did that hole happen? No one knows. For the grouy, My complaint is that they dug a pit in my FRONT YARD NEXT TO MY PLANTS TO DUMP THE LEFT OVERS IN THE DIRT. My backyard which is full of dirt and plenty of space for them to dump it, SO WHY DO IT IN MY FRONT YARD AND NOT CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS!? OR How they CUT my chair and dirtied and dyed my table and DID NOT PAY ME TO REPLACE IT. Why were they using it!?!? 2 weeks later I finally get the per diem check. 3 MONTHS LATER still no compensation or word from them. Richmond had to pay someone to fix the mess and change our locks and give us new keys because they couldnt be bothered to. Attached are just some of the things I saw. That aside, the tiles do look lovely.
Poor tile installation abilities. Multiple deficiencies pointed out and never fixed. Came once to replace some tile, forgot the tile, said theyd order it and never did. Never saw again, its been over a year. Do not recommend.
Like many other reviews, the contracts they have with new builds and warranty work are frustrating and disappointing, resulting in wasted time, work-hours, and money. Multiple employees have been out over the course of at least 5 months. Like others, they keep asking and evaluating, taking pictures, etc. Like others, they dont show up when they are supposed to, they do show up when it hasnt been communicated, and they never actually fix anything. Like others, SEVERAL days of work have been missed in order to accommodate them. And, if they are being provided with correct personal protective equipment during this pandemic (which all employers really should be providing), then they are not using it--risking the lives of the inhabitants of many households. In addition, many of them need interpersonal skills, common courtesy, and common sense. Dealing with this company is exhausting and taxing, and still nothing is fixed. It is clear that there is zero expectation of decent or quality work from their employees. Sad for all the people who work so hard to build a new home for their families, and have not received what they paid for--at all. But, like one employee said, he just gets paid hourly...Im sure all the direction for this consistent behavior comes from the top.
Unfortunately I have no control in choosing this company to fix my hollow and loose tile, as Pulte has a contract with them. I hope Pulte strongly reconsiders their contract. Since June of this year, this company has wasted my time on 5 different occasions. You read that right folks. 5. First time they completely no showed & then later said they had a last minute meeting that ran over. 2nd time a tech came out to “evaluate” tiles. I was under the expectation they were going to actually fix them. Tech ended up finding about 16 tiles that needed to be fixed. 3rd time they sent another tech out to evaluate & I informed them someone had already done that. This tech ended up finding 23 tiles that needed to be fixed. 4th time, it was confirmed this company had ordered the tile & grout to complete the job & I had the appointment schedule a month in advance. Time frame given was 8-4pm & finally around 10am I called my customer service manager at Pulte & after he made some calls, this company flat out said sorry looks like it not happening today. 5th time, they showed up late at 12:30pm when we were supposed to be first stop of the day at 8am, with THE WRONG TILE. They tried to give excuse they needed to reschedule and they had to order tile & we said no. Tile was already ordered per your manager. They drove back to shop only to come back to my house AGAIN with the wrong tile. I’ve called this company multiple times to get to the bottom of this. They never answer. Instead you are connected to answering machine and they have yet to return my calls. I want my tiles fixed correctly or give me my 18K back. I am seriously considering filing a suit against this company if this problem isn’t resolved soon.
We had interior logic do our new build tiles. We have been dealing with them with over 1.5 years dealing with their incompetence. First, they did the wrong color on our kitchen backsplash grout. They took 4 days to remove and replace our backsplash. We then had a concave wall under one of our windows and they had to come back and redo that which didn’t come out looking like new either. Second, we have soft grout everywhere else which they’ve had to replace the tile and grout in our shower floors and apply hardener to our walls and bathroom floors. We still have soft grout now which the new inspector refuses to admit.
They are a very friendly and professional Design and Floorinng contractor that is very focused on Homeowner expectations. Thank you ILG for all your help.
Amazing. I would go there every time. Very helpful.
I worked here. It was a great place to work with the exception of one member of management. She is the reason I left. Everyone else was great.
We worked with Stevie today she was so helpful and helped us get everything we wanted and still stay under budget for our home design!
They have rescheduled us 4 times already with always having poor excuses to why they cant fix our floor. They have caused me to take 4 days off of work and they have shown up late, and not having the correct tile with them when they show up. My floor is still not fixed and they have not worked with me on a solution. Poor management and communication with this company.
Stevie Choate has been extremely patient with me. She has given me great ideas and has been willing to look at different options with me. I have changed my mind throughout the process and she has been helpful when I have probably taken much more time than I should have. She has shown me new products that have come in as well.Choosing a style and materials is difficult. You want to make sure you have looked at all the options. Stevie has allowed me to do this and I know in the end that I will have made the best decision and I will love my new home. Thank you Stevie.
Wish I could give negative stars. Taylor Morrison and Interior Logic are the worst. Terrible customer service and they messed up the Installation of tile in our brand new house. We were told we have to move out for two weeks and I asked if we can change the product to pick something more we like as their display tile was not what we got. They told us no and we are stuck with the tile even though we offered to pay more money for a better tile. Erin wi the company said there is nothing they will do for us. I explained I was unhappy with the quality of the tile and wanted something nicer, I was even willing to pay quite a bit of money and she said no too bad you have to get your original tiles. So do not shop here!!!! Terrible customer service took only three weeks to return multiple phone calls.
Ask for an appointment with Sara if you can. She sat with my folks and I and was patient and thorough - not to mention had an excellent design instinct. She was willing to reconfigure the flooring package a couple of times and was clear about the value of certain home upgrades before and after market and we came away with a great set of beautiful upgrades that was right on budget.
Supervisor Jason at interior logic showed integrity when the home builder pressured and intimidated him not to do the right thing. He did anyway and pointed out a larger underlying issue we hadnt noticed. A breath of fresh air in a world where people cut corners.
Great place to work! Management are truly concerned about their employees. Friendly co-workers.
We had a very poor experience, felt like highway robbery because they obfuscated the prices. We cancelled our contract because of this place. On our next build we went to the Interior Logic in Phoenix and had a superior experience.
Sadly I was not given the choice to use who I wanted since I did a new build. I would have gone elsewhere if I had been given the chance. I have a warranty on my house and currently my shower drain is loose because of poor placement and securing or lack thereof. Interor Logic has not held up their end of the requirements in terms of repairing and re-grouting the shower. Instead they have been extremely unreliable, and very disrespectful towards me. I pray my builder finds someone better to contract with for future home buyers.I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
Horrible Customer service. My new home had a few issues with the plank flooring. Some pieces were cut short exposing concrete, one had something protruding from beneath it and another looks like they rolled a dozer over it. My builder contacted Interior Logic to come fix the issues. I received a call 2 days before confirming I had leftover materials. The day before I got a call from Ed Martinez to confirm appointment which I did. Ed then called me back and asked if i would prefer the manufacturer to replace these? I questioned why and if he did not feel his crew could do quality work. He then just confirmed my appointment for June 26th between 0800-1200. At 12pm nobody had shown up or called. I called Ed and he was not sure where they were and said he would call me back. An hour and half later still no show and no calls. I called Ed back and asked for a status. Ed stated... The crew did not get the work order for your job and I dont have anyone available but let me call my boss to see what I can do. Another 2 hours pass and I again had to Ed for an update. Flat out said we cant get to you. He asked when they could come back and I told Ed that it would need to be on a Saturday I am not taking another day off work. HE gave no answer and said he would call me back in the morning with a schedule. 2 days later and I still have not heard from anyone.*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY***
I agree with previous reviews, horrible customer service. We used them through builder, so we didnt have a choice. White Quartz counter top installed had grey marks all over it. First I was told that...that was the pattern, are you kidding me? Then I got a manager who admitted yes, those marks shouldnt be there and it looked like someone rubbed against them. They used goo gone and tried to rub it off. Some marks are still there. Also our bullnose, is a weird bumpy ridge along all the edges in our kitchen. And they cracked a corner and tried to fill it with a weird greenish substance. Installer tried to tell me it was acceptable. They refuse to replace. The floor tile grout is miscolored through home. Very noticeable. They acid washed the kitchen grout, and most grout is lighter, much lighter than the color we chose. In the bathrooms grout differences, never got fixed and Manager David(I think), tried to say it was acceptable amount of variance. I did get someone to refill most of the many cracks of grout, throughout our new home, but now that new grout doesnt match. Some floor tiles were put in uneven and they were trying to say its been too long. Also some chips in bathroom counters and one in tub. Guy came to fix those and also left new chips. All in all, nothing but headaches and money we cant afford to replace.
Horrible company. Installers were rude. Showed up hours late, didnt finish, short materials, didnt come back for days leaving me in lurch. Their service people are the worst, short up and installers are subs hard to work wth. Agree with the other reviews.
Horrible people skills, the small guatemalan floor installer acted like a little child having a tempertantrum when talked to by the lady whose apartment floor they were workin on. I definitely will not recomend this company to any one who needs flooring in their home.
I wouldnt even give them one star if I had a choice. Had counter tops put installed with chips in it. Asked them to replace and they decided to give me three pieces of course terms instead of my original two. Customer service is crap. So my option was take the three or leave it. You want something done right in your home then go some where else!!
Terrible workmanship and customer service run dont walk away from this company.
Terrible customer service. They dont care about anything other than making money.
