Walked into this establishment to browse, not expecting much. Front desk signed me in, directed me to where the flooring i was interested in was and let me know that someone would be out to assist me. Toni came out introduced herself and we went to work on my ideas. Toni was AMAZING. Knowing that i was in without being sent by a contractor and that i wouldn’t need the flooring or quartz for about 7months, she worked with me as if i was purchasing that day. She was helpful, motivated and even offered to show me items that hadn’t been put on the floor yet. This review may not express the totality of my satisfaction but Toni got me excited about the process and I walked out happier than i was when i walked in.

Gina was absolutely incredible! I originally came in to pick out engineered hardwood. Gina took the time to figure out what my remodeling goals were and when she learned I was going to do my bathroom too, she helped me pick out the perfect materials. She spent so much time with me and help me create a stunning design. Most importantly, she was so much fun! Remodeling can be super overwhelming, but Gina made it something I actually enjoyed. I cant wait to keep tearing up this house so I can go back and see Gina!

THE TEMPE PRO SOURCE has the worst (or none) customer service ever. My Contractor sent me there to pick out carpet. I picked up a very expensive carpet. My contractor ordered it. When the installer started to place the first of the roll he realized there was a major flaw in the pattern of the carpet and it would be impossible to piece the carpet to make the pattern line up. This was immediately reported to ProSource Tempe and my contractor filled out required paper work, expecting they would immediately offer a refund or a replacement carpet. NOTHING BUT RUN AROUND. 8 WEEKS LATER THEY FINALLY PROVIDED A REPLACEMENT PIECE (NOT a full replacement) FOR WEEKS weeks. Yes weeks, my construction job was in limbo while I lived with no carpet/stripped flooring with all carpet nails exposed. DO NOT USE THEM.or any contractor that uses them. NIGHTMARE.And even thought the owner apologized now that I wrote a review the service was POOR and I was left hanging. Never again.. they had no follow up on resolving this issue.

We are remodeling our shower and had no idea what we needed to buy or even a design we wanted! We were referred to ProSource and met with Tom Camp. He was absolutely wonderful. He showed up so many different options, told us everything we needed to purchase for our project and explained in detail pricing and quantities needed. We will definitely use ProSource again when we are ready to do more upgrades to our home!

I had an amazing experience shopping at ProSource. After a week of shopping around different stores, my contractor sent me here. I worked with Tom and 30 minutes later I picked everything: tile and hardwood. It was awesome! I was able to negotiate on the price a little and everyone was happy. I’ll return to ProSource for more material when I have other projects around the house

Gina Strzok has been a jewel to work with on our project. She is very knowledgeable about products and saw right away what we liked. This is a great location with a very friendly staff.

Katie was awesome from the very beginning to the very end! I originally called to see if we need an appointment and if they would recommend contractors for a flooring job. She was so helpful and informative. Were doing a lot of upgrading in our home, doing things the builder didnt offer when we build 4 years ago. We met with her a few days later and took a few samples home. She provided a contractor list and we found the best contractor, Joel Nadler with Get Floored. Well be using him for all our future renovations as well. Once we figured out what we wanted we ordered and it came in later that week. We did have a problem with the planks themselves and the installers had to do extra steps to get them prepped for laying. Of course this required more labor and delayed us a few days. Katie was in constant contact with us during the entire ordeal. Joel and his installers were very thorough to make sure the job was done right. There were a few parties involved with the planks that were needing additional prepping and they made sure to take care of the additional labor fee. Katie helped with that process as well. Even with the hiccup we had with the planks and being delayed a few days it was all worth it and our floors look gorgeous! Next project is a backsplash, foyer medallion and stacked brick for our fireplace...well definitely be back to Pro Source to get our supplies from Katie and get her expertise on what will look best!

Pro Source sold us tile that is manufactured by Landmark Ceramics. Neither they or the manufacturer are willing to replace my defective tile.Landmark Ceramics is totally fighting against being responsible for selling us defective tile. I have had two inspectors confirm it is defective.Their newest excuse - THEY MADE NO WARRANTY TO THE QUALITY OF THE TILE THEY SOLD!Seriously? Knowing that they dont stand behind their tile, would you want to buy from them?

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Combine this with an outstanding selection of products and pricing, ProSource is my primary source for remodel hard finishes.

I have never been more disappointed in transaction this large. The team at ProSource was initially great-- we designed a custom kitchen, bought flooring, and a sundry of smaller items. As items started to arrive, we noticed several problems with the kitchen itself. Several of the cabinets were blatantly just the wrong size, several items arrived broken, and basic kitchen design flaws were exposed. This has set us back months on our move, and there was near zero support to fix the very clear design issues. The companys response was to argue that we signed for it and to nickle & dime us for resolution. As an example, we had them design a custom desk for us as a part of the kitchen. Upon install, we discovered the filing cabinets they sent us are too small to actually put files in. Why would anyone want that? The upper cabinets on the desk are also a full inch smaller than the lowers for apparently no reason. Why arent they at least the same size? We have the space to put in bigger cabinets, but poor design choices have led to a desk we cant use for its purpose.If you use pro-source, be very cautious about any custom design work and make sure you have a professional installer at hand to support you. The prices were otherwise fair, just dont expect customer service or support. I was told, and I quote, facts dont matter but because I felt disappointed by their work they offered us a frankly pathetic discount on items they should have replaced on their own dime but refused to. I have zero interest in working with them again, and I highly suggest against others doing so.

I wouldnt recommend using these guys... just talked to a guy on phone about simple flooring transition piece & the guy was rude & truly ridiculous, it was like talking to chicken little telling me the sky is falling, and no matter how patient I was, he just refused to help me or do business😳 🤪❗

We have now had two perfect experiences with ProSource. First off, customer service is fantastic. I have met several reps there and all were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Lisa Bettiga was particularly helpful in helping me find a high quality, pet friendly, cost effective option for our home. The selection across carpet, tile, wood floor is vast and they have all the big manufacturers represented in their quiet, comfortable show room. Finally, we found the prices to be highly competitive or better with both of our purchases there. If you are doing a new build or re-model, you will enjoy your experience with ProSource and their friendly team.

I had a wonderful experience working with Grace at ProSource. The atmosphere is very professional and Grace was able to show me many options within my budget and assist me with design choices. When I got the quote for my flooring and cabinetry, it was THOUSANDS less than any competitor had bid. I will definitely be going back for future projects and would recommend their services in a heartbeat.

The ProSource Tempe showroom is clean and well organized. I loved the updated trends and styles they had for my recent remodel project. We were able to do cabinets, flooring, backsplash and even window treatments all in the same location! Our account manager was a huge help in sourcing some commercially rated products too.

Sales staff were not knowledgeable about product application necessitating a return and reorder. Sold my tile out from under me to another contractor and just suggested I should pick something else. Extraordinarily long delivery times. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

ProSource is the BEST! I had carpet installed and my install didnt go well at first, mainly from a poor installer. Lisa (sales), Tom (Mgr.), Marty (warranty claims) and Morris Lippert from Shaw Carpet jumped in after my installer dropped the ball. They went above and beyond, got me new carpet under warranty and found me an actual expert installer ( Tracy ) to do the job correctly and reasonably. All in all I have never had a better experience! If you want to be treated with true professionalism......ProSource is where you need to go!Kort Kinney

Great customer service and product selection.

I used this store for my tile needs for a renovation in my bathroom. 3 times this place has screwed me over. On one occasion the staff was woefully not knowledgeable on their product selling me something that was unusable, the other 2 times my order was delayed by a month! When my second order finally did come in they had sold the product I had already purchased and told me oh well. This is called theft by any other standards. Do not go here, you will regret it.
