The Plant Stand is an amazing shop for your plant needs and desires. Whether you’re a new plant parent or a seasoned individual. I’m not lying, this place has everything. I came here for their summer sale and picked up a couple new additions for the family. I love this place. Please protect this place at all costs.

I showed up at 4pm (they were closing at 4:30), knowing exactly what I wanted. A lady grabbed a cart and wheeled me over to all the ficus plants. She helped me pick the best looking one and showed me to the cashier. I was in and out super quick! I’ll come back with more time — and not right before closing — because there are so many gorgeous plants to see!

Followed on Instagram for awhile but first time there today. Well worth the trip...they did not disappoint! I ordered some sale plants online to make sure I didnt get there and they were gone but also picked up some $1 and $5 plants for me and some for my dad. He is going to love them and has the green thumb!

The quality of the plants here are great! But theres been a few times where I almost wanted to give up on the Plant Stand because many of the times Ive called the staff just seemed a little too busy to help out. Busy for good reason I bet! However, last week I called and Andres helped out tremendously over the phone. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. I could tell that he was busy and yet he still took the time to send a ton of pictures and prices for a wide variety of plants every free second he got. We will DEFINITELY be returning for future purchases!!!

Awesome place with a ton of different plants and different sizes

This is hands down one of the best places in Arizona to buy plants. The plant variety is great, the pot selection is incredible, the prices are fair to cheap, and they have a super cute doggie mascot wandering around to keep you company! The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike most places almost all of the plants were in very good shape and most had lots of new growth. They have everything you need to care for all plants, indoor and out. This is the one stop shop for plants and I will definitely be returning.

If you want to go talk a walk in a jungely dream go take a walk through the plant stands large green house. If you want exceptionally priced plants checkout the Houseplant green house. I recommend following their ig page to see when they get new plants then go fast or try the online pick up in store option as well.

My go to place for plants! Affordable and healthy livestock. David always offers help and is there when I need some tips! Everyone here is honestly super friendly but he specifically deserves a shout out!!

Was finally able to get over to see what this place was all about an let me tell you theres plenty to visually take in. Thankfully my friend grabbed a little trolly trailer because I figured I wasnt going to need one and trust me if you see one grab cause once you get inside you see how busy this place really is. I was in awe with the amount of plants and the amounts of variety there was to see. Took home plenty more items than I intended but it was well worth the trip. It was also very nice to see their beautiful dog roaming around and just making everyone smile. I will definitely be back!

Very large nursery of many types of indoor and outdoor plants. Tip: bring sun protection, water and get a cart at the entrance. The buildings are cooled with swamp coolers and even though it feels cool its not the same as air conditioning. Carts are quickly taken. We will be back

I do not usually leave reviews but since there is a virus of 1 star reviews I’m going to leave a REAL review.Plant Stand Of Arizona has the friendliest and most helpful staff from top to bottom, (including Bentley). It does not matter if you are novice or a vet, they talk to you, they care and they most importantly help you out.They constantly have great prices, healthy plants and a beautiful selection. If the plants aren’t healthy, they put them in the very back on sale for even less!When you wait in line to check out, they are fast, they make sure you know how to take care of everything and will help you with pretty much everything else.I am not a huge plant guy but I have grown to love Plant Stand of Arizona thanks to their employees and how great they are on social media!

A big lot with some amazing plant deals. Make sure you come early as they can tend to sell out early of hot items. Pots can be a bit expensive same with the soils and fertilizer (esp if you have a lot of plants). Workers are friendly for the most part. It IS exposed to heat and humidity. Much outside, some in a large greenhouse essentially with fans and swamp cooler.

Place was amazing. Endless almost supply of plants. Lots of choices. And a ton of different pottery options as well. The prices in the plants were great. And a great clearance section as well. I was very pleased with the options and prices. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and their mascot Bentley the golden retriever was quite adorable. Will definitely be returning for more in the future.

I just want to say thank you for having such a nice selection of well manicured Money Trees. The customer service was great and people helped me right away select the very best pick of the litter for my growing home office based business. Although the line at close of day was long, it went fast and workers were there to help me select the things I needed for the plant that I wasnt aware of while standing in line (plant food and a nice ceramic pot) Secondly, have you guys read the 1 star comments. They are hilarious. Who knew that plant friendly people could be so petty and unhappy with the world. Dont let their reviews deter you from shopping at this hidden gem.

This place is so over rated and absolutely not worth it. Make sure to QUARANTINE ALL of their food plants they are infested with fungus gnats. I’ve had houseplants for years and never had a problem until i brought home 8-10 plant stand plants. They don’t care about their customers and they got way too big too quick. Owners are shady and it’s absolutely not a shocker to see this from them. You can get all of their inventory at your local Lowe’s, Home Depot’s, Walmart’s. I would not recommend this place to anyone and you should give your money to a place that actually cares about the plants and have compassion for selling high quality plants. Onto finding a better nursery

I have been to the Plant Stand now for the second time and have been extremely happy each time Ive left! The staff gives the right amount of interactive space & is available when you need to ask questions, etc and in my case ready to help with getting all of the large pots I was looking for, bring them to the front and then get them put into my vehicle with all the extra TLC needed when loading them carefully into my car!Wide variety of different sizes/colors in pots and great amount of healthy plants- in a variety of choices/sizes, etc.. Prices are ok but the staff was what made my experience a 10. Thanks Andres and Sherry! We will be back soon for sure!

Ive enjoyed going to the Plant Stand the last several months. Its not around the corner for me but they have the best selection of what I need.This past week I made 3 trips there vs my regular weekend stop....With that said, Ill never go again after being ran up on by one of their employees. Understood her job is to check receipts but at this point I am a recognizable regular customer, and the last time I was ran up on like that I ended up with skull fractures... the PTSD and anxiety that overcame as she left the customers she was speaking to and clocked a solid 40 time across the way to me was overwhelming.Never again... probably send over 1000 just this last week there on soil alone and ya want to treat me like Im a thief, ok ok. I will be sharing this story with as many who will listen.Thanks.

If you are new to plants or if you don’t pay enough attention, then you will be in awe. The facade is well managed. However, with most purchases, not only will you be paying for a plant that is overpriced, but you will also be purchasing pests. Lastly, the disrespect that management puts out is insane. Give your money to a better company with healthier plants and a respectable atmosphere.

Told to go there for a plant stand. Drove way out of my way to get there and no plant stands taller than a foot. Great plants and plant products. Just not what I needed, I was given incorrect information from Mexican imports.

If you enjoy being taken advantage of and treated as an inconvenience, this is the place for you!!! I used to go here often but they lost my business. Eddie is so money hungry and it shows, private jets to travel the world, private parties and vip events, but only after covid, when people started getting into plants and eddie raised the prices. These people really forgot, they came from the swap meet! Everything is overpriced and the plants are often sold with pests. If you need a solution to the problems they have sold you, there is a fee for that!! They sell to a lot of home depots in the valley BUT the home depot charges about 25% to 30% LESS for the same exact plant from the same exact nursery! I was overcharged for a plant that wasnt yet priced (they had just brought it off the truck) and when I got home I watched Eddies instagram live where he told the price of the plant I purchased so I reached out and asked for a credit on my next purchase, I even sent pictures of my invoice and my plant, I was ignored. One time when I was there I heard Christian (Eddies sister) telling another employee of a time when she was a hostess and spit in someones coffee, I was shocked. Not only was this a testimony to her customer service skills or lack thereof but she was telling this in front of her current customers. Its really disgusting how unprofessional this entire family is!! If you have a question, regardless of what it may be, expect attitude served with the answer. Slowly losing their customers.

They used to be a great and wholesome place to get any kind of plants when I first shopped a couple years ago. Now, the atmosphere is not as welcoming and it is overly crowded on weekends with no mindfulness towards the pandemic or social distancing. Even during the weekdays when it is significantly less crowded, there arent any employees available to offer assistance. The quality of the plants have also decreased and Ive spotted multiple plants that had an infestation from mealy bugs and aphids.

Love this place so much. They have so many deals every day go follow their Instagram they post deals on there. Theres also a pretty big clearance section with great looking plants for super cheap. The workers there are really nice and help out with loading if you need help. Overall I recommend this place to everyone!

I heard of this place from the Sea of Green in Tempe and glad I went. They are amazing with fantastic service and a massive selection. Imagine 2-3 Costco’s in size with high quality plants and pots. Oh yeah, fun fact they sell all their inventory each week to major chains like Home Depots and Walmarts a tiny bit less then you would buy them their. And if you want TOP quality get them here before they go bad at all the franchises. They recommend Bushdoctor fertilier in all their plants.

They used to be great but the quality of plants has gone downhill significantly and the management have developed a massive ego since they became popular. There are definitely better local nurseries to support that don’t have anywhere near the issues this place does.

The Plant Stand used to be my go-to for new babies because of their impeccable marketing and the overall appeal. However, the handful of times Ive been over the past year have been less than pleasant. I try to take care of any new plant to the best of my ability but several plants Ive gotten including pricier ones like the monstera and whale fin have struggled with disease and pest infestations more often than not. Not to mention the lack of price tags and the variability in the attitudes of the staff can make shopping there extremely unpleasant at times.

We typically make a visit once a month and have spent thousands with them. Never had any issues with their plants or the service they provide. I have sent many people to shop there. I need to stay away from there as the plants are overtaking my house !!!!

Super cool pottery and plant store. They have multiple greenhouses with a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor plants, which rotates pretty frequently. I’ve seen string of turtles, h. curtisi, n’joy pothos, whale fin snake plant, and lots of other fun/unique plants. I saw lots of fun outdoor plants, but I’m not as familiar with those species.Great pots at good prices, though some of of them don’t have drainage holes (we drilled our own since I liked them so much). They had lots of sizes too! All the way up to large patio planters.

Great selection of plants, great customer service, they wrap up your plants for a safe ride home, hand out water on a blazing hot day and offer advice on plant care.

INSANELY large greenhouses with incredible prices on a large assortment of plants. Also has a large selection of outdoor plants, but seriously... the greenhouses are like another world!

My husband found this online and it is worth the drive from the far southeast Valley. We were in the market for pots today for pillars by our pool and after searching several places, this was quite a surprise of the vast selection and quantity. We also noticed the quality of plants to choose from and decided we will be back for the continued improvements in our landscape vision. In my opinion, best option in the valley...vehicles co tinued to pull up throughout our time there-a midday on Friday. Business is GOOD!!!

Love this hidden gem in south Phoenix ! There is so many different types of plants, pots, trees & soil at incredible, affordable prices! They get new plants in weekly ... The staff there are very helpful and friendly. I love this place!! Great quality plants for awesome prices.

Ive bought many plants from them in the past and they were honestly very well priced and affordable. Their prices have gone through the roof lately! Houseplants are popular again all of a sudden because of covid so theyve been getting busier and busier but why raise your prices to take advantage of the new influx of customers?? Thats just poor business ethics in my opinion and will definitely not be supporting them in the future since you can get far cheaper plants elsewhere and support companies that care about their customers.

They have a lot of indoor and outdoor plants to choose from at reasonable prices. They also have a huge supply of outdoor pots of all sizes especially really large/tall ones. They have a good selection of pots for indoor plants as well as soils and other potting needs. I went for indoor stuff but would definitely go for my outdoor stuff when needed.Also you have to check out their little boutique store they have on site, its awesome!

This place is amazing! Large grounds with a huge number of interesting plants in greenhouses and outside areas. Its easy to spend hours walking around, and staff is very helpful and friendly.

They seemed to have a lot of the common house plants people look for so you’re almost bound to get AT LEAST one plant and they are always competitively priced. I’ve had a few issues with pests from some of the plants from here but if you’re a plant parent, that’s just an inevitable problem at one time or another. Online ordering via Shopify is finally here and oh so convenient! The employees are always very helpful with any questions you might have. If you want more attention and have more questions, be sure to go on weekdays because Friday & Saturday are always the busiest and employees are doing their best just to get through the line for purchases just FYI.

This place has horrible customer service. They will lie to you don’t back their product and they only have returns for 48 hours with 30% restock. Plenty of other places that will appreciate your business.

The staff are very helpful and they have a great selection at reasonable cost. Definitely enjoy coming here. It does get busy on Saturdays but I still love to go and grab some new plant babies.

We bought 5 plants over last 6 months from this nursery and unfortunately none of them survive. their soil has bugs that eventually kills the plants. we own hundreds of plants and yes we know how to grow, diagnose plant issues. their return policy sucks. will never ever shop from here.

We visited The Plant Stand for the second time on 9-14-20, and once again received excellent service. Initially, Christian came up to us and asked us if there was anything with which we needed assistance, and he directed us toward the indoor planter area. Then we spoke with David and he assisted us with our purchase and delivery set up. Both Christian and David were very pleasant and helpful. When our pots were delivered, I arrived a few minutes late, but Christian who was the driver/delivery person was patiently waiting for me. He unloaded the heavy pots and put them on our back patio, which was a huge help!!! All the while Christian had a great attitude, was friendly, and professional. For these reasons we will definitely be visiting The Plant Stand for future garden needs and will highly recommend The Plant Stand to others. Excellent experience. Thank you!!

Would love if they could put out more information signs with the plants so customers can identify them and read up on their needs. Then it would be five star!

I rarely review shops but after several issues with almost all the plants I’ve purchased from here, I thought I’d share my experience. I’ve bought several and most of them have issues within a few weeks. The latest was a String Of Hearts that looked healthy when I purchased it but a month later it was infested with soil mites, it had so many, it was impossible to salvage, I had to throw it away. String of Turtles I purchased had no price sign, the price that was noted was a lot cheaper than what I paid was $50, I ended up keeping it bc I was annoyed after standing in line for so long, that one surprisingly is still alive & no signs of issues. I always get lured in by their social media they always post a lot selection of plants which makes it very appealing but after being here a few times I’m convinced it’s part of their sales tactic, once you’re in there it’s almost impossible to find employees to help you find a plant or answer questions, and if you find one and ask them questions, they make it seem like their so busy and your bothering them with your question, it’s just the impression they give. Will not give them my business anymore, don’t let yourself get lured in with their social media sale tactics, there is several other nurseries that at the very least have better quality plants or a better return policy. Lesson learned.

Always have deals going on.My only critique is that MANY plants arent price marked, so you dont know if youre falling in love with a $30 plant or a $300 plant. Terrible place, firstly they are extremely over priced for plants that come with gnats and root rot, not only that but the management is ridiculously rude and unhelpful. Also overheard some employees talking sexual/ inappropriately about one of the other workers there. Overall just a bad experience.

I was given a $500.00 gift certificate and moved out of state, husband got stationed in CA for the military. Moved back to AZ a few months ago, took it in to spend over the 500.00 amount of 1,700 on palms and pots. Of course it expired, and the owner would not let me use the 500.00 GC. They just lost my business for good, word of mouth is everything!NOT IMPRESSED!

Prices are a bit high but there was a great selection and plants are good quality
