Great products, great service, great people.I have been a loyal customer of Volterra for many years because Volterra has an awesome product. The faux beams that dont twist, crack, or shrink. They are able to be mounted straight to a truss without any problems. They look great too! It is impossible to tell that they are not real wood.Volterras service is extraordinary. My order is ready when promised and there are many delivery options, which is great when I have to have 25 foot beams to deliver to a jobsite.Keith and Tim are great people and a joy to work with. They feel like they are on my team and understand the importance of my job. They dont keep me waiting or make me have to reschedule because something isnt ready. I am new into moulding products. The owner Tim was extremely friendly and explained the different products in great detail. He spent lot of time to answer all my questions. They do have lot of options. I was really amazed by their faux wood beams. They look so real, yet they are very light and very easy to install.

We ordered some ceiling faux wood beams from Volterra which they custom manufactured for us. The staff are very friendly and professional. The beams came out exactly like we envisioned them and were delivered as promised within the time period we agreed upon when we placed the order. The color, texture and overall look of these manufactured beams look so realistic and go great on our living room and kitchen ceilings. They make a huge positive difference in the overall look of our home. We love them.We highly recommend them and well use them again if we ever need any product they can produce.

I highly recommend Volterra Architectural Products for their quality and customer service. Here are my observations based on my recent beam installation project:Project scope: This use of Volterra faux beams is in a home remodeling project that converts a small living room - dining room into a pub. We added 4 faux beams overhead to achieve a more cozy feel in the high-ceiling room. The beams are visible from above and below, so they are the 4-sided (box) configuration. The faux beam texture is hand hewn, shade is espresso, with a 5” wide x 7-1/2” high cross section and 13’ span.Quality: Excellent. The faux beam texture and color make it appear incredibly realistic, corner joints are strong and outwardly invisible, contour is perfectly straight. The rugged yet classy look of the beams together with the masonry walls and hanging lights give the pub realism and beauty.Cost: By comparison to other manufacturers, and retailers like Home Depot and online specialty sites (several of which sell Volterra beams), Volterra’s direct sales price point is mid-range, and therefore an excellent value. Shipping cost of $600 sounded high, but when I saw the sophisticated packaging / pallet construction that is required, it is a reasonable price.Schedule: My order was promised to have a 6-week lead time and it was delivered on schedule.Customer care: Outstanding. We selected Volterra direct sales over other manufacturers / retailers because 1) the 5” x7-1/2” is an off-standard size and not readily available through retailers; 2) over the phone technical guidance from Tim at Volterra was instrumental in assuring we ordered the proper configuration, and had appropriate mounting provisions designed into our pub framing to facilitate beam installation.Additional comment: if there is any problem with the product, Volterra will bend over backwards to make it right. We encountered a discrepancy in our beam configuration and Tim offered to ship new beams or credit us back 30% -- impressive customer care!

We a great experience with Volterra! From the first time visiting their wonderful show room to the delivery of our 5 beams, we could not be happier! Tim was super helpful in the show room and throughout the ordering process. He answered all our questions, making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Julio was on point keep us in the loop on delivery! As for delivery, the driver was very friendly, he called ahead of time, unpacked the beams, and took away the large boxes they came in! Our beams look amazing!

This product is incredible..and absolutely authentic looking. Anybody who has seen my TV show Little People Big World knows I love barns and barn beams. I’ve dismantled dozens of barns over the past 15 years for projects around Roloff Farms .. Volterra has mastered the reproduction of lightweight (Easy to install) accent beams.. the handhewn beam is my favorite. Super detailed and looks 100% real without the hassle and weight. The *steel* straps are without a doubt the best on the market.

I am a Phoenix-based contractor and I have been purchasing faux beams, molding and mill work from Volterra for the last 6 + years. Their products are excellent and all of my customers love what I have installed over the years. They are very easy to get a hold of to answer questions as they arise, which can be hard to come by with businesses these days. Their turn around time for getting their products ready for pick-up is accurate to what they quote, which makes scheduling installs for my clients much easier. I highly recommend them!

This company is so great! I was searching for a company that makes faux wood beams for home remodeling. You see them on HGTV all the time. I found other companies but they had a minimum quantity or 4-6 weeks lead time. I was so glad I stumbled across this company! I went to their showroom and was blown away! Some of their products look like they belong in a mansion, but I was able to buy just one little beam for my little house. The owner even took the time to explain how theyre made and how to install. He even showed us the shop where they make them. I cant believe he took so much time to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and how to put it up for best results. Not many people would do that! The corbels and brackets are so awesome too. I actually went home and looked around to see where I could put another beam because this place is actually affordable! What a phenomenal place this is!
