I had a really good time at camelback ford. I am happy with the sale, great customer service. They really broke down every detail to me especially Bash! Great sales man I will definitely tell my friends and family about him! If you guys are looking for someone who’s the real deal ask for Bash. He made sure my new car was taken care of, they detailed it and put a full tank of gas. I am very happy with my choice!

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Ryan Strickland is a great salesman. No BS pressure for stuff you don’t necessarily want. I will definitely go back to Camelback Ford for future service or car purchases. FWIW, I live in Gilbert and had to drive by more than a few other Ford dealers but Camelback Ford is the one that earned my business with their NO nonsense pricing and approach to dealer add-ons.

Last Friday picked up my Mustang Mach E GT from Camelback Ford - Smooth and east transaction from the team. I worked with Anthony in Sales, excellent in communication, Herb who was overseeing as GM was very helpful and Laurie was a pleasure to work with in finance. Recommend working with them! The Mach E is awesome. I am in the process of selling my Tesla. Couldn’t be happier with the new purchase. Will certainly be a customer again, either with a performance Mach E edition, or maybe the F150 lightening!

Excellent service from Mitch and Nick. I flew from California to pick up my car and Mitch picked me up from the airport. They had the car detailed and fueled for me on arrival. I went in looking for a certain model and style and I was pleased to get help from Bash . He was super helpful and answered all of my questions I had. Bash even went out of his way and came down to my shop when i couldn’t go back to finish the paper work to the dealership. This was my first buying experience at Camelback Ford and I was extremely impressed with the entire process. Herb helped me order the vehicle I wanted and it arrived much sooner than I expected, which was impressive in this environment where cars are hard to find. When it arrived at the dealership his team made the process so easy I was in and out within an hour. The car was washed, filled with gas and sitting out front under a shaded tent ready to go. Anthony patiently helped explain all the features of the car and get us connected to Ford Pass app. The finance paperwork process was super efficient and only took about 10 minutes to complete. Buy from a locally owned dealership… do your research before buying here. They are owned by a huge investment company and they could care less about you. I regret buying my vehicle here. When you buy a vehicle new it comes with two keys… well the salesman Peter lost it. Told me not to worry we will get you a new key. Took me a year to get it. They told me I should have fought harder in the first 30 days. Had to call ford corporate. They had it all set up to get me the key I was owed and I believe just to mess with me this dealer held my truck all day refused to complete the key until I went to pick it up they said oh it is ready…. Awful customer support, awful salesman . Support locally owned businesses, not these investment groups.

I went to look at the interior of the Explorer XLT with the sport package. They were the only dealer in the area with the options I was interested in. My sales person was friendly, she took we to the truck so I would have a short walk. I saw what I was looking for and we returned to talk numbers. The sales manager worked very hard to get me to the payment I wanted. They gave me top dollar for my trade. The finance manager was really helpful. He worked with me to get a great deal on an extended warranty. Overall everyone I worked with were warm, friendly and most of all professional. Im going to recommend Camelback Ford to everyone I know thats looking for a new car or truck.

Angel and Taylor made the process as least painful all possible. Angel was patient with me while answering questions through email, text and phone for about a week and then had most everything ready when I arrived. Having my loan already, in the 2 hours I was there, I just had to decide on a vehicle and sign some papers and then headed on out. Decent service and would go back again. Angel and Taylor are A ++.

Cody (manager) told me he would give me 9k over what is owed on my vehicle with accident in the past. Greg (sales) told me only 4k with tax incentive after driving over an hour. I will get the deal done said greg. I explained the pre qual with capital one and needing 6k over for the vehicle and still greg said “I will get the deal done and you wont pay anything extra.” Big red flags. Deal was sent back because the 6k was not met and greg said there was nothing he could do. Also told the dealership not to run the credit multiple times and they ran credit twice. These people will lie in order to finance for full retail price and make a few extra bucks and run the credit many times (said it was the only way) then throw you to the street like a piece of dirty food when they lie and deceive you. Come here if you want to be lied to and deceived.

This is an amazing car dealership. The GM, Herb, himself took time to make sure I was doing well. The whole team, Sheila, and the salesman Bryan were all outstanding. There seems to be a real family environment there. Ive purchased many cars and this was the first time that I didnt feel pressured. The whole process was about choosing what I wanted; the team was more interested in my happiness then selling me a car. That was the Camelback Ford difference. Thank you Craig Ebers. Craig is very professional and knowledgeable about the ford product. My new 2021 F-250 needed an alignment and Craig got it corrected in a timely manner. He also took care of my first oil change and filled the diesel DEF fluid at no extra charge. Also had a brief conversation with Gary the new service director. I had a chance to look through some vehicles. I kinda like some vehicles they had but didnt have what 8 was looking for. An Impala. I like Impalas just because they go way back n we have one parked back home on the Rex. I think its a 1965 Impala. Camelback gave me an offer but its a little but above my budget. I didnt get any photos. I shouldve. But, I had fun. I was willing to spend $1,400.00 n a monthly payment no more than $300.00.

I bought my car from here and I havent even had it a year and the check engine came on. I took it to see why the check engine was on it is the TCM. Meaning at times i can not reverse and also it is preventing from shifting gears properly. There is a recall on this and when I call ford and went down in person to the dealership all they say they dont have the part and there is no ETA on when theyll have it one person said they have cars waiting for a year another person said 3 months. This has been very stressful and even after telling the service person that i dont feel safe driving the car all they keep saying is I wish I had better news. This has been a nightmare and terrible service.

Im happy with my car buying expierence. I was in and out fairly quickly. They do the same stupid tricks most dealers do, trying to convince you into letting them put nitrous in your tires for a stupid charge. But thats to be expected. Watch some YouTube videos to be aware of the tricks.P.S. Dont let them sell you the smaller antenna until you see the one the car comes with. I ended up paying for one and it was pretty much the same size that came with my car. Also try to activate your modem before you leave the lot. My new car spent 5 days in their shop a couple weeks after I got it.

I bought my car here back in March after I lost my car due to being rear ended in February and was told I would have my first oil change included. I had called the day prior and was told that it is first come first serve. I went there the next day first thing in the morning and was then told that they were extremely booked with vehicles due to the chip shortage and I would need to leave my car for half the day. I live 30 minutes away so I could not just leave my car for half the day. I know I was getting worked in and was extremely grateful. I was able to leave the dealership after about 3 hours. I understand everywhere is busy during Covid and this chip shortage which was why I was okay with patiently waiting. Special thanks to Sariah and staff for working me in on their busy day. I hope that there are others that are just as thankful as I am. Also I absolutely admire how this place treats their staff members like family and has each others back. Its hard to find places like that now a days.

I dont normally write reviews, but my experience with this company is something I feel like I should warn others about. When we purchased a used vehicle about 5 weeks ago I was told they would replace the broken air vent (probably a $30.00 part) but we wanted it fixed because it was an expensive car and shouldnt have a broken vent. They agreed, the salesman told us he would order it that same day.. IT HAS BEEN 5 WEEKS.. I have been calling, speaking to the salesman, the sales manager ect. leaving messages, texting and getting radio silence, that is some horrible customer service.. all they need to do is spend the $30, order the part and let me know its in, this is all so unnecessary and unprofessional. They have certainly lost our business and we have no problem letting people know how they run their business. Im just glad that we are talking about a $30 air vent here and not something much more significant because I am certain it would be an uphill battle to get them to do the right thing. There are plenty of dealerships.. shop around.

Thank you for helping me get the car that Ive wanted. I had a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid with 220k miles, so it was time to upgrade. Dylan and Ryan were a pleasure to work with and I appreciate their superb communication skills in working through the process. I was staying in town for the weekend and needed an oil change. Although they were busy, they still took me. Had to wait a bit longer, but I was not in a rush at all.Used my points to get an oil change, and they even washed my truck. I drive a lot in the Midwest and the East Coast, and they dont wash vehicles there for some reason.The staff is friendly and caring; they even let my cat to wait with me in the waiting room! Great experience!

Terrible customer service. They will lie to get you to drop off the car, and then out of nowhere say it will not even be looked at for week or longer. I made an appointment ahead of time to get my car looked at. I told the person making the appointment that I will need to drop off my car after hours and uber home. The next morning I get a phone call saying they dont have an opening for two weeks. Its a classic bait and switch. Its going to cost me almost $100 of ubers to finally get my car back. They obviously dont care about their customers and completely okay disturbing your life. Dismal customer service.

They are class A scammers... would not tell me repairs that were done before car was sold.. further research indicated damage that you did not disclosed... I will be filing a lawsuit with Maricopa County as well as contacting 3TV and Ford... you sold a car where you actively tried to hide damage.. i have screen shots of car on website with altered pics to hide damage.

I was browsing inventory pics, and came across a 2021 stx in iconic silver. Ryan reached out to me verifying the truck was available on the lot. Visited the location, and unlike other lots i didnt feel rushed, or pressured, or my worse fear the well you wont qualify for this one.. . but how about this one! Ryan showed me a variety of select f150s on the lot. I was sold on the 2021 leadfoot gray 5.0 stx 4x4! Once again nervous about credit, qualifying, and what my trade in would value at. Bought a new 2021 f150 in January so I could move and it spent about 75% of the first 6 weeks in the shop. (Starting from day 2 of ownership). They couldn’t ever fix the truck, meanwhile drained my gas tank twice and damaged the vehicle as well. Got Ford involved and they still wouldn’t budge. After spending $66k on the truck they wouldn’t swap me into a different vehicle they would only offer $50k back because they know that it’s a lemon. Also they knew I was moving out of state which is why they wouldn’t help replenish the gas they used nor fix the damage they caused to the vehicle. I have pictures and documentation of everything. I guess they would rather go to court than handle it in a respectful manner. They have had plenty of opportunities to make the situation right and chose an alternative path. Stay very far away from this dealership and their GM Herb. There’s plenty of other Ford dealerships that will serve you better. As for the product you could say that’s on Ford but once this dealership butters you up enough to sign the paperwork then you get the true version of what they’re about.

I was apprehensive to car shop as the experience and pushiness of some salespeople can deter me. I worked with Chandlar M and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He was not pushy, but friendly and transparent, and provided me with specific information on the different options available on the models I was interested in. I wouldnt go back there, they lied to me saying they couldnt work on my car. All because it had an aftermarket exhaust and was told that dealerships dont work on cars with aftermarket parts. Went across the street to VW and they said oh yeah thats not problem. So I dont trust anything camelback ford or Lincoln says. I usually dread a trip to the car dealership, between the high pressure sales, the endless waiting during negotiations, and feeling you’re getting ripped off. None of these occurred at Camelback. Anthony, the sales rep who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and refreshingly laid back. He called me when a hard-to-find Mach-e became available and I was able to complete the purchase quicker than I ever have from a dealer. Alfonso in finance was very friendly and efficient. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience.

I came in to get a new car and I worked with Dillon. He was, by far, the best salesman I have ever worked with. He answered all of my questions and never once made me feel pressured to buy something. It took a few days to get to where we needed to be, but Dillon had incredible communication the entire time. If it hadn’t been for Dillon, I honestly would have just walked and went elsewhere to find a car. Dillon is 5 stars.

This dealership has no idea what’s going on. After agreeing on a deal on my new truck I sat with a person in title department making changes to everything because they had it all incorrect. After all that they still sent my title to the wrong address. Then I went back to get the upgrades done it seemed like they didn’t want me to hang out there as he kept saying you can come back or sit in another lounge area and wait. They were not welcoming at all. It took forever scheduling the appointment as well due to the sales team and the shop not knowing who was to do what. After I was told it would take two hours it only took 30 minutes. I’ll never buy another vehicle from this dealership and I plan on getting my oil changes at another dealership because I don’t trust them to do anything right!

We were helped by Peter P., we never felt pressured by Peter to make a purchase. Peter helped us with whatever we needed and asked for. We had a very good experience with Peter. I give 5 stars to Peter for his customer service.The same cannot be said for the preparation of the new vehicle for me to drive home. The window tint was found to have been scratched and torn and panel on the rear passenger door was missing. It pointed out the damage to Peter and he immediately got a manager to evaluate the damages.

It did take what seemed like FOREVER to finally get a good deal but the salesman Joshua was confident well get what were comfortable with. Receptionist wasnt so friendly when arriving. But luckily found our salesman immediately. Did not interact with anyone else. Joshua was nice, accommodating, knowledgeable with each vehicle we were interested in and if he didnt know an answer, he would find an answer immediately. Will most likely return only if Joshua is still there. Also, please get new waiting chairs. It hurt after sitting for so long.

I would rate less than 1 star if I could. Showed up to test drive a For Expedition on a Sunday - they said they lost the keys and showed only the outside. They rescheduled the test drive for the next day. Monday showed up for test drive, only to find out the car was already sold to someone else. Jacqueline Rodriguez was the salesperson I am upset and disappointed about the terrible service and betrayal. However, I am not shocked or even surprised based on other reviews of this dealership. Good luck to anyone trying to buy a vehicle from them!

Lets start with the good - Jesus was my contact and he was extremely nice very professional and customer service oriented. The service provided by the mechanics was fine; a simple oil and filter change.The bad: I called the dealership directly to schedule my appointment and was asked whether I would be staying with my vehicle or dropping it off. I planned to stay. I assumed that making an appointment meant I would have my service done at that appointment time. After being told it was a two-hour wait (what?!), I asked, Whats the point in an appointment? I was told there was a backlog of people who were waiting.After 4 hours (yes, FOUR HOURS), my service was done. during the four hours that I sat in that waiting room, I never saw more than three others waiting for their service! I was also told that they wouldnt be able to wash my vehicle (I heard several other customers being told their vehicles had been washed).So, if you plan to use this dealership just make sure you ask all the right questions or be prepared to wait a very long time for the most simple service.

Salesman, Dylan Smith was extremely courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us to buy and we believe he tried his hardest to get us the best deal. We also were very happy that we were not asked to initial/sign any paperwork upon initial inquiry indicating that if the dealership could come to an agreement on price with us, that we would agree to purchase that day. We have encountered that at other dealerships and consider it a huge turn off. I understand they are attempting to get you to agree to negotiating in good faith and not going through the motions, only for them to be told well have to go think about it, clear it with another partner/spouse, etc. However, since this tactic holds no contractual obligation, it appears that its also a psychological manipulation of sorts in that once people have essentially agreed to the purchase, many would be more reluctant to back out.
